My contact Roe is simply the best guiding me to labels. especially covet and turning me on to deals. From my Burberry chunky cableknit sweater to my Lois Hill Sterling cross amongst other finds are favorites in my closet. Alexander McQueen, Alexander Wang , John Paul Gaultier, Gucci, Saint John you'll never know what surprise you might find unless you make it a priority to stop in! Made an appointment to bring in clothes for consignment. Appointment was cancelled at the last moment. After two or three weeks, I emailed Roe to see if she would contact me for a make-up appointment. After about a week, she replied that she would try to "squeeze me in." This was very off-putting. Also, their pay-out policy is strange. I have been consigning clothes for a long time, and I have never dealt with a business like this where we have to beg them to take our things. Very disappointing. It would have been nice not to have to go into SF where there is a wonderful consignment shop. Guess I'm going to SF from now on. read more

I took two pairs of womans boots in on 10/4/24 and was not allowed to finalize the arrangment until 1/7/2025. When I brought the boots in I was told that one pair needed to be cleaned, and I was shown where on the boots the cleaning was needed. I took that pair of boots home, cleaned them, and returned them to the store where Roe accepted them. It wasnt until 3 months later when picking up my check that I saw a deduction for a cleaning charge. The boots were accepted, which indicated an acceptable level of clean, so why was there a charge? Why were they accepted if they werent clean enough? They were a gift to my wife and were uncomfortably tight for her. For this reason they had never been worn outside, so how "dirty" could they have been? The Favorites website is not user friendly and I was only able to schedule a pick up appointment with the assistance of an employee. From 10/4/24 to 1/7/25 there was zero response to my 16 emails and voice mails. I also went to the store on multiple occasions to follow up. On 10/4/24 Roe said she would call later that day. That didnt happen. On 10/9/24 I was told by Roe that she would check the boots into inventory and would send confirmation by the end of the week. That didnt happen, and I never received a confirmation of my items. I also met with Roe on 1/2/25 and was told that she would get back to me "today or tomorrow". That didnt happen. I have been consigning clothing for 45 years. I have never had an experience that even comes close to this nightmare. The communications cannot be trusted, and the experience was a colossal waste of time and energy. Shameful. read more

Best place to consign in Sonoma County, California!!!! Also great finds if you're looking for designer fashions at a fraction of the price. Clean and organized just the way you'd wish your closet looked. Professional staff keeps great records on your inventory too. First timers need to make an appointment. After the first time you can drop and go with a minimum of 5 items and then they will follow up with a phone call within a couple of weeks regarding the go back items. You need to keep track of your own consignment period and when the unsolds need to be picked up. Bring current items according to season (jewelry, shoes, accessories & clothing). All clothing needs to be clean, neatly pressed and on hangers. I've been consigning with Favorites for a long time so I can vouch for their honesty. Stopped here for the first time the other day. It is nicely laid out with quality items. We didn't find anything we had to have but suspect it's one of those places you have to go to often to find a 'prize". The staff wasn't particularly helpful or even aware we were there - that's ok I guess - though we are all used to being greeted when we come in a store - no biggie. But it's definately worth a "look see" when in Healdsburg. read more

This place! DISCLAIMER: I am biased as my wonderful mom Louise has owned and operated this store since 1995. With that out of the way... this place! Every time we travel back home to visit family and friends in the area we stop and visit Favorites Consignment me and my lady ALWAYS find something to bring home, usually many things. Usually not just for ourselves but gifts as well. The staff at her store has been with her for years, the shop is immaculately clean and organized and the inventory is seasonal and meticulously selected for both the local and tourist markets. I have had a 15 year career in retail management and can say without a doubt that this place is a gem! Keep it up mom, we are excited for Favorites Consignment to continue to be a locally owned and operated retail staple in Healdsburg for another 30 years! read more

I have both consigned with Favorites and purchased many items. They always have top quality and both moderate and higher end brands. I consign a lot of Boden items that are new or like-new. Not a lot of Old Navy type stuff here. I've found some real gems over the years including a two-piece 100% cashmere lounge around outfit for a steal. The staff is helpful and friendly but not pushy at all. Shopping here is always a fun experience and I love all the staff. Highly recommend! read more

An aMAZing place! I got a gorgeous, brand-new Brighton purse (still had the fabric bag they come in), plus bought a couple other things. DeLynn helped me with sizes as if I were at I. Magnin's! They also had a gorgeous suede coat - I was so tempted! Lots of beautiful items! It's a consignment store, but, in the past, I hadn't thought much of them, so never thought about going to one. This store had donated a gift certificate for a really fun, laid-back Healdsburg doggie fashion show prize. My little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel won it, for most creative medium-size dog costume. (We'd run into Walmart on the way. The only dog costumes they had that would fit Millie were a net tutu and a pirate hat. The winner: Pirate Ballerina! We nearly fell down laughing!) read more

Though this shop wasn't for my taste, it's a terrific shop, full of upcycled, recycled clothing, some vintage and European, mixed in with a few new items at discounted prices. At the front of the shop, where their cashmere and alpaca items. This has the feel of a retail boutique with prices to match. So if you're like I am, where I adore walking into a eclectic collection of super vintage stuff, sorta kitschy and Goidwill-like, faintly musty with racks and racks of all sorts--this is not that place. Be protested to shell out some bucks here, which for their level of quality and selection, is solid. My husband found a coat, which he loved but out was waaaay too large for him otherwise I would have convinced him to buy it. The woman at the counter was chill and welcoming--I especially appreciated that she was not the persisting pressuring sales type, because whenever I run into that sort of tactic, it totally backfires and I leave the establishment ASAP. But the woman just left us to browse peacefully. Btw, maybe it's because we don't live here and aren't familiar with the area, so if you're visiting, this is a bit of the beaten path, in the back of an alley square type little shopping plaza. You may have to walk or drive around to get to it, and there's also a ton of free parking! read more

This is one of my favorite consignment shops in Sonoma County. The ladies who own it take great care in picking out high-quality clothing and accessories in very good condition. The only qualm I have are with the designer prices, even though they are far less than new would cost in a department store. I have come here many times over the years both to consign and purchase. Stopping by is sometimes dangerous to be honest, because there are so many great items here. The owner and staff take great care in arranging clothing by color, size and category so shopping is a joy. The shoe section is to die for and one can always find designer handbags, and clothing. There is also an extensive jewelry selection in clean display cases. The staff delights in pairing you up with the perfect outfit and I always come away with more treasures than I expected. read more

Lots and lots of inventory and everything seems to be of good quality. Staff is nice and welcoming. For some reason I had a really hard time figuring out how store was organized so felt a bit overwhelmed - but as I wandered around several times I found a few cute things.
