Another update. It's been another 6 months, another ~10 deliveries from ontrac from various online vendors. Lots from a vendor in Riverside, so delivery from IE to LA/The valley. The only one hiccup during this entire time, was that once they delivered the package to my downstairs neighbor by mistake (number off by one digit) but I was able to locate it by looking around. All package arrived in good condition. They handled the packages with care and lots of times delivering way earlier than I thought the item would arrive. The particular reason for me to update this today is as follow. Had an item ordered Sat and was anticipating it to be picked up Monday then delivered Tuesday (Got used to their fast delivery). Little did I know, they picked it up on Sunday and was already delivering on Monday. I was not going to be at the address on Monday. So I called their CS number and was able to get to a real person very fast. She helped me out and placed a hold for pickup notice on the item. The driver was able to bring the item back to this location and I was able to pick up the item the next morning once I saw the tracking system update that it was ready for pickup. Got to the location, talked to the nice receptionist and picked up the package with the tracking and ID. The entire interaction was seamless. I like to commend them for doing a great job on all levels of operation. This is impressive as sometimes even the bigger players have problems with this. Do I think they are perfect? No they aren't, no logistics company is, not even the major ones. But I think with my quite extensive data set of proven deliveries. I can say 100% they are on par with all other logistics companies. Don't make a judgement using those anecdotal information. Remember most people only write reviews when they have something to complain about. read more

Worst delivery service ever. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. I waited all day. I heard nothing. Waited all day Thursday. Finally received a text message that they couldn't deliver due to an incomplete address. The address was complete. I don't know what they're talking about. No way to contact them except through a chat, which takes me to a bot that doesn't understand a word I'm saying and is completely unhelpful. If they had questions about directions (which, using Apple Maps, takes one right up my driveway), they should've simply called me. I was waiting all day. I rename you OffTrac. read more

ONTRAC is horrible delivery service company. When I order package from EKSTER Wallets they send package through ONTRAC. Soon I know that ONTRAC I know I did not get the package on time. Exactly That's what happened today12/01/25. I was waited all day since in the morning Now I got a massage from ONTRAC my address has no access to enter the property. That is totally lie from delivery guy. my location gates are open 24 hours any time anyone come inside and deliver anything to this apartment complex. USPS, UPS, DHL FEDEX deliver all the packages why ONTRAC. These are the company have delivery to California DMV. I have that experience also. worst delivery company. They are the absolute worst! The door code was changed for my building. I've now had 2 deliveries sent back to the vendors because OnTrac can't get into the building. They could call me from the panel by the front door, but they don't. I have tried for days to contact OnTrac but they do not have a phone number that you can call. I've tried their chat and they say that they can't help me. All I want is to give them a new door code. Their chat said that they were connecting me with a real person, not virtual, but it's very obvious that I am chatting with a virtual assistant. They just told me that they can't change the new door code for the package that is currently being resent. That makes no sense. They said that they can change it for future deliveries. We'll see if they actually do that. If I wasn't forced to deal with them, I wouldn't. read more

I can't give a rating, they don't deserve any stars. The are lazy, they lie, they keep asking the same directions over and over. The don't answer calls. I've received messages that my delivery was attempted and it was not, I live in a community with 24 hr manned guard gate that will accept any deliveries if no one is home. The haven't even arrived at the gate anytime in the time period they are saying they did. They have asked me for directions several times, I'm on a street right off of the fwy that is actually an offramp of the fwy and they still want directions. Do they not use GPS??? read more

ZERO STARS. This is the LAST TIME I order from TireRack since they chose knowingly to use a company as horrible and unreliable as OnTrac. 3 of 4 tires delivered yesterday. For some reason the 4th was in a different truck, out for delivery ALL DAY. Never arrived. I could only "chat" with someone that assured me they escalated my case. Today, my tire is now "back at the facility" instead of being "out for delivery". Again, their "chat agent" said they would escalate. I was supposed to have a order delivered today. I have been home the whole time even in the living room watching tv. Then I get a text saying I "refused my order" and it's being sent back to see nothing they can do about it call the Sender. Horrible service. My product has been delayed for 2 days with no communication. Their phone numbers don't work and any communication I am able to get is through a third party so they have no information. Trying to contact them to see if I can pick it up from their sorting facility since I need this product for my workers but they are refusing. Told them yesterday If they delay it it will need to be delivered by 3 pm today or the delivery address changed to my personal address since this is a jobsite. Horrible delivery company. I've been talking to the for 4 days through chat, email and text repeatedly telling them to deliver to the address during work day hours 8-5pm Monday-Friday. For 3 weekdays they've attempted delivery after 7 pm and now again attempted to deliver on Saturday. I don't know what to do because customer service is useless! Major issues with a $1k package from Best Buy. Promised today. OnTrac's warehouse is 25mins away on a good day in Los Angeles traffic. It was out for delivery at 11:30 AM and nine minutes later I received a "delivery refused, sending back to shipper" message. I took the day off to stay home and I depended on receiving the item for a trip this weekend. Today through Monday are a wash. I wouldn't be surprised if their snake driver will try another day, be it today or "within one to three business days" and it will be marked delivered although never delivered and kept for themselves. I already had a bad feeling when I saw OnTrac. I should have just drove out 30mins yesterday to pick it up from Best Buy myself. What a waste. F ONTRAC! You cannot reach them by phone, their customer "service" is terrible, and you get the run around. I feel bad for Best Buy because they lost me as a customer at this point for using the worst possible delivery service ever. I should have ordered from Amazon considering I ordered items late last night and had them at 10 AM today, within 12 hours of ordering. Urbano is the absolute best! He's been great and our regular! He caught a huge mistake by the person sending us boxes as they put a different street number on every box but because he recognized us, he was able to catch that mistake and we were able to get all of our deliveries! This is by far the worst Carrier service out there. Got next day shipping but my package never shows up. It's been at Sun valley facility for 2 days with no driver picking up my package. You try to message or get a hold of someone with no luck other than AI (Artificial Intelligence) messaging system. Every time I get an order through this company they insist on getting an access code. My call box is Unit then my apartment number. The driver never tries to access the call box. This is frustrating and I have contacted them numerous times only for it to continue doing the same thing. The customer service number simply disconnects you, there is no way to control the delivery of YOUR merchandise, and the drivers are simply the worst. The drivers don't follow the instructions you provide through the site, and leave your packages in the middle of walkways and other conspicuous rather than taking the extra second to place the package in an inconspicuous spot. read more

Off Trac or Way Off Trac or Way Way Off Trac should be what this delivery service is called. Expecting a shipment from Walmart, but it is Very late. When I read the On Trac tracking notes, it states that my delivery is on their truck to be, "Delivered in Camarillo, CA," but the next entry, just 8 minutes later reads, "Sun Valley - Attempted Delivery - Package Refused by Customer." No other delivery service had to "Attempt" a delivery. I do not have a gate nor do I have a dog. Everyone else just leaves it at my front door. If they are trying to deliver my delivery in Sun Valley, instead of Camarillo, they will not find my address there. I. am. in. Camarillo.
