It was also a couple doors down from this delicious chocolate shop where they had an incredibly interesting gentleman! At this particular location, I noticed they had different clothes than the Petaluma location as well as different colors and patterns so I was rather interested in this location versus the downtown Petaluma Boutique. Both places were priced about the same as any other boutique so nothing too crazy but shirts were about $30 and sweaters were about $45. They did have a number of different styles of jackets at this particular location also. I will definitely come back again!!

Cute shop and worth checking out for their products; however, small dog owners should be cautious…read morewhen bringing their pets inside. We were aware that the employees keep a larger dog behind the counter, but no guidance or warnings were given about keeping small dogs away from that area. While our little white chihuahua was sniffing near the counter area, the larger dog pounced and caused bleeding on our dog's ear, likely from contact with its claw. When we informed the employees, there was no apology, and only afterward did they mention that they are unsure how their dog reacts around small dogs and that they sometimes keep her away. We asked for a napkin to help with the bleeding and were not assisted, though they did provide the code for the nearest restroom so we could clean her ear ourselves. With clearer communication upfront about their dog and guidance for customers with small pets, this situation may have been avoided.

They sell some home decor items (think candles, decorative cutting boards, throw pillows...), great for gifts!, women's clothing, and women's accessories. I went in recently in search of jeans. I didn't find jeans but am thinking about returning again soon for a few of the super soft and cozy Z Supply tops. I had to stand by her for 1 compete minute , and then say excuse me two different times for her to slightly turn her head and acknowledge me. I asked her if she could help me and she did not respond. I asked her where the business attire would be for an interview and she said the "the whole area is pretty much business attire". I asked her about where should i look more specifically and she just pointed in a direction. The whole time she was speaking to me she was so incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering her and continued to back away as she was speaking to me. To top it off when I was in line for the fitting room to try on the clothes I wanted to buy, I look around to see her talking to two other coworkers about me and snickering, one of them being a manager (a hispanic girl) I didnt get her name. And as soon as I make eye contact with the 3 of them they all give me dirty looks and kept snickering. This was a horrible shopping experience, and I spent a lot of money in this store, to be treated horribly! I will be telling others not to shop here for this reason until they address my concern and experience. The fact that the manager girl (hispanic girl) was snickering with BROOKE the sales floor associate about me and giving me dirty looks the entire time i was in line for the fitting room was the cherry on top , I felt so harassed and uncomfortable during my time here. I spent over $200 at this store just to feel threatened. This happened on 09/09/2026 at 6:30pm.
