We spent an hour after lunch checking out the various stores on the town green hoping to find something to send to her daughters. When we entered Hush - the woman working (I'm later told it's the owner's daughter) was not friendly, and did not make my friend or I feel welcomed or comfortable. It was totally unwarranted. The silly hat she was considering buying was left behind as the girl working there made us feel like "we weren't classy enough" to be in the store... please you sell weekend hooker hats lol On the flip side, the lady working the children's boutique lovely woman and I'm in need of baby gifts for my neighbor but now on the fence of supporting a family business where someone clearly doesn't understand customer service.

So I have been shopping in this store and it's sister store for 2 years have spent over 4k and…read moretruly love these shops but I bought a pair of pants on Thursday and wore them Friday for 2 hours the pants ripped during regular activities and by the way they were big not tight and the assistant manger who was sold me a 1k jacket one year earlier at the the time was super nice was not only rude but disrespectful she at no time remotely had any shown sympathy or remorse just basically tried saying that construction was good and they are good quality yes there was a little dust on them because I wore to an event which I had to leave to come back to hotel and change. If I was the manufacture I would no longer allow this shop to carry my $207 pants with this kind of customer service. I never get upset or ever post anything but this really upset me.

I stopped in again this weekend and found a lightweight knit white sweater, perfect for our cooler spring/summer nights. And at a reasonable price point. This boutique carries hip women's clothing and some accessories (think bags, belts, and bracelets...and more). I love the bright store interior and the fun brands they carry. I was just window shopping in downtown when I saw a super cute fall skirt in the window that I just had to have, and slowly wandered inside with my stroller. I asked if they were cool with my pup in the stroller and they were! The sales person also held my item that I wanted to purchase at the register so I didn't have to carry it around. She also nicely offered a dressing room, but I didn't feel like trying anything on. Store was very clean and had super cute clothes and accessories. Adding some pictures here.
