We spent an hour after lunch checking out the various stores on the town green hoping to find something to send to her daughters. When we entered Hush - the woman working (I'm later told it's the owner's daughter) was not friendly, and did not make my friend or I feel welcomed or comfortable. It was totally unwarranted. The silly hat she was considering buying was left behind as the girl working there made us feel like "we weren't classy enough" to be in the store... please you sell weekend hooker hats lol On the flip side, the lady working the children's boutique lovely woman and I'm in need of baby gifts for my neighbor but now on the fence of supporting a family business where someone clearly doesn't understand customer service.

Made an appointment to bring in clothes for consignment. Appointment was cancelled at the last…read moremoment. After two or three weeks, I emailed Roe to see if she would contact me for a make-up appointment. After about a week, she replied that she would try to "squeeze me in." This was very off-putting. Also, their pay-out policy is strange. I have been consigning clothes for a long time, and I have never dealt with a business like this where we have to beg them to take our things. Very disappointing. It would have been nice not to have to go into SF where there is a wonderful consignment shop. Guess I'm going to SF from now on.

They're conveniently located on the south side of Healdsburg's Plaza, between Noble Folk Ice Cream and the Healdsburg Inn. The prices aren't cheap but are in line with what you'd spend on those brands elsewhere. I popped in needing a top and was greeted by the friendly and helpful manager. Found two cute Michael Stars tanks that will be long-lasting layering pieces! Score! They have an exclusive men's boutique called Ereloom two doors down (on the other side of the Inn).
