The staff is rude and lacks the problem-solving skills needed to assist customers who were led to…read morebelieve they were purchasing a high-end product at a premium price. I would expect a retail store with two decades of experience to understand why a customer who spends over $70 on a cotton t-shirt would expect it to last longer than a couple months. While I value supporting small, locally owned businesses, I refuse to be treated as though my patronage is taken for granted rather than appreciated. I will not be returning.

They're conveniently located on the south side of Healdsburg's Plaza, between Noble Folk Ice Cream and the Healdsburg Inn. The prices aren't cheap but are in line with what you'd spend on those brands elsewhere. I popped in needing a top and was greeted by the friendly and helpful manager. Found two cute Michael Stars tanks that will be long-lasting layering pieces! Score! They have an exclusive men's boutique called Ereloom two doors down (on the other side of the Inn). If you do buy here or at any of the other small boutiques in town, take note of their return policy. It's often a short window of time, and for store credit or exchange. I get it. Small business!
