Inside, it was quiet with a nice atmosphere, and I appreciated the built-in outlets at the tables -- very convenient. There was just a small misunderstanding when I received my order. I was given one portion instead of two, and we didn't have time to wait for the correction. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the food because we were in a rush -- but everything was very delicious. Overall, a good experience, especially if you're staying at the hotel and need a quick breakfast option.

They completed major renovations on the guest rooms, pool area, lobby, and restaurant spaces. The restaurant has been through many different names and layouts during that time, but the food quality and attentive staff have remained the same. Quite literally, we had the same server year after year during our visits. She would remember that it was my birthday. The entire staff is wonderful. After that previous server retired, we have had multiple great other servers who have adopted us for the length of our stay during visits. I went on one of my mornings in the hotel before the convention day, and I was pleased with the food and the service. I made a reservation on Open Table figuring that with such a large convention that I might have difficulty walking up and finding a table. It was busy for a Monday morning but I may have not needed the reservation to get a table after all. You could also make a reservation through their website (https://www.meetatcallas.com). I ordered the Classic Breakfast with two eggs any style, smoked bacon (or chicken sausage), fingerling potato, and toast. Everything arrived rather quickly, and the staff checked on me even afterwards. I thought everything tasted good. In addition to breakfast, they have a lunch and a dinner menu along with a kids menu and a drink menu. They are open seven days a week from 7 AM to 11 AM and again from 5 PM to 10 PM. I have read reviews of a great breakfast buffet though as I went on a Monday morning, they did not have the buffet that day. Calla's is known for a fresh and modern take on all-day dining, infused with the bright, nourishing, and flavor-forward spirit of Southern California. For anyone with a Hilton status of Gold or higher, you could get a $15 credit per person (up to two people) per day. The credits could be used in any of the hotel's restaurants (but not the food court). I used it at Calla's during my last morning at the hotel, and it mostly paid for my entire meal. If you are staying at the Anaheim Hilton, definitely take at least one breakfast at Calla's!

For breakfast wife opted for the Churro Waffles this time which was good. For dinner we got the fish tacos and I tried the wings with fries. Both very good and very freshly made. While waiting I enjoyed a beer at the bar. The beer/liquor selection is pretty good but I opted for a beer. They also have happy hour but haven't had a chance to enjoy it. Thank you again for the service provided by Karin. My family greatly appreciates the kindness. We truly feel like we're treated as guests when we come. The seating area is large with plenty of tables and chairs, enough to spread out, so if you have kids there's room for them. The ladies working are kind, they clean up your used plates immediately. The cost is relatively affordable if you're staying at the hotel (compared to getting one dish at a nearby breakfast diner). Good option to get in breakfast before you start your day at Disneyland. Ask the front desk for a voucher and they'll charge it to your room.
