Dragonfly Floral is out-of-this-world amazing. My husband and I are both huge flower lovers, and as such florals were high up on our list of wedding priorities. From our earliest conversations with Dora, we knew we were in good hands. She immediately understood the vision we had in mind and executed it beyond our expectations, from the colors, to the specific types of flowers, to a certain vibe that just felt so us. She was also so helpful in providing some visuals for us to reference, and it made decision-making a breeze. Seeing it all come together on our wedding day (florals on our ceremony gazebo, table arrangements, bud vases sprinkled around, my INSANE bridal bouquet + his gorgeous coordinating boutonnière, etc.) was like a dream. We marveled at the beauty of it all as we walked around the venue, and the same can be said for our guests who gave many compliments. We had several people say something to the effect of "WHO did your florals?!" The setup of it all was also so quick and seamless; we were able to just focus on preparing for the wedding while everything was put in place, which is a luxury we dearly appreciated. Dragonfly Floral is truly so amazing to work with and we highly, highly recommend their services. They are so receptive, responsive, efficient, and just downright good at what they do. Our wedding would not have been the same without them, and we're so grateful that something so important to us and our relationship was executed with such precision, passion, and beauty.
I had the best time taking Alyssa's flower arrangement class at Dragonfly Floral. The vibe was super relaxed and our instructor Alyssa was fun, kind and personable! She is a true master of her craft and passionate about flowers. I loved Alyssa's teaching style, she made everything easy to follow and shared great tips along the way. The class was held in a beautiful, modern barn style setting. Such a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends! I walked away with a huge stunning center piece arrangement (vase included) and tips for future arrangements. 2025 is the year of hobbies and creativity. I highly recommend taking a class at Dragonfly floral if you're looking for a fun, hands on experience in a gorgeous space. Pro tip: Bacchus Landing is right next door! We went wine tasting after our class and it was literally a perfect morning spent in healdsburg. 10000/10. Can't wait to take another class.
Dragonfly Floral consistently delivers some of the most stunning floral design we see across Sonoma and Napa County. As an events team at Kismet Event Co., we've had the pleasure of partnering with them across a wide range of celebrations, and their work is always exceptional. Their team creates artfully designed floral arrangements for every occasion--from large and intimate weddings to celebrations of life, private parties, holidays, and birthdays. No matter the scale or style, their work feels intentional, elevated, and incredibly beautiful. What truly sets Dragonfly apart is their ability to work with florals in season and thoughtfully curate selections directly from their flower farm, resulting in arrangements that feel fresh, organic, airy, and perfectly aligned with the natural beauty of Wine Country. They execute the client's vision seamlessly, while also bringing a level of creativity that enhances the overall design. On event days, their team is professional, collaborative, and incredibly solution-oriented. We've seen them navigate real-time challenges--like unpredictable weather (darn that wind!)--with ease, adjusting installations and problem-solving on-site without missing a beat. They are true team players and an absolute joy to work alongside. If you're looking for wedding, event, or custom floral design in Sonoma or Napa County, we highly recommend Dragonfly Floral!!
Dragonfly Floral has been nothing short of awesome in helping create some beautiful flower arrangements for my girlfriend - on the fly, same day! I have been able to call in the morning and have something delivered by lunchtime in the local area. The way the team answers the phone, asks questions to understand the desired arrangement to create and shares the quality of the flowers they use conveys a confidence that is really helpful for someone like myself - who wants to send something beautiful and meaningful. I find the money spent quite reasonable for the beautiful results -- along with efficient delivery! What I was hoping to find as I explored Yelp for a florist was great quality, great service and reasonable cost -- and I received all that and more with Dragonfly. Highly recommend with confidence. Thank you!
I ordered a $250 bouquet for a family member out of state after being impressed by the gorgeous arrangement shown online. What was delivered looked nothing like the advertised photo--colors, quality, and overall design were completely different and far below the standard expected, more like something from a grocery store or farmers market. When I complained, the florist told me the recipient "liked it" and referenced vague social media praise, as if that somehow justified the poor product I received. They also pointed to a small disclaimer on their website about "designer's choice"--which feels like a way to cover up bait-and-switch tactics. To top it off, they only offered a refund if the flowers were returned--which is totally unrealistic for a gift and borderline absurd given that flowers are perishable. Terrible customer service, misleading advertising, and no accountability. I will never use this florist again and strongly urge others to think twice before spending a premium with a company that doesn't honor what it promotes.
Dragonfly florists, specifically Alyssa, were absolutely wonderful for my daughters wedding! We were listened to and then our vision came to life. Alyssa was professional, communicated all things clearly and in a timely manner and the execution of delivery and placement was seamless. There wasn't a thing that could have been improved on - magical arrangements with perfect colors and textures that fit the winery venue. I would not hesitate to use Dragonfly florist for any special event. Exceptional experience and artful work!
I ordered an arrangement online for my best friend's birthday and they turned out just gorgeous! Dragonfly was so pleasant to work with and i felt priced very reasonably, for what we received. I would absolutely use them again!
I cannot say enough good things about Dragonfly Floral, they are amazing! I called from out of town to have flowers sent to a bachelorette party my daughter was hosting in Geyserville. The process was so pleasant and they were so helpful, but, the really amazing part is the flowers- fresh, beautiful and seamlessly delivered! (not to mention they are very reasonably priced, which is rare in Napa Valley?!) Highly recommended!
We ordered a succulent planter for a wedding gift to match what we have in our home. It turned out so beautiful that I will absolutely be recommending the ladies at Dragonfly to everyone I know in the area. It was easy enough to pick up our planter and we were blown away at how beautiful the finished product was! We got the medium size for $55 and it was more than large enough for a special gift.
Dragonfly Floral came to my rescue! I was desperately looking for same-day delivery to Cloverdale which is nearly impossible to find with most flower companies/websites. I gave Dragonfly a call this morning around 10am and this stunning arrangement was delivered just a few hours later. Dora was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for getting these birthday flowers delivered so promptly! I will definitely be back for future floral needs!
TLDR. Waiting until the literal day before my wife's birthday and wanted to get her flowers. And delivered. The NEXT day. So I needed to do it not only by phone but all while it needing to be done within the next 24 hours. Called and conveyed the scenario and whoever it was I spoke with was extremely understanding and helpful in getting that accomplished. So with minimal explanation and for a reasonable price these folks placed my order and color scheme over the phone. She got them the next day (needless to say) and she LOVED them. These folks are SUPER and EXTREMELY helpful. I'd recommend these folks to ANYONE in need of getting that loved one a special assortment of flowers. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.
Bonnie did an INCREDIBLE job bringing my floral vision to life. She took two photos and created a masterpiece. She was easy to work with, kind and timely. I highly recommend Dragonfly Floral!
Dragonfly is a local treasure! It's a flower farm, full florist, and flower stand. A friend inspired me to stop in recently, to buy some stems from their self-serve flower stand. If there's not a staff member around, it's an honor system: leave cash or pay by Venmo. My (quince, I think) stems were mostly buds and now they've been blooming beautifully for the past 2+ weeks, adding cheer to our space. Excited to see what stems they have when I visit next! read more

I live in Hawaii and wanted to have a sympathy orchid delivered to friends that had a loss of a family member. You never quite know what you're going to get when you order online. My friend sent a picture and said it was huge and absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for bringing them some joy during an incredibly difficult time. It really is a beautiful arrangement that will give them something pretty to look at for a long time. She also appreciated the care instructions that came with it. read more

I recently ordered flowers for delivery from Dragonfly Florist in Healdsburg, California. The person taking my order was kind and attentive. She promised yellow flowers in the arrangement. I see no yellow flowers (see pic). I emailed Dragonfly to express my dissatisfaction with the cost and composition of the arrangement. This reply from Carlisle: "Hi Janice, We appreciate your order and feedback. We take great pride in our work, our team and the relationships with other local businesses we support. Sometimes this comes at a slighter higher cost for this quality of materials and labor. We are sorry you are disappointed. It is rare for us to get a message like this. It sounds like the other florist would be a better fit for you moving forward. Good luck to you! Carlisle and the Dragonfly Floral Team" Based upon the reply above, Dragonfly Floral will not enjoy my patronage in the future. I also sent a follow-up email reply specifically to the business owner, prior to posting this promised review. No further communication(s) received from Dragonfly to date. I will also post a pic (with a blue ribbon) showing an arrangement from a different, significantly less expensive florist for comparison, as I did in my email to Dragonfly Florist. I hope this review is helpful to others in avoiding costly, disappointing floral experiences in Healdsburg, California. read more

I 1000% recommend Dragonfly Floral!! On a Thursday, I found out I needed floral centerpieces for a 60 person dinner event that Saturday. It was so last minute AND Mother's Day weekend but Dora saved the day and didn't hesitate to say they could do it. I could not believe my eyes when I walked into the venue and saw what Dragonfly had created for the tables! It was WAY beyond my expectations and the guests were fighting over who was going to take them home! The addition of mint sprigs to the arrangements was GENIUS! Thank you!! read more

My company has a volunteer month, and some of us folks landed here to do some arrangements for the Sonoma Humane Society. Pam led out group on how to make some the arrangement, and help out throughout to make sure we were on track. Pam was so lively! she made us feel at ease and danced around as well, so there was no pressure of trying to be prefect in our arrangements. Overall it was a great afternoon, and it was very relaxing to the point where I would like to take a class. read more

We cannot say enough about Bonnie and her team -- their work is just beautiful. We came in from SoCal to host a private event in Windsor - Bonnie was always very responsive via email and text, and very easy to work with. She took our inspiration photos and had wonderful suggestions -- she invited us to the farm to look at their flowers and previous work to ensure she understood our vision. She listened to our wants and was able to put together the most beautiful florals for our event; people commented all evening how beautiful they all were. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out -- how easy Bonnie was to work with was just an extra plus! I highly recommend them for your next event. Thank you, Bonnie, for such beautiful arrangements and being such a pleasure to work with. read more

Bonnie, The images speak for themselves. Your frustration with my Yelp review (over two messages now I have received from you) rather than an authentic consideration for my experience speaks volumes. I didn't request a refund of any sort. I did request that you consider delivering something that looks remotely like the image I thought I was purchasing on your website, for $137. Or, if succulents were not an option at this time, a flower arrangement that could be delivered that made up the difference with what was delivered and what I paid for, I left it up to your discretion: Anyway: I will post your response today to me via email for all to see and consider, before they order online from you. Your response: Im sorry this has been so difficult and gone so badly for you. You clearly care about (name deleted). We were responding to your email to us, not your YELP review, if anything that slowed our response down, as it felt like an unreasonable response without getting in touch with us first, and giving us a chance to help you. I'm afraid we won't be able to make you happy and have refunded half of your order, as we've already put all of that money into labor and materials and delivered a perfectly lovely planter to your friend. The new image you are posting is a $150 ceramic planter, not the 10" x 4" corrugated metal that you'd ordered. I hope you are able to find a local florist to work with that is able to make you happy in the future. We appreciate that you tried to support us. Have a wonderful day! read more

Dragonfly provided exquisite floral arrangements for our wedding. They were beautiful and captured the exact vision we were hoping for. Our in person meetings with Bonnie (the lead florist) were very helpful and often proved to be more productive than corresponding over email. Bonnie knew our venue (Madrona Manor) very well and knew which types/sizes of arrangements worked best for the space. They even threw in a free fresh floral cake topper! They were reasonably priced for a Bay Area florist based in the heart of wine country. Bonnie was also the first person to tell us how beautiful our site was, rain or shine, which ended up being more important than we knew at the time because it ended up raining on our wedding day. And she was spot on, the Madrona Manor has beautiful backup rain plans so weather won't ruin the day. Dragonfly's response time to emails was a bit slow (1-2 weeks sometimes to get a response) which was a little frustrating during the planning process. I tried to resist the urge to send annoying follow up emails. But I didn't let the silence bother me too much since the Dragonfly's portfolio was filled with the exact floral arrangements we were looking for. The floral delivery and set up was exactly how we had discussed and all on time. read more

The flowers Bonnie and crew did for our daughter's wedding were perfection. She nailed exactly what my daughter wanted by reviewing Pinterest pictures of florals that she likes and asking questions to ensure that the end product was exactly what we wanted. The bouquets, table arrangements, flower girl crowns and more all exceeded our expectations. On top of that they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!! read more

Disappointed in the quality and overpriced. My husband set up a beautiful, over top arrangement with them. 2 days later half of the flowers are dead, wilting, and falling apart. For $200+ we'd expect better quality. The cheap flowers at the grocery store last longer! This isn't the first time we've experienced this from Dragonfly either. My anniversary flowers last year only lasted 4 days or so. Disappointed is an understatement. We'd prefer to support them versus a chain grocery store but we feel ripped off. read more

Oh I love this place. Dragonfly was recommended to me by our wedding coordinator. She said it should be the only place I consider getting my flowers because their work is THAT amazing. I stopped by one day and spoke to someone about getting a bouquet done. It was such an easy process. I sent them a couple of pictures I liked on Pinterest and they did the rest. I could not have been happier with the end result. My bouquet was beautiful and everything I could have hoped for. read more
