What a fabulous little find in Headlsburg! Didn't expect to find such a wide variety of stylish jeans, tops, scarves, belts! Get me outta here. The service was fantastic. The young ladies were generous with help, held my clothes for a day and just overall made my shopping experience easy, fun & pleasant. Thank you!! read more

So I have been shopping in this store and it's sister store for 2 years have spent over 4k and truly love these shops but I bought a pair of pants on Thursday and wore them Friday for 2 hours the pants ripped during regular activities and by the way they were big not tight and the assistant manger who was sold me a 1k jacket one year earlier at the the time was super nice was not only rude but disrespectful she at no time remotely had any shown sympathy or remorse just basically tried saying that construction was good and they are good quality yes there was a little dust on them because I wore to an event which I had to leave to come back to hotel and change. If I was the manufacture I would no longer allow this shop to carry my $207 pants with this kind of customer service. I never get upset or ever post anything but this really upset me. read more

The staff is rude and lacks the problem-solving skills needed to assist customers who were led to believe they were purchasing a high-end product at a premium price. I would expect a retail store with two decades of experience to understand why a customer who spends over $70 on a cotton t-shirt would expect it to last longer than a couple months. While I value supporting small, locally owned businesses, I refuse to be treated as though my patronage is taken for granted rather than appreciated. I will not be returning. read more

Shop local on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and whenever possible! This hip, family-owned boutique carries women's and men's clothing and accessories including brands 7 for All Mankind, Michale Stars, Citizens of Humanity, and many more. They're conveniently located on the south side of Healdsburg's Plaza, between Noble Folk Ice Cream and the Healdsburg Inn. The prices aren't cheap but are in line with what you'd spend on those brands elsewhere. I popped in needing a top and was greeted by the friendly and helpful manager. Found two cute Michael Stars tanks that will be long-lasting layering pieces! Score! They have an exclusive men's boutique called Ereloom two doors down (on the other side of the Inn). If you do buy here or at any of the other small boutiques in town, take note of their return policy. It's often a short window of time, and for store credit or exchange. I get it. Small business! Cheers! read more

Really nice store. Love the belt choices and the styles chosen. Hats and t-shirts are really cool as well!

Wonderful owner and great people. The owner shipped me a leather jacket - free shipping and great discount. She also treats my recently-widowed mother in law like gold - she doesn't known her at all, but hand delivered a purchase and gave her a free gift to cheer her up. Best service around. read more

Another trip to Rete proved DD and my shopping trip was a *Velvet* one! I snagged a great cotton cover-up by said brand....will be perfect for spring and summer. DD purchased a top by the same maker.... Our go-to women's clothing shop in Healdsburg! read more

Per the request of Rete management, I have removed my original review of this store. Suffice it to say that my wife and I have been completely displeased with the way we have been treated at this store, and would never recommend it to any of our friends or family. However, after corresponding with Rete management, we're hopeful that they will learn from our experience to better their service for the rest of you fine folks. We will never be shopping here again so do with this information what you will. read more

Service is awesome!!! Always great clothes...lots of colors and sizes. My favorite clothing store read more

Coolest wallet's

Great selection of jewelry and clothes--just my style and the staff are so friendly. Stopped in here because I just lost my entire jewelry collection to a break-in and bought two pairs of gorgeous earrings. read more

I love Rete. Super friendly staff, and always help me find something to buy. I got a really cute long sleeve t-shirt that wraps in the front. I can't remember the brand, but apparently they're pretty popular. The store is really chic, and displays are always neat and tidy...(messy folding is a pet peeve :).) Definitely my favorite boutique in Healdsburg! read more

Interestingly good selection of Diesel, Michael Stars, Ted Baker, Ben Sherman, and G-Star Raw women's clothing, among other brands. As a San Franciscan, I love shopping here for their trendy urban style which is more SF than LA, but my LA-based sister would love the Juicy Couture, Michael Stars, and Alternative Apparel styles here too. read more

Friendly owner! I love the large selection, and she definitely has great taste with the items that she has chosen. It is a bit pricey, but you will fill your closet with up-to-date clothing and find that it feels similar to a boutique in Santa Barbara or Huntington Beach. The only downside is that the shop is a tiny little retail space. I find it kicks my heart rate up a notch when I feel claustrophobic while clothing shopping, and that is the only downside to the store. Staff has always been friendly in assisting, but I would definitely come in on a Tuesday afternoon, or you might be a little overwhelmed with the narrow walls around you.... read more

Walked in and couldn't walk out with out this amazing bag!! The girls were so nice to hold it for me while I thought about it for all of one second!! It's my birthday what can I say!!!?? read more

I recently had a pair of corduroy pants fail on me that I'd bought from Rete a few months back. Since they were not cheap I took them back to see what could be done but was not satisfied with what the manager offered to address the issue. Shortly after that interaction I received a call from the owner who was very kind and assured me that she stands by all her products. By the end of the call my faith in Rete's good name was restored and I knew that they do value their customers. I will be returning to them as a customer in the near future. read more

Cute, cute, cute! All my favorite brands. Staff is very helpful. Especially like their selection of Michael Stars.

Walked in and walked out. Super snooty sales girl. Yes, I realize I won't fit in anything you sell. I was actually shopping for my sister. Will never visit again. read more

I don't shop for clothes too often but every time I am in Healdsburg I HAVE to stop at Rete. They carry my favorite brands of clothes- Michael Stars, Splendid, Velvet, Ella Moss, Hudson, and a lot more. They always have a sale rack and honestly that's where I get most of my clothes. The people who work there are all wonderful and are very helpful with making decisions. They also have very lovely accessories and purses. There's a men's section in the back of the store and there's always a sale rack there as well. read more

Really great clothes, super snotty salesgirl. I'd find what you like there and then order it online. Think Pretty Woman shopping scene.

This place is really cute, with a great selection of quality boutique items from the latest brands. I loved shopping here because the had a great selection of unique items that all kind of worked in an urban way. I bought this green circle sweater that was a racer-back backline. It's really hard to describe but uber cute. The staff was nice and even reminded me when I inadvertently left a bag behind in their fitting room. read more

Cruised on into Rete. Visiting from LA and Daniella hooked my fiancé up with a whole new wardrobe!!!!!! I needed her expertise!!!! Yay! He needed a serious makeover. Love all the clothes in here and the girls were super sweet. read more

Super helpful staff! Last year I was looking for the perfect outfit for a big presentation and they helped me find it! Then we came back this year and they helped me find a few more perfect outfits! If you are looking for trendy and cute this is a must visit shop!! read more

This is a great boutique store conveniently located in the heart of Healdsburg. Came up for the weekend and needed a cute dress for a last minute dinner reservation at a fancy place. Perfect place to go and they had a sale! read more

I love this shop. I haven't stopped by in awhile and I was happy to see they continue to have a great selection of on point clothes & accessories. I purchased a beautiful BedStu belt and will be back sooner rather than later. The gal that helped me was very friendly and welcoming too. Thanks, Rete! read more

This store carries great lines: Michael stars, Splendid, Ella Moss, Hudson, and a wide variety of mens. There are a few brands (velvet, alternative apparel) that i LOVE, but i feel as if the prices were marked too high for those brands. The staff was very friendly, however a little overwhelming, i understand customer service, but perhaps just assign one employee to a customer that way the customer isn't beeing asked ,"is everything ok?" by each of the 3 employees on hand. Love the feel, atmosphere, and selection of clothes! Definitely the cutest contemporary boutique in the town! read more

Best store in the north bay! Great inventory, awesome staff, dog friendly. Spend time here just hanging out- my home away from home! read more

Super helpful and nice sales team; Katie picked out lots of winners for us. Great selection and offerings.

Ahh what to say about my favorite store ever? Super cool, laid back atmosphere with awesome decor and such fun window displays. They have the BEST selection of denim for Men and Women! And, they have so many of the most popular brands all in one store! The gals that work here are so helpful and kind - they even offered to call me when they get more of my favorite jeans in! It's like having a personal shopper! Not to mention they do these great email blasts with coupons and discount codes (ask to get put on the list)! A must see store next time your in Healdsburg! read more

I am a Healdsburg local and I love shopping at Rete. Great selection of some of my favorites like michael stars, 7, and ella moss. I always find staples that I can wear season after season. The staff is cool, too. The store is really well merchandised as well - nice atmosphere, creative, everything is visible and easy to access. read more

Love, love, love this store!!!! Katie rocks and she would never let me leave the store if the outfit wasn't a hit!!! I was impressed that she remembered my pant size after not seeing her in 8months. It is my go to store since I have moved to HBG read more

Favorite clothing store in town! All the latest styles & lots of beautiful options! All the girls are wonderful & very helpful!!

I was shopping for dark wash skinny jeans and Megan was great! She pulled a bunch of different options for me and helped me find the perfect pair, a pair of dark wash ankle hudsons! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back :) read more

Must stop in when in Healdsburg (!) Always find cute, unique items (Daniella is a huge help)

This place reminds me of a casual clothing, jean line that is a reminiscence of some styles of Ted Baker shop at the South Coast Plaza. The brands sold there were Diesel, Juicy Couture, to name a few. I liked the men's clothing selection more that the women's. My bf ended up finding some unique light cotton zipper jacket & a casual dress shirt which is rare for him considering he hates shopping & spending $$$. However, the pieces were styles he doesn't see often yet it would fit in the city of SD style. read more

Super cool stuff. I bought a leather cuff and a few belts in there. Pricey but fashion-forward and unique items. I have received so many compliments on the things I've bought there. Dig it. read more

Nice little boutique on the square. I got a killer ben sherman shirt for like 80 bucks off the sale rack. They had a nice selection of finer mens attire and friendly service. I'll go back next time I'm in HB read more

I really enjoy shopping here. The product is well chosen, nicely displayed and they are friendly. I like their urban chic clothing style. Yeah it's a little pricey but most nice things are. I wish I had a budget that could better accommodate my taste. I just save up to buy well designed clothes. Better to have quality than quantity. read more

Rete (pronounced: ray-TAH) has a great selection of hip clothing for a wide variety of age groups. Both the men's and women's sections are merchandised well, which makes it easy to put an outfit together quickly if you don't have a lot of time to shop like me. The helpful staff knows their product lines and can easily suggest brands that will fit your style. Once you're a regular, don't be suprised if they recognize you and greet you by first name when you enter or remember what you last purchase was -- that saved me from buying the same t-shirt that i got last time (Katie has an incredible fashion memory!). I have to give props to the owner too! She has done a wonder job of mixing clothing, accessories and shoes all under one roof. read more

Loved this store! Trendy, current, and great selection for both men and women. Service was great... moderately friendly, but VERY helpful. Purchased some jeans and a shirt for myself, and an outfit for my boyfriend. The only issue I would have with this place is their return policy is very strict and limited. I believe it is exchange or store credit only, within 21 days. read more
