I have never really had anything delivered from on trac and Walmart was dumb to use them. My tracking said loaded on a truck at 1025AM it is now going on 832PM and still no delivery. I have called twice and supposedly they cant speak with the driver to see where he is. To top it off i got another status update saying it was loaded on the truck. at 707PM. I dont know what is going on, but these Phoenix On Trac people need to be disciplined in some kind of way. I paid to have it delivered on a certain day now the day is basically over! Walmart will be getting called. I need some kind of refund! read more

3-14-19 This is now my second delivery from this company that tracking says it has been delivered when it has not. I do believe this company fraudulently records it's tracking and that it costs it's clients possibly millions in replacing lost and misdelivered packages. Maybe the drivers just keep them, maybe they are the new mob and this is their racket, a way to cover stolen property so it doesn't look stolen, it's missing and someone else will replace it, so it doesn't matter. There is something hinky going on here, and ontrac is the one turning a profit. @3onyourside, #KTVK news channel 3, #FBI, I hope you are paying attention. Imagine how many people this happened to that didn't leave a Yelp review! The new Ponzie scheme of 2020, if ontrac were a bank there would've been an investigation already. If YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT PLEASE FORWARD TO THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OR YOUR LOCAL NEWS TO BRING ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. I just checked Yelp for the heck of it, I didn't realize I would find so many stories just like mine. read more

The single star is because I can't give negative stars. A week before Christmas and my son's present is MIA. Can't reach anyone by phone. Tracking says left with neighbors....why? I was home. I would not be surprised if their ghetto drivers don't have a little side business. At best, you gave away my kid's Christmas present. At worst, it "fell off the truck" and is currently on Craigslist or making a nice present for someone else. Given all the similar complaints, I'm contacting Phoenix PD and asking them to look into it. Once in a while is an accident, it happens. But seriously, this happens all day, every day with you. Stay classy read more

TERRIBLE DRIVERS!! They mark a package as delivered even though they didn't deliver it leaving the customer concerned and frantic looking for the package when it was not delivered on purpose. Not even notifying the customer and then delivering it the next day. Trying to lie and make themselves look good like they delivered all their packages on time when they didn't!! I would rather a package be late than being worried that it was delivered to the wrong place!!! read more

Ordered a package from Staples on a Thursday, supposed to receive my package on Monday. Did not arrive on Monday or on Tuesday. Package finally arrived on Wednesday with a poor excuse. The tracking online is not an accurate representation. The tracker on Monday said it left the warehouse and was on its way and then at 3p it said it never left the warehouse. On Tuesday the tracker said all day the package was on its way, then at 11p the status changed. The package arrived Wednesday -which I refused at this point, I ordered from Amazon instead. The online tracker said "delivered" even though it I refused the delivery. I told Staples I am cancelling this order because of the delivery service. I will make sure that any deliveries I receive are not sent by On Trac, they are cheap for a reason - they are not reliable. read more

It is 8:30 PM - Amazon promised me my package by 8:00 PM Today with NO delivery at all. OnTrac's wonderful tracking service reads: Transaction Date / Time Facility REDELIVER ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY Jun 3 2013 8:30PM Phoenix UNDELIVERABLE - NEED GATE CODE Jun 3 2013 8:29PM Let me first say, that my phone number is transmitted to OnTrac. All the driver needed to do is call me to let me know he / she was here and had a package to deliver. It would have taken him/her a minute. But obviously this was too much trouble. Driver probably was just too tired and decided to call it a day. A1 Courier (who Amazon formerly used for this kind of service) actually called me and said "Hi, we have a package to deliver, can you let us know how to get in to your complex?" I'm very disappointed that OnTrac couldn't get it together to call the customer. All I can say is that my package had better damn well be at my leasing office tomorrow. If not, there will be hell to pay. Way to make Amazon look bad OnTrac. read more

Never use this company if you can. I ordered a package from VS on the 12th and got an expected delivery on the 20th. The 20th comes and goes and nothing. I track the package on the OnTrac website and it claims there was a Shipment Delay for 11 DAYS. From the 17th-28th there were delays then finally on the 29th it says delivered at 5:05pm, but there is no package to be found. I have a camera looking over my porch and it's the 30th now and still nothing. I contacted OnTrac but considering the other reviews, I doubt I will get a response. read more

Can I give ZERO Stars? This company does not care about commitments for delivery. They will get around to it when they feel like it. It may take a day, or a week, who knows? Do not be in any kind of hurry if this is the shipper chosen to send you an item. They promise a call back. NOPE. They promise it will arrive before the end of business day tomorrow, NOPE! They promise it will be there tomorrow, but don't deliver on Saturday... How can it arrive if they are not even working? What is their excuse? They do not have one! They are just holding my package because it is fun for them. Is this their business policy to lie to their customers? I will never recommend them to anyone, will never use them again and hope that the flees of a thousand camels infest the Armpits of the Executive Management and Board of Directors as well as the people who decide which packages should be delivered and which ones don't matter! read more

This company was supposed to send an academic book to my brother. After failing to do so, we drove to the branch in Phoenix where a staff member complained about how she was supposed to off the clock! We waited so long for the package once we got there. How unprofessional. read more

I had a package sent from Las Vegas on 8/19, it arrived at the Ontrac facility in the Phoenix area on 8/20 where it has sat for the last 7 days, after checking the status of the delivery for 5 days I finally called Ontrac and the company I purchased the item from. Seems the delivery is now set for 8/31, a full 12 days later. I realize delivery services may be slammed during this pandemic and probably shorthanded for staff, but to have a package sit for almost 2 weeks due to their poor scheduling... come on. I'd avoid this firm at all costs. read more

I ordered two in-stock items from Chewy.com on December 1st. I received the box today, December 6th. It had been promised by Chewy.com on December 3rd. It only had to go from Reno, Nevada to Northern CA. It took 5 days and from the tracking notes on Chewy's site it actually was 30 minutes from my home at one point but got routed to Chandler, AZ! I could have driven to Reno from my home in 4 hours. We will see how long it takes the newest order, which I placed on Wednesday, to arrive. If it also takes 5 days or more I will no longer order from Chewy.com. Sad, because Chewy has always had such great customer service. read more

Ordered an item yesterday through Walmart. It was overnight - and their tracking indicated it would be delivered through On Trac (not a fan from past experience). I signed up for their delivery alerts through On Trac's website (text and email). This afternoon - although my apt. # was on Walmart's package - it was dropped off at an unoccupied apt., and brought to me by a nosey/nothing going on neighbor who should have never handled my package. I have still yet to receive any text or email from On Trac. read more

I wrote a review a few days ago giving this company one star. I am revising this as I found my package in front of the storage area of the complex rather than in front the individual apartment area itself. Box wa wet as it had been raining but the contents were ok. I wrote the company asking that their employees use a little common sense and attached photos to assist them with this. Thank you. read more

Yesterday: Tracking said I of 2 of my packages was arriving yesterday then it got moved to today by the end of the day. Today: Tracking said my both my packages are delivered and left on my front door. My husband and I searched the entire front of our house and even checked the neighbors just to see if they accidentally left it on someone else's front door. Nothing. Called customer service and they set an investigation but they suggested if I want my package, I should call the business that sent my packages to re-send them. WHAT?????? So put more hassle on me and make it the merchants fault???? I NEED MY PACKAGE! read more

Worst delivery service ever. My last three shipments from Chewy has ever been lost or showed up 6 days late. I don't understand why Chewy continues to use them as they now have lost my business. Run away from any business that uses Ontrac read more

Two shipments, three days apart, from chewy.com were delivered to the wrong address, actually the wrong apartment complex. The first shipment arrived 6:40 p.m. (after dark) Wednesday night....to the right apartment number, just the wrong apartment complex. Chewy.com sent a replacement order Thursday morning which would arrive Friday. Friday at 7:44 p.m. the package arrived to apartment 262 in the wrong apartment complex. Three times I called OnTrac concerning the errant delivery. After my last contact with OnTrac, I called Chewy and told them to ship my orders by FedEx only, not to ever use OnTrac. I also told chewy they should demand reimbursement for the second order because, obviously, OnTrac doesn't know what they are doing. My advise to you is to use either FedEx or UPS, not OnTrac. read more

Why would Amazon use them for One-Day guarantee deliveries? Now i understand why they boast fewer fees and lower surcharges. It's because they take forever to deliver anything to you. The item ordered from Amazon is less than 1lbs and with Amazon's One-Day delivery. Two days later, it's still sitting in the same place and still considered "In Transit". Just like all of the other comments, when Amazon states delivered by 8PM. I'm guessing that OnTrac sees it as 8PM, but not in your time zone. Why use them Amazon? Since they clearly cannot meet your expectations. read more

Do not use this delivery service! You will be very disappointed. They should change their slogan. They are NOT on time. I ordered a dress for an event that should have been delivered on the 6th. They lost the package and said they attempted delivery. I called the following day when it wasn't delivered and they said if it is found it will show online. The next day it showed the package was found and should be delivered that same day. At 4:30 that evening I called and they said the package didn't go out for delivery and I could come pick it up 30 min away from my house in 5pm rush hour traffic. I have a newborn and didn't have time to pick up the package! They should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

Absolute rubbish and deceptive service STAY AWAY. How are they even in business? Apparently they mark the item delivered when it hasn't (according to Amazon) Probably to stay within their Service level agreements. They went as far as stating that it was delivered to my front door. This is not the first time I had this issue with this garbage company. When I order with Amazon and delivery is with USPS, AMAZON, UPS, FEDEX... never have issues. worst service ever. 2 packages this week, both delayed multiple days and still not here. See other reviews to get the gist.

This is the worst delivery company ever!! they leave your package at the door, knock only once and take off to the truck. i caught the delivery guy leaving and flagged him down. i told the guy that he needed to wait till someone answered the door if the heard someone yelling "hold on" which i say because i'm handicapped. he then started to argue with me and then took off peeling rubber on cinnabar towards seventh st. you people need to train your drivers better on customer service! if i had the option i would have left a -5 star rating for how he did his job. You just lost a customer and you can thank your driver. From now on I'm listing my apartment address with a UPS store nearby. At least that way my packages will be safe. Hello there. It's never too late to deliver GOOD SERVICE. I ordered a piece of workout equipment a few days ago and today @ 10:12am -- it was delivered via an ON TRAC Courier. I was under the impression the parcel would be coming via FED EX, but somehow it was ON TRAC (and 2-6 days ahead of estimation). If you read my review of 9-months ago, then you know I was in no way looking forward to using their services [ever] based on their "random transit behavior" in residential traffic (on my street). However, today was different. I can't say enough about the kindness of the gentleman courier who delivered my parcel today. He rang the door bell and was exiting my lawn by the time I got to the door. As he entered his van, he looked back and noticed that I was a female, he then yelled from the cab, "It's pretty heavy. Would you like me to take it inside for you?" "Oh no!," I said, "Thanks anyway." His response, "Well, I'm from the South, it's not a problem, I love to help." SOUTHERN CHARM wins every time. I 'skidaddled' (quickly tip toed across my lawn) over to the truck and said, "Me, too...". He said he was from Arkansas and continued to offer his services of carrying my package inside. How kind of him. I looked at his van and said, "ON TRAC, huh? I can't wait to write a review on your safe delivery and awesome customer service." #WORD kept. I love writing POSITIVE REVIEWS. Thank you On Trac for giving me the opportunity to do so, on your behalf. :-) read more

Worst shipping company ever! I live in an apartment complex. The only way to deliver a package is either via usps in my mail box or to use the Luxer locker system. The carrier is supposed to type in their code, scan the package and then a locker opens to place the package securely. Well I ordered a package $100. It said it was delivered to a locker 2 days later. This was never scanned. No documentation in Luxer system. So I had leasing office open ALL the lockers. No package! It is IMPoSSIBLE to deliver a package to a locker with our scanning it.. which would have been the in the records from that day. Called the company many times who said because the gps showed the driver was there it's not their issue. What???? You have one job.. and not a difficult one at that. Deliver a package based on the protocol of the apartment.. it's not that difficult. UPS does it.. fedex does it. Are OnTrac carriers the UPS rejects? It seems like this is a common theme. How is this company still allowed to deliver packages. The drivers are just stealing all these packages and still allowed to legally "deliver" Packages? I will NEVER EVER use this dumb company again! Also.. their customer service was awful. Some idiot told me that it's not their responsibility to know how to use the locker system.. WHAT? Isn't that your job? I am so confused! I hope you enjoy my $100 worth of merchandise you thieves! Happy holidays to you!! read more

OnTrac lost my $500 package in the mail and are claiming it was delivered. I am not sure why companies use ontrac but this service is trash. My first bath and body works package arrived like it had been through hell. Then the package was left in my walkway out in the open for anyone to just walk by and take, nowhere near the door. The second pack said it hand been delivered at my front door, and it was left at my garage again out in the open for anyone to take. Lazy. Do better! I called customer service of course couldn't get anyone left my number for a call back no one ever called back. Another time, they were supposed to deliver my Kitty litter, I guess the driver couldn't be bother, stated it was delivered he probably drove on by it was over 40lbs. read more

I have to say that as far as I'm concerned OnTrac has been the only excellent shipping delivery I've gotten in this holiday season! My package was delivered the exact day it was supposed to, 2 day shipping, WOW! Since I was at work it was safely tucked out of view on my patio. Now, if only FedEx would bring the package they promised me on Dec 2nd, then the 7th, and now (hopefully) this coming Tuesday. Keep it up, OnTrac! Your hard work is appreciated! read more

i ordered the PS5 through Walmart and mind you this is a very expensive and rare to get purchase at this time and i called multiple times for a request to get this mailed to my location due to having it be delayed for 2 days going on 3 days. The third day a called they mentioned that this package is now missing/lost in the warehouse. I understand it is busy but that is the job these people applied for and now they have no clue how to do their job nor care about other people's packages because mine is now lost. i wanted to speak with a manager about this and escalate the delivery and the lady on the phone had me wait over 40 minutes before i hung up and got tired of waiting. i have not heard back about the package and no update has been made. They mentioned they have 1 person walking around the facility twice a day for missing packages but that is nowhere near enough to getting the job done. Ontrac is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. Ordered tires from TireRack, guaranteed to be delivered to my installers by 5/10/2019 @ 12PM. Because THEY (OnTrac) guaranteed the delivery at a hard time, and by 3:PM 5/10/2019, the installers had not received mine, or any tires from TireRack, I called TireRack to lay pressure on them, as I needed the tires installed ASAP, because my current set are getting old, and since we moved to Arizona from the swamp (FL) two years ago, the heat + tire age is a recipe for an unwanted event; critical enough for me to take the day off to resolve. The good: TireRack discounted $50 off the price, and stated if I return they would waive the return fees. The bad: As of 5/12/2019 my car is still on the same shitty tires, because OnTrac's concept of guaranteed, is merely a vacuous statement, identical to the noise one receives when one does business with the typical used car salesman. It ain't worth the paper it is printed on. read more

The absolute worst company to deal with! ABSOLUTE WORST! Would give zero stars if possible. My package arrived in my town on October 2. It is October 9th and still no package. I was expecting a delivery from FabFitFun, and so was my roommate. For one week the packages both kept getting delayed everyday. Eventually the package was marked as delivered, but when I went to check it was not there. My roommates package also did not make it to the house after it was marked as delivered. I called OnTrac about mine and they told me they would reach out to the driver and let me know when they responded. I wait a few days and call again. The person I talked to this time told me some of the new hires are in a hurry and don't want to bring packages upstairs because they are in a hurry and that it likely got left by the mailboxes, which by the way, are outside. Or they could have left it outside the building for all I know. I called the following day again and asked if the driver ever Replied and he never did. They just accept that, which is completely unacceptable. I was told they could not locate my package. So I would schedule to go pick up your package instead of relying on them to actually deliver it. There are many complaints about this company. it seems like these new drivers need to start taking pictures when they leave a package. I find it very odd that two packages from the same company, with different delivery dates did not actually get delivered. I plan on requesting my boxes get sent through FedEx again after this. The box isn't even small. It's a decent sized box and I don't understand how they just lose it. I would like the driver who claimed to deliver it to be held responsible for not delivering it to my door like he said he did. read more

If 0 was an option, it would be 0. I have had the misfortune of having sellers ship with OnTrac on two occasions. On both occasions, after an erroneous "guaranteed delivery" being missed twice, I contacted OnTrac only to find out that they had lost the package. On neither occasion was this caught until I contacted them, even though their online tracking continually updated with "will redeliver the next business day". They are so clueless as to what is going on with their shipments that they have automated their system to fall back to a "we'll deliver it tomorrow" message, even when they have no idea where the package actually is. That companies like Google and Amazaon choose OnTrac as a shipment option is absolutely embarrassing. DO NOT trust this company to ship anything you actually expect to arrive at the buyer. TL:DR: They are more likely to lose your package than deliver it. Seriously, what a shady piece of shit company. read more
