Absolutely unmatched creativity in floral design! Collin was the most incredible customer service experience I've had in years! I felt so much joy after seeing the photo they sent to me as the sender - as if I received the flowers myself! BRAVO!!!! The team at Papillion is the kindest, most genuine, warm, and professional group of people I've ever met. I have been a repeat customer for several years, and can't imagine a world without Papillion in it. These are so much more than flower arrangements; they're a hug when no one's around, a rainbow on a gloomy day, a smile first thing in the morning, a tender goodnight, and an unignorable reminder to stop and smell the flowers. Every single person I've gifted an arrangement to has told me that it is the most beautiful, whimsical, captivating, and unique arrangement they've ever seen in their life. That response in itself is invaluable. As long as your doors are open, I will wholeheartedly support the wonderful work you do! read more

I requested a wrist corsage for a birthday tea party for a beloved 97 year old. The recepient loved the arrangement (as did I). The corsage was artfully conceived with flowers that were not too big or overwhelming. The wrist band was a lovely metal cuff bracelet instead of an elastic band. Truly elegant and worth every penny. read more

My birthday bouquet is absolutely beautiful!! It was delivered with care and had many uncommon flowers and not just carnations which many florists use as fillers. My daughter said it's the highest rated florist in Santa Rosa. Only negative was the card didn't let me know who the flowers were from. read more

I used to live in the area but moved away a few years ago. My first time ordering was online for a friend and wow the arrangement was just beautiful and as described/pictured. I had no issues ordering and the website is user friendly. They even called about the drop off to confirm if it was okay to drop it off to the husband rather then my friend herself! The picture is of the arrangement in the box still because my friend didn't know it was vased and pretty until a day of having it! read more

This is by far our favorite place of all time! Such a wonderful florist! Truly exceeded my expectations. To celebrate my birthday, I was looking for somewhere that offered modern and unique arrangements that didn't look like the typical grocery store bouquet. I loved to see the options they offered on their site but didn't see my dream color combo, so I called ahead and asked if they could accommodate personalized requests - and they did! As a note, the flowers lasted around 5 days and then began to wilt. I dried them and now their beauty can be forever admired. Would certainly order from them again. read more

We live out of the area and needed to deliver some flowers. They all did a beautiful job with the flowers and delivered flawlessly.

Wow! The flowers that were delivered to my friend were absolutely beautiful. I choose the "seasonal designers choice" and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, arrived on time as promised, and the beautiful personalized card was such a nice added touch! read more

AMAZING. I had a wedding this last weekend in January and was really worried about the price of flowers. My mom found this amazing woman that gave us a great price and experience. We did a workshop with her where she came out to our venue and as a group we put together flower crowns and bouquets. This allowed us to save some money by doing our own labor. Not only did we get what we needed, we had sooo much extra to decorate the tables and aisle i walked down. She was right on point with my style, friendly, easy to communicate with, encouraging, and all of the above. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I wish i had photos but i currently only have some of the boutineers and corsages. She was a fantastic teacher and contributed so much to the beautiful outcome of my wedding. read more

So I've had bad luck since I moved here finding a florist that I've liked enough to continually use them. They've either been really overpriced beautiful flowers with rude customer service, or really friendly service and mediocre flowers and I've been hopping around trying to find some combination of the two. Decided to try Papillon based off some nice reviews and attached user photos. Talk about a GEM of a business. Olivia could not have been more friendly or helpful, and my aunt said her flowers were the prettiest arrangement she's ever received. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to using her services again. read more
