Had I bought them at a department store, they would have gladly made it right. This was an obvious defect in workmanship, not a case of buyer's remorse or change of heart. A simple exchange for an identical pair without the defect would have meant keeping a customer.

To me, there's a venn diagram of price, quality, and style that's hard to hit. Name Droppers in Salt Lake City Utah is one that does, Clotheshorse Anonymous in Dallas Texas is another, and of course my forever favorite Main Street Rags in California. I have to be honest though - this location is up there and probably my favorite Goodwill I've been to in quite a while. The taste and quality of the items here have a classic vintage 80's edge to them, while still having the $10 a blazer price tag. I loved it and bought 5. This location also had a well organized rack of jeans that I made use of and the service was friendly and kind. Should we be in the area again, we will most definitely be dropping by!

They have a bunch of reggae culture clothing and cute little knick knacks. I have seen some super awesome leggings here too!! I have also seen this shop have a tent at a couple SOMO events which I thought was pretty awesome. It is in a great location for being in Sebastopol and catering to all the people just shopping around. I think at one point I went to try to find something specific here but could not. Their merchandise changes quite a bit but that is a great thing! Everyone in there from the staff to the other shoppers are super friendly and always want to make sure you leave with a smile.
