My birthday bouquet is absolutely beautiful!! It was delivered with care and had many uncommon flowers and not just carnations which many florists use as fillers. My daughter said it's the highest rated florist in Santa Rosa. Only negative was the card didn't let me know who the flowers were from.

Papillon provided the most outstanding floral centerpiece for my dinner party! Couldn't have been happier!

This is by far our favorite place of all time! Such a wonderful florist! Truly exceeded my expectations. To celebrate my birthday, I was looking for somewhere that offered modern and unique arrangements that didn't look like the typical grocery store bouquet. I loved to see the options they offered on their site but didn't see my dream color combo, so I called ahead and asked if they could accommodate personalized requests - and they did! As a note, the flowers lasted around 5 days and then began to wilt. I dried them and now their beauty can be forever admired. Would certainly order from them again.

I requested a wrist corsage for a birthday tea party for a beloved 97 year old. The recepient loved the arrangement (as did I). The corsage was artfully conceived with flowers that were not too big or overwhelming. The wrist band was a lovely metal cuff bracelet instead of an elastic band. AMAZING. I had a wedding this last weekend in January and was really worried about the price of flowers. My mom found this amazing woman that gave us a great price and experience. We did a workshop with her where she came out to our venue and as a group we put together flower crowns and bouquets. This allowed us to save some money by doing our own labor. Not only did we get what we needed, we had sooo much extra to decorate the tables and aisle i walked down. She was right on point with my style, friendly, easy to communicate with, encouraging, and all of the above. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I wish i had photos but i currently only have some of the boutineers and corsages. She was a fantastic teacher and contributed so much to the beautiful outcome of my wedding. read more

So I've had bad luck since I moved here finding a florist that I've liked enough to continually use them. They've either been really overpriced beautiful flowers with rude customer service, or really friendly service and mediocre flowers and I've been hopping around trying to find some combination of the two. Decided to try Papillon based off some nice reviews and attached user photos. Talk about a GEM of a business. Olivia could not have been more friendly or helpful, and my aunt said her flowers were the prettiest arrangement she's ever received. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to using her services again. read more

I came in because I saw an add on Craigslist that she was getting rid of some of her things and since I'm a bride and I'm planning my own wedding I needed to come check this place out and Im sure glad that I did as I didn't leave empty handed. I found really pretty vases that I'll be using to decorate each of the guest tables and I came in with my two boys and she was so nice to myself and them and patient as I couldn't decided what to take and I asked many many question to which she completely answered and gave me so much advice and also a couple of free goodies that would help me and my boys just cause :) I totally recommend you come see Olivia she's super sweet and knows what she's talking about thanks so much!! read more

If there's not a staff member around, it's an honor system: leave cash or pay by Venmo. My (quince, I think) stems were mostly buds and now they've been blooming beautifully for the past 2+ weeks, adding cheer to our space. Excited to see what stems they have when I visit next!

Same day delivery was great BUT I'm sorry these flowers are not $75 worth of flowers. The limoncello has beautiful orchids.... Which is why I assumed it was more expensive. Not one orchid in my friend's arrangement. Is it still kinda pretty? Sure all flowers are beautiful. Is it $75 arrangement, absolutely not.

Unless you remember PAPILLON FLORAL DESIGNS, 707-799-3837. Not only did I get a yes, but for two (2) different designs delivered locally exactly when requested. Obviously, if everyone ordered late, you may not get what you want, but she was in the middle of a Wedding rush and still found time to comply!
