3-14-19 This is now my second delivery from this company that tracking says it has been delivered when it has not. I do believe this company fraudulently records it's tracking and that it costs it's clients possibly millions in replacing lost and misdelivered packages. Maybe the drivers just keep them, maybe they are the new mob and this is their racket, a way to cover stolen property so it doesn't look stolen, it's missing and someone else will replace it, so it doesn't matter. TERRIBLE DRIVERS!! They mark a package as delivered even though they didn't deliver it leaving the customer concerned and frantic looking for the package when it was not delivered on purpose. Not even notifying the customer and then delivering it the next day. Trying to lie and make themselves look good like they delivered all their packages on time when they didn't!! Ordered a package from Staples on a Thursday, supposed to receive my package on Monday. Did not arrive on Monday or on Tuesday. Package finally arrived on Wednesday with a poor excuse. The tracking online is not an accurate representation. The tracker on Monday said it left the warehouse and was on its way and then at 3p it said it never left the warehouse. On Tuesday the tracker said all day the package was on its way, then at 11p the status changed. The package arrived Wednesday -which I refused at this point, I ordered from Amazon instead. The online tracker said "delivered" even though it I refused the delivery. I told Staples I am cancelling this order because of the delivery service. I will make sure that any deliveries I receive are not sent by On Trac, they are cheap for a reason - they are not reliable. read more

I had a package sent from Las Vegas on 8/19, it arrived at the Ontrac facility in the Phoenix area on 8/20 where it has sat for the last 7 days, after checking the status of the delivery for 5 days I finally called Ontrac and the company I purchased the item from. Seems the delivery is now set for 8/31, a full 12 days later. I realize delivery services may be slammed during this pandemic and probably shorthanded for staff, but to have a package sit for almost 2 weeks due to their poor scheduling... come on. I am not sure why companies use ontrac but this service is trash. My first bath and body works package arrived like it had been through hell. Then the package was left in my walkway out in the open for anyone to just walk by and take, nowhere near the door. The second pack said it hand been delivered at my front door, and it was left at my garage again out in the open for anyone to take. Lazy. Do better! I called customer service of course couldn't get anyone left my number for a call back no one ever called back. I ordered two in-stock items from Chewy.com on December 1st. I received the box today, December 6th. It had been promised by Chewy.com on December 3rd. It only had to go from Reno, Nevada to Northern CA. It took 5 days and from the tracking notes on Chewy's site it actually was 30 minutes from my home at one point but got routed to Chandler, AZ! I could have driven to Reno from my home in 4 hours. We will see how long it takes the newest order, which I placed on Wednesday, to arrive. If it also takes 5 days or more I will no longer order from Chewy.com. Sad, because Chewy has always had such great customer service. read more

Ordered an item yesterday through Walmart. It was overnight - and their tracking indicated it would be delivered through On Trac (not a fan from past experience). I signed up for their delivery alerts through On Trac's website (text and email). This afternoon - although my apt. # was on Walmart's package - it was dropped off at an unoccupied apt., and brought to me by a nosey/nothing going on neighbor who should have never handled my package. I would not be surprised if their ghetto drivers don't have a little side business. At best, you gave away my kid's Christmas present. Yesterday: Tracking said I of 2 of my packages was arriving yesterday then it got moved to today by the end of the day. Today: Tracking said my both my packages are delivered and left on my front door. My husband and I searched the entire front of our house and even checked the neighbors just to see if they accidentally left it on someone else's front door. Nothing. Driver probably was just too tired and decided to call it a day. A1 Courier (who Amazon formerly used for this kind of service) actually called me and said "Hi, we have a package to deliver, can you let us know how to get in to your complex?" I'm very disappointed that OnTrac couldn't get it together to call the customer. All I can say is that my package had better damn well be at my leasing office tomorrow. Never use this company if you can. I ordered a package from VS on the 12th and got an expected delivery on the 20th. The 20th comes and goes and nothing. I track the package on the OnTrac website and it claims there was a Shipment Delay for 11 DAYS. From the 17th-28th there were delays then finally on the 29th it says delivered at 5:05pm, but there is no package to be found. I have a camera looking over my porch and it's the 30th now and still nothing. I contacted OnTrac but considering the other reviews, I doubt I will get a response. read more

Two shipments, three days apart, from chewy.com were delivered to the wrong address, actually the wrong apartment complex. The first shipment arrived 6:40 p.m. (after dark) Wednesday night....to the right apartment number, just the wrong apartment complex. Chewy.com sent a replacement order Thursday morning which would arrive Friday. Friday at 7:44 p.m. the package arrived to apartment 262 in the wrong apartment complex. Three times I called OnTrac concerning the errant delivery. After my last contact with OnTrac, I called Chewy and told them to ship my orders by FedEx only, not to ever use OnTrac. I also told chewy they should demand reimbursement for the second order because, obviously, OnTrac doesn't know what they are doing. My advise to you is to use either FedEx or UPS, not OnTrac. read more

Why would Amazon use them for One-Day guarantee deliveries? Now i understand why they boast fewer fees and lower surcharges. It's because they take forever to deliver anything to you. The item ordered from Amazon is less than 1lbs and with Amazon's One-Day delivery. Two days later, it's still sitting in the same place and still considered "In Transit". Just like all of the other comments, when Amazon states delivered by 8PM. I'm guessing that OnTrac sees it as 8PM, but not in your time zone. Why use them Amazon? Do not use this delivery service! You will be very disappointed. They should change their slogan. They are NOT on time. I ordered a dress for an event that should have been delivered on the 6th. They lost the package and said they attempted delivery. I called the following day when it wasn't delivered and they said if it is found it will show online. The next day it showed the package was found and should be delivered that same day. At 4:30 that evening I called and they said the package didn't go out for delivery and I could come pick it up 30 min away from my house in 5pm rush hour traffic. Worst shipping company ever! I live in an apartment complex. The only way to deliver a package is either via usps in my mail box or to use the Luxer locker system. The carrier is supposed to type in their code, scan the package and then a locker opens to place the package securely. Well I ordered a package $100. It said it was delivered to a locker 2 days later. This was never scanned. No documentation in Luxer system. So I had leasing office open ALL the lockers. No package! It is IMPoSSIBLE to deliver a package to a locker with our scanning it.. which would have been the in the records from that day. Called the company many times who said because the gps showed the driver was there it's not their issue. What???? You have one job.. and not a difficult one at that. Deliver a package based on the protocol of the apartment.. it's not that difficult. UPS does it.. fedex does it. Are OnTrac carriers the UPS rejects? It seems like this is a common theme. How is this company still allowed to deliver packages. The drivers are just stealing all these packages and still allowed to legally "deliver" Packages? I will NEVER EVER use this dumb company again! My package was delivered the exact day it was supposed to, 2 day shipping, WOW! Since I was at work it was safely tucked out of view on my patio. Ordered tires from TireRack, guaranteed to be delivered to my installers by 5/10/2019 @ 12PM. Because THEY (OnTrac) guaranteed the delivery at a hard time, and by 3:PM 5/10/2019, the installers had not received mine, or any tires from TireRack, I called TireRack to lay pressure on them, as I needed the tires installed ASAP, because my current set are getting old, and since we moved to Arizona from the swamp (FL) two years ago, the heat + tire age is a recipe for an unwanted event; critical enough for me to take the day off to resolve. The good: TireRack discounted $50 off the price, and stated if I return they would waive the return fees. The bad: As of 5/12/2019 my car is still on the same shitty tires, because OnTrac's concept of guaranteed, is merely a vacuous statement, identical to the noise one receives when one does business with the typical used car salesman. I was expecting a delivery from FabFitFun, and so was my roommate. For one week the packages both kept getting delayed everyday. Eventually the package was marked as delivered, but when I went to check it was not there. My roommates package also did not make it to the house after it was marked as delivered. I called OnTrac about mine and they told me they would reach out to the driver and let me know when they responded. I wait a few days and call again. The person I talked to this time told me some of the new hires are in a hurry and don't want to bring packages upstairs because they are in a hurry and that it likely got left by the mailboxes, which by the way, are outside. Or they could have left it outside the building for all I know. I called the following day again and asked if the driver ever Replied and he never did. They just accept that, which is completely unacceptable. I was told they could not locate my package. So I would schedule to go pick up your package instead of relying on them to actually deliver it. There are many complaints about this company. it seems like these new drivers need to start taking pictures when they leave a package. I find it very odd that two packages from the same company, with different delivery dates did not actually get delivered. I plan on requesting my boxes get sent through FedEx again after this. The box isn't even small. It's a decent sized box and I don't understand how they just lose it. They picked up the pkg on Nov 28, they received the pkg in Phx on Friday morning after the trucks had already left the facility, and they don't deliver on weekends. So here we are on Monday Dec 4. I called them again and they aren't sure if its out for delivery or not. REALLY?? now what's the excuse. They promised to call me back with an update, still no pkg and no call back with an update. If 0 was an option, it would be 0. I have had the misfortune of having sellers ship with OnTrac on two occasions. On both occasions, after an erroneous "guaranteed delivery" being missed twice, I contacted OnTrac only to find out that they had lost the package. On neither occasion was this caught until I contacted them, even though their online tracking continually updated with "will redeliver the next business day". They are so clueless as to what is going on with their shipments that they have automated their system to fall back to a "we'll deliver it tomorrow" message, even when they have no idea where the package actually is. That companies like Google and Amazaon choose OnTrac as a shipment option is absolutely embarrassing. DO NOT trust this company to ship anything you actually expect to arrive at the buyer. I had three different customer service reps take my cellphone number to call me back and heard nothing. I didn't even receive a confirmation email when I emailed their customer service.
