I have been a repeat customer for several years, and can't imagine a world without Papillion in it. These are so much more than flower arrangements; they're a hug when no one's around, a rainbow on a gloomy day, a smile first thing in the morning, a tender goodnight, and an unignorable reminder to stop and smell the flowers. Every single person I've gifted an arrangement to has told me that it is the most beautiful, whimsical, captivating, and unique arrangement they've ever seen in their life. That response in itself is invaluable. As long as your doors are open, I will wholeheartedly support the wonderful work you do!

I mean,…read morethis isn't a Jane's Addiction song; c'mon, folks. ;-) There are a handful of places in Healdsburg I would frequent (I visit SoCo often enough but not that far north), and this is one of them. The guy who called it irreverent is pretty close, they have some pretty funny stuff. But there is more traditional "gift shop stuff" too. So if you want to go with the flow or be a stuffy oenophile, you'll probably find something you like. Personally, I'm gonna avoid the Healdsburg gear. Scottsdale is its own tourist town, and reppin' another is against city ordinance. (no, not really) Just put your tongue in your cheek, relax and buy something. Buy...not steal.

So rude, so snobby, so gross. I'll never be in again. Plenty of other stores will be happy to have my repeat business. There was no one inside but it was a small shop so I figured an employee had stepped in the back or something. About 5 minutes later a woman entered (me thinking it was a customer) and I smiled to which she responded "can't you see we're closed". I was taken aback by her curt comment and replied that I just assumed someone was in the back and her reply was "well obviously no one is in here". Confusing situation all around as I have never entered a closed store because generally I'm aware it is closed because the door is not wide open during the day..... I would never give this woman my business. Situation could have been handled way differently. A simple "oh I'm sorry, we're closed right now even though our store door is wide open, please come visit us when we're actually open at X time".
