I wanted to send a cheerful arrangement to a good friend and member of our bookclub who moved to Cloverdale because she was scheduled for back surgery. I saw the beautiful & unique arrangements that Flora Roots designs on Yelp and decided to order from them. After I ordered the arrangement, our friend's surgery was postponed over a month because surgeries were cancelled in all hospitals in March due to the Coronavirus. I called Victoria and she graciously agreed to hold onto the order. When the surgery was finally scheduled, I asked Victoria to deliver the flowers. Then I found out that she would not be released until a few days later. Victoria didn't mind yet another change. When Victoria tried to have the flowers delivered, nobody was home. She then tried a second day, then tried the phone number-no luck. She called me on the 3rd day and I gave her a cell number to try. Victoria found out that our friend had complications and was still in the hospital. She then texted a photo of the flowers and note card to our friend as a virtual "cheer me up" gift and said that she would replace the floral arrangement when our friend is allowed to return home. Not only was the arrangement perfect but Victoria's service was absolutely amazing.
