Cute boutique! They have a nice range of items in terms of both style and price point. I wandered in while walking around Healdsburg Square and walked out with a vintage looking 49ers sweatshirt. The sweatshirt was on the pricier side (~$115), but it's good quality and seems like it will last many washes. read more

Sadly I had to stop shopping here after 1 occasion of being accused of shoplifting while frantically shopping for something to fit while I was not pregnant enough for maternity clothes. I let that go, but then had a second bad experience and had to throw in the towel . The return policy is strict and I understand that for a boutique but I was not able to exchange a Christmas sweater that was a mock turtleneck (my husband told them I don't like anything turtleneck). I'm a local, repeat customer and there was no exception made- not even to exchange for the current price. (This was in January- the sweater was bought Dec 23rd (procrastinator)). I don't really have a good fashion sense and I'm typically intimidated when I shop for nice outfits. I decided to come in this shop on a whim and I'm so glad I did. The staff were incredibly helpful and would go out of their way to answer my questions or take my clothes to the fitting room. They truly made me feel amazing as I tried on some outfits that I never would have without their guidance. ok service, selection is for hip and young. Pricey My husband purchased a jumpsuit and he specifically told them I do not wear sleeveless, but she talked him into the item and that I had tons of time to return it - he wasn't aware that you cannot get your credit back, only in-store credit. They are 20 years old and all very thin and hip, whereas I am 75 years and a little chunky. There is nothing in that store that I would ever wear, but had to find something as I now have a $280. credit. Bummer birthday, not his fault. The owner/sales clerk should have been more honest with him. Very unethical. Will never go there again and share our experiences with friends. We all live here. read more

Love this store! Such great finds. My husband and I especially love the YMB tees, and they are so hard to find. We originally just stumbled on the Healdsburg store and we loved the selection. The curation and styling of the store is beautiful! We both purchased the Celine black tees, and I today grabbed the pink Versace hoodie. Please get more of these if you can! We love them and are willing to make the drive from sf. Christine today and the other girls ( I didn't get their names) were all amazing! The January 22cd crew today was on par and super helpful and accommodating! Such happy positive vibes. Can't wait to come back and visit and shop some more! We also love to mama's bootleg story, taking vintage great quality tees and repurposing them to make something unique, is fabulous. When you buy designer tees they are usually perfect with no flaws. These tees have imperfections which to us add so much more. I have a Gucci tee that is authentic and there is just something about that Céline tee. It just has that it factor. The ladies here are really friendly. I was extremely surprised to see that they offered the brand Good American. It's a new black owned brand that I've grown really fond of. They sell items in Nordstroms however the items on the Good American website, doesn't always match the newly released items on their website. When I stumbled upon this store I was truly amazed that they matched the website with more newly released items. I purchase a few items and can't wait to go back with my daughter. read more

Very cute and accessible little shop with all kinds of clothing, accessories, and shoes. Eclectic reach and style in a sizes range of sizes. I was impressed with their responsive customer service and attentiveness, without being intrusive. The prices are reasonable and they're conveniently located on the main square. Their tee shirts of rock bands are adorable ... an unusual rack of dresses, r ranging from a cheap looking ordinary floral polyester number to another dress with a high level detailing and beautiful fabric! In the last month or so I visited both the Santa Rosa & Healdsburg locations. I'm not very good at shopping, and I'm definitely not very fashionable. The associates working made me feel welcome and comfortable enough to ask for opinions and outfit advice, and because of that I got the cutest top at the Healdsburg store and a whole outfit at Santa Rosa. I've been complimented each time I've worn the items! I'm thankful for the kind and honest advice from the employees. I highly recommend both of these stores and will be back often! read more

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service we experienced on recent visits to this boutique. When we first entered we where not greeted by the two employees behind the counter. As we started looking around there was never an offer for assistance and the two employees stayed behind the counter just staring at us. It was a very uncomfortable situation, so much so that we left the store. The next day we decided to go back because there where items we wanted to purchase and honestly hoping we would have a better experience. This time, there where three employees behind the counter, again we where not greeted, and zero assistance being offered. The three employees literally just glared at us and I have never experienced that lack of customer service or lack of courtesy in any retail environment. What was even more disappointing is that it was the one store our daughters where truly excited to visit as it's always our go-to when we are in Healdsburg. While their clothing is on trend, their lack of customer service is enough of a reason to not visit this store. Fortunately there are many boutiques that sell the same brands and provide a better customer experience. read more
