Came back in for a second night for a beer. Yes we're staying at the holiday inn & suites. My review is for the first night we came here after a full day at Disneyland. We came in and ordered buffalo chix wings, chix strips, and garden penne pasta. We were not anticipating anything that great seeing were in a restaurant in a hotel closer to their end of day. Even lowered our expectations when we found out their $15 wings came with 6 wings and their $14 chix strips came with four. Both came with fries but still, 6 wings and 4 strips??? To summarize they were some of tue best wings I've had in a long time. We'll cooked, completely sanded, freash crisp carrot and celery sticks and way too many fries. Daughter had the pasta which she said was very good and the toast it came with was great. Overall, exceeded our expectations to say the least. Service was also very good. Pleasent, professional, efficient, and gracious thru out. Honestly, I'd actually comeback and stay here for many reasons and this restaurant would be one of the main reasons. This restaurant is located inside the Holiday inn Hotel. There is really nothing else close or in walking distance in from this hotel so I stopped in here twice on my work trip. First night I was greeted by Julie she was so sweet and friendly I took her recommendation and got the hot wings and sat at the bar had a beer and watched the warriors game as my food was being prepared. I got the hot wings and they were good but very small. My portion came with 6 wings and fries for $15 bucks. Second day I was greeted by Julie again and still with the pleasant & friendly attitude. I got the Hawaiian pizza and the wings again . Small pizza ran me $12 and the wings again were $15. Both were decent for hotel bar food. Most importantly the customer service I got from Julie and E were top tier compared to front desk workers I got throughout my stay here, but ill save that for the hotel review. We picked up food on a big trip. Ordered steak and was way overcooked. My son's pasta was dry and chicken had no flavor. It's okay

Okay, let me start by stating that I'm mainly reviewing because this place is so underrated. I tried looking into this onsite restaurant and couldn't find much at least nothing recent. This place is perfect for families. Arrived at the hotel at 3:30ish and was told about onsite restaurant that opens at 5 pm for dinner kids eat free and was given a $25 off coupon as well. Decided to give this place a chance since we wanted at have an early night since heading to Disney the fallowing morning. Upon arrival hostess was smiling friendly. Seconds later was greeted by our waiter Eladio. This man was extremely nice and attentive. Made my family feel welcomed. My daughter loved the television at our table and the large screen playing children's television. She especially loved the free dessert included with her meal. If you're heading to the parks or returning early and don't want to drive out for dinner this place is the way to go. Above everything else the food was absolutely amazing. 10/10 read more

Exhausted after a long day at the parks, we stopped in on our way back to the hotel. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was filling and GOOD! Would definitely recommend and will be back for more of that yummy pizza! Our waiter was Eladio and he was fantastic! We literally never had to ask for refills or extra anything. He was 2 steps ahead of us the entire visit and he is 100% awesome! read more

This restaurant was nearby so we gave it a try. The food was ok. I got a turkey club and my friend got a salad. The booths have TVs which is cool for entertaining the kids. We also got a couple of White Russians, and they were pretty good. I don't think I'd go back again, not because it was bad but because there wasn't anything special about it. read more

This Bar/Restaurant is a refreshing haven from the craziness of the Disneyland resort. The food is very good and the drinks are the cost of the resort. The evening staff really made our trip relaxing. We came here every night and were greeted like family. The only thing I recommend to guests is getting clear instructions on how the breakfast billing works. It is weird and confusing to say the least. I wish the hotel would just give you a breakfast voucher and a menu that is covered by that voucher. read more

I stayed at the hotel, I was so tired when I arrived but needed dinner, so I ordered the veggie pizza with a Holiday Inn Ice Tea to go, how convenient that was & the price was right! It's nice that there is a mini fridge & micro in rooms! Disneyland is so close too, then when you return you have this very nice restaurant with very kind & professional staff! Decent food. Their breakfast buffet is the way to go because you get basically everything- keep in mind you can order your eggs as you like if you do the buffet. Their breakfast burrito is probably my favorite. I got it without cheese, onions, or peppers- so basically just bacon and eggs and it was great! They were careful with my food sensitivities. The salsa was perfect for it. Orange juice is from concentrate I believe. The oatmeal is dairy and sugar free. Chicken fingers were decent- nothing special but enjoyable. They have cartoons at some of the booth for kids. Good kids menu with lots of options and activities like word search. read more

This restaurant is exactly what I would expect from a restaurant inside a Holiday Inn. The hotels have over the years updated their look for a more modern decor and atmosphere, with that came trendier restaurants. I ate here late in the evening for dinner, so this review is just for their dinner menu. There is a good variety of food on the menu, and we started our meal with the fried zucchini sticks. I ordered the steak salad and my husband ordered fish n chips. When the fish n chips came out, they almost looked like fish-sticks only thicker. My husband said they didn't taste frozen and when he broke them in half I could see it was real cod. Just the look of them made me think frozen dinner, so visually I was a bit disappointed in them. They tasted just, but just average. Nothing over the moon. The steak-salad was good. They cooked my steak exactly how I asked. Overall the food was just average. Not bad but also not spectacular. My colleague and I decided to eat at this restaurant on our last night in Anaheim CA after a long day at Disneyland for Epilepsy Awareness Day. We toasted with White Russians which were tasty and well-made. My steak salad was made exactly how I liked it and I cleaned my plate. My colleague ordered a sandwich which turned out to be a huge serving that she couldn't finish and took to go. While the look of this restaurant is more cafeteria-like, I did like that each booth had it's own tv which was controllable by remote. read more

This restaurant is inside the Holiday inn. It has some of the best mixed drinks I've ever had. Jose and Dey the managers are great. If you're staying at the hotel or you're nearby you gotta give this place a shot. It's much better than the park food and you won't be waiting an hour in line for a mediocre overpriced meal. The Tuscan sandwich and Holiday inn ice tea are great. There are televisions on every booth to occupy your children will you relax and dine. read more

This restaurant is definitely geared towards kids. When you walk in, there are Disney decorations throughout the restaurant. There are televisions at each booth and big TVs over the bar. They have beer and a few other drinks, but I did not explore because I am working. The workers were really nice, but we did not have much customer service because we pre-ordered our food and it was ready when we went on break. There were few people who actually ordered and had a waitress in there. It is definitely family friendly. I would not come here just to eat at the restaurant, but if I was staying here at the holiday inn with the kids, I would definitely eat here. read more

Super super slow service. One of only a handful of customers late on a Wednesday and it took over 15 minutes to bring out a fish taco appetizer. Tables weren't fully clean and they didn't have several wines that were listed on their very limited wine menu. Food was mediocre. Their bacon is nice and extra crispy. Besides that we had a server that just hated her job. My husband would ask her a question and she would sigh each time. He asked for things like milk, sugar, and ice. It was like she had to work or something? If you do room service is 18% plus $3 which is usually the same as 20% tip. Foods itself was surprisingly good! Wings were the only exception, soggy not crispy at all even when asked to make them extra crispy. But the 3 stars comes from lack of customer service, which is what a servers job really is all about. read more

Upgrade to Disney pack and got 50% off our bill, the wait staff is really friendly !! While staying at the Holiday Inn we had dinner at Onyx. My husband had a burger and chips, I had the Salmon BLT, and my daughter had the kids grilled cheese. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The chips are so good-- we asked for a side of bbq to dip them in. Each booth has a tv and you can choose what you'd like to watch. Service was fast, food was fresh, and the drinks were good as well. read more

I was in town for a conference and had a late supper here on a Sunday night. It was a very mixed bag. I was dining alone, but still got a comfy booth. There were four place settings there, and no one bothered to take away the other three. That seemed, well, kind of weird. There is a TV in every booth and the atmosphere was kind of cafeteria-like... tile floors, spartan decor. The kids didn't bother me (after all, this is right near Disney) but as a business traveler, I'm used to a little more ambiance in a hotel restaurant. The server took my drink order right away and I got a really good draft beer (Anaheim Gold - a locally-brewed amber ale). It's a good thing I had the beer, because a baseball game was on and soon after I arrived, a woman in the booth next to me let out an ear-piercing scream in response to some play. I nearly jumped out of my skin. I ordered the Parmesan Bruschetta, which I imagined would be delicious warm bread with tomatoes and melted cheese, but what I got was plain toasted French bread with a lot of large diced tomatoes piled on top and a little bit of parmesan cheese: all cold. Also difficult to eat because everything basically fell off the bread when I picked it up. They served it on a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce with a mesclun salad beside, which puzzled me. I also ordered the Blue Cheese Wedge salad, which was delicious. The blue cheese dressing was awesome, with big chunks of blue cheese. It had diced tomatoes (which made sense in a salad) and just the right amount of red onion rings. The portion was gigantic - half a head of iceberg lettuce - this would easily serve 2-3 people. I asked them to hold the bacon bits and they did, so that's a point for good service. The server didn't check in to see how I liked everything, or to refill my water, so she lost a point there. So I enjoyed my giant salad and beer, but will opt for room service next time. read more

Great prices for drinks during their happy hour, and their wedge salad was delicious! My biggest complaint is the service. While the bartender/ server was very nice, service was very slow and he kept forgetting about us. I'm not sure if he was just too busy to take on the bar and tables but I asked for water and after 1 hr of asking for it 2x, I got up and went to the lobby of the hotel to grab some from there. We also asked 6x for a table(s) for dinner since we were going to be adding people to join us. By the time the rest of the party joined they just pulled chairs from other tables and kind of just squeezed in at the table. It wasn't until the last time we asked (7th) that they grabbed another table to add to ours so we can be comfortable. I've heard from other patrons that the food is great, so if I do have family or friends visiting again and staying at this specific hotel, then for sure I'd eat/ drink here again but I wouldn't go outta my way to come back. read more

I was attending a seminar here and they offered a menu of items to choose from that would be ready during our lunch. I figured fine, it would save me the hassle of looking for food elsewhere. Big mistake. It was so awful I could barely chew and swallow it. They should really test their menu items out on humans before selling them. I got a chicken cesar wrap with fries. It was completely hot wilted romane lettuce and unseasoned chicken in a generic tortilla. At first glance it looked like a cheap burrito. After biting into it I wouldn't insult a cheap burrito like that. The fries were clearly from a frozen bag. I'm sure their food is hit and miss but be careful if you're ordering from a limited menu. read more

Nothing I hate more than a listed menu item being unavailable. Especially when the sever says the main ingredient has been out "for weeks". Unfortunately I was not able to order the Russian Mule I had been looking forward to. That aside, the customer service from all the staff was excellent. Server was attentive and the bartender mixed great drinks. My wife had a margarita and I had a rum and coke. Pretty standard stuff but well done. Restaurant decor is ok. Toy Story, Cars, and other Disney characters stare down at you as you dine. Walls have other Disney decorations. Nice view of the pool. For dinner, my wife ordered the Philly Sandwich. Onions and meat were cooked well but peppers where not cooked all the way. This maybe preference as we are in California not Philly. Overall flavor was good. Fries that came with the sandwich were the thick steak fries. Fries done well and not greasy. I had the stuff burger. Love this idea and really enjoyed my burger. I had the philly (not sure why we both order something named philly) and it had the typical cheese, peppers and onion but stuffed in the burger. Great flavor and well executed. The food was a solid 3 stars. The rating above is over all. Missing menu item and so so decor brought it down. read more

Came back and stayed it would be $2. We get bill and its lie tax. 1. When does a cheeseburger come with no pickles???!!!!!! Bad service skillpath please have your seminar somewhere else. read more
