I explained the occassion for which I was buying clothes and with their knowledge of the inventory they began pulling out pieces for me to try. When asked, they provided opinions and I was able to find things I loved. This year on my visit in the area I made a point to go back to Silk Moon, since I have an upcoming trip and needed some things. Maeve was the best! She helped me find what I needed and I had a marvelous time. The encouragement and support received from the entire staff is priceless. We actually picked out our engagement rings in 2020 during the covid lockdown so we did all our communication and shopping through email and phone. I decided to get a custom Montana sapphire and Kate sourced 10 stones for me to choose from. She was so patient with me after I saw 5 stones and asked for another round of 5 to be sure I wanted the stone from the first round. After receiving our engagement rings they took mine back 3 times--free of charge (!)--and tweaked a few details I wanted changed since I wasn't able to try it on or look at it before receiving it because of the pandemic. He and I get SO MANY compliments on our rings and I love telling people who made them. A year later we came back for our wedding rings and the service was just as exceptional as before. At this particular location, I noticed they had different clothes than the Petaluma location as well as different colors and patterns so I was rather interested in this location versus the downtown Petaluma Boutique. Both places were priced about the same as any other boutique so nothing too crazy but shirts were about $30 and sweaters were about $45.
