It's never too late to deliver GOOD SERVICE. I ordered a piece of workout equipment a few days ago and today @ 10:12am -- it was delivered via an ON TRAC Courier. I was under the impression the parcel would be coming via FED EX, but somehow it was ON TRAC (and 2-6 days ahead of estimation). If you read my review of 9-months ago, then you know I was in no way looking forward to using their services [ever] based on their "random transit behavior" in residential traffic (on my street). However, today was different. I can't say enough about the kindness of the gentleman courier who delivered my parcel today. He rang the door bell and was exiting my lawn by the time I got to the door. As he entered his van, he looked back and noticed that I was a female, he then yelled from the cab, "It's pretty heavy. Would you like me to take it inside for you?" "Oh no!," I said, "Thanks anyway." His response, "Well, I'm from the South, it's not a problem, I love to help." SOUTHERN CHARM wins every time. I 'skidaddled' (quickly tip toed across my lawn) over to the truck and said, "Me, too...". He said he was from Arkansas and continued to offer his services of carrying my package inside. Pick up was scheduled on 12/12 between 10 am and 4 pm We called at 3:30 pm wondering if the packages were going to be picked up. The lady in customer service was aggressive and said "it is not 4 pm yet" We called at 4:45 pm and were on hold for 17 mns. The customer service did not even apologize for their failure to do their job, but he promised that someone would pick up the packages before 9:00 pm. We are now the day after, packages have not been picked up, none has called. We are reporting Ontrac to BBB. We deal with alot of vendors from CA, who choose to use your services. More often than not your services are very disorganized . We currently received one package out of four and where then told they are "LOST". They got lost on the ON TRAC watch. How do I tell my customers this??? How can you conduct business this way? So first let me start off by saying just like everyone else who has done business with this excuse for a delivery service, how displeased I am with you f@cks! If you did the same mistakes would not keep occurring and would be addressed. So my issue with ontrac is. I purchased some merchandise that cannot be easily replaced. The company I purchased them from used ontrac to deliver the product. The package made it to Phoenix, was scanned in twice on the 9/17 once at 645 am and then again on 649 am. Why the two separate scans? I don't know, but it proves to me my sh!t made it to their location in Phoenix before mysteriously disappearing. From there all the confusion on my package begins and the excuse start to pile up. I had a commitment date on 9/19 by end of day. When that passed I waited until the end of day on 9/20 before reaching out to these f@cks. Not one time did anyone reach out to me to tell me that there was an issue with my package and they were looking for it in their facility, but that's what I was told when I reached out to them. I have been in touch with their customer service department several times now and I must say they are really nice and try to be helpful but they are at a call center somewhere else and are instructed not connect you to the facility you are having issues with. Stating that they do not know or have the numbers but just have buttons they push to connect to each center. That sh!t ia crazy to me, so basically they are just as blind as you are and have take the word of a person on the other line that really doesn't give 2 f@cks becuz it not their sh!t. So really it is pointless to call the 800-334-5000 cuz all they can do for you is tell you how truly sorry they are and just have the company that shipped you the stuff to resend and make a claim with ontrac. And really its not their fault becuz that's what they are trained to say and do but they get all the aggression and frustration from the public becuz these b!t@h#$ on the corporate side will not list any of they're numbers or emails address so you can contact them directly with an issue becuz again they don't care. So to you ladies I spoke with on 9/21 I apology to you , but I was pissed off and still am pissed about the whole situation. So this morning I get a call at 630 am with a message basically saying that the package is missing (well no sh!t) and that I needed to call the sender so they can make a claim. How hard is it to backtrack your logs see who worked that day and where everyone dropped off call those locations to see if something was dropped off accidentally to another business, but even then there would have been an end scan with a signature. Better yet look to see who the f@ck was working my area and start with them until you get your answer. I have dealt with all kinds of courier services UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and so on at work and personally and by far you guys are the worst. Not becuz you lost, misplace, are let someone steal the package, just becuz of the way everything was handled after that. With no since of urgency or real care. I agree 100% on the bad reviews given to OnTrac. My shipper sent an overnight package from California to Arizona on Thursday morning, Nov 29, 2017. This package contains items specific to an event I am attending tonight, Dec 1st at 7:00 p.m.. On Nov 30th the tracking info from OnTrac stated that the package arrived in its Phoenix facility and the driver is in route. No package or OnTrac driver showed up that day. I sent an email to OnTrac customer service and asked for the status - no reply! The next day, Dec 1, the information on my tracking number on their portal was changed to second business day delivery and that the package in in route - again! At 11:00 a.m. this morning, doubting if my items will arrive, I called their customer service, after being on hold for 15 minutes the lady that answered the phone, after giving my tracking info, doesn't know the whereabouts of my package and she had asked to give her my phone number so she can call me back when she hears back from their facility in Phoenix, AZ. No call ever recieve! So I called again at 4:15 p.m., wondering if I have to run to the store to find an outfit for my event, the person, another woman, I spoke with said that at this time they can't locate my package and appears to be missing! She suggested that I called my shipper and told her that why would I call the shipper when this is clearly on OnTrac court! They misplaced my package and no one can give me an answer, after the issue has been escalated and spoke with the Call Center Manager, as to whether or not my package will be delivered. This is, by far, the worst delivery experience I had! I will never use or recommend OnTrac to anyone. I wish I could leave negative stars. The service is horrible. Delivery driver snuck up to the front of the house dropped the package where everyone passing by could see the package. Did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. There was no signature required, and I am all for placing the package at door and knocking or ringing doorbell, and walking away. The driver did none of that there was no notification that a package was left at the door, luckily Amazon is diligent enough to email the customer that the package has been delivered. The most irresponsible company ever. I ordered my dog's speciality food from Chewy on Saturday with guaranteed delivery by Monday. On Sunday I was told it was coming that day (from about 20 minutes away from my house). It didn't arrive. On Monday it was somewhere on the other side of town. Tuesday, still not here. I called the company and was on hold for 45 minutes until I finally hung up. It arrived today and my Ring doorbell catches the delivery driver throwing the box on the floor in the middle of my front porch. Didn't even try to put it in a discreet location like all the other delivery drivers. If can post a video, let me know and I'm happy to share it. The sound of the box slamming on the ground is priceless. I've already complained to Chewy about using this service saying it may make them lose me as a customer. read more

My package was either stolen by the driver or delivered to someone else's address who stole it. This is the first time I've ever encountered this company and the first time I've had a package stolen from me (and trust me I've bought ALOT of packages) nonetheless I am BEYOND disappointed. If you have a choice DO NOT use this shipper. Customer service has long wait times (30+ mins) and aren't any help either. It took them 3 days to even get in contact with the driver (or so they say) and 5 days to have the driver even go back to wherever they dropped it off at to try to recover the package and of course by then it was gone. I was told to request a refund from the vendor money is not the problem. Ultimately it really sucks that someone out there made off with a package they didn't pay for. I rarely make bad reviews but this service was so terrible and are completely responsible for the stolen package. If I could sue I would but hopefully this review will prevent anyone else from going through what I had to go through with this company. This company is an absolute joke. I had a package expedited to my home and was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, October 1 2019. It never arrived. I waited at home all day there was not an attempt made to drop off my package. The next morning I called their customer service line around 9am requesting an ETA and explanation as to why the package was not delivered given that the tracking stated out for delivery since 10am on the 1st. Anyhow, I was told that I would receive a call from the driver later today when they were about to deliver. I trusted them and waited. At 4:30pm I began to worry. I needed this package before my flight the following day so I called again just to follow up. I was told that the issue will be expedited and as soon as they locate the driver they would provide an ETA. The sun began to go down so I decided to call once more. At this point I am upset. I explained to the rep how I have been waiting for my package for the past two days and an ETA since 10am this morning. He said the same thing as the previous reps. I decided to check the tracking to see if an update had been made. Low and behold the driver returned my package to the facility at 7:55pm. No attempt to deliver over 2 days. Now I am furious. I called back once more at 8:30pm to let the company know what the tracking currently said. Zero help other than a bunch of I don't know and I'm sorry. They clearly do not have a system in place to ensure that people's orders are "on trac". They could not locate the driver over 12 hours. They advised me to wait when instead they could have explained to me that the package could be held and I could pick it up in Sacramento. Now it is 9pm and I have a flight to catch at 6 without the items I ordered for a week long trip. Their response. We will call you and let you know when you can pick up the package. Dangerous driving. This company needs to train it's drivers to slow down pay attention to the road, not devices. Van driver just speeding in my residential neighborhood near 7th Ave and Greenway, speeding on 7th ave after that, plus swerving while looking at device and not using turn signals for turns or lane changes. Based on other reviews, seems that this company doesn't care about quality or apparently public safety now too. Hopefully they never hurt or kill someone by their actions and hopefully all their drivers aren't like the one I witnessed. Get GPS tracking on your drivers through your insurance company. At first, I was worried after reading comments about this company. My first order arrived fine, "hidden" right under my mat. My second, however, did not. I waited on hold for over 35 minutes for customer service after looking at the "delivered" status online, and eventually gave up. Their tracking service stated that they had delivered the package, though no one ever came to my door. After hanging up, I contacted Amazon; which the CSR stated, "Sometimes due to high volume the company accidentally scans an item but does not deliver it." I was told it would be delivered the following. 9PM rolls around the next day... nothing. So I contact OnTrac, held for 10 minutes: by this time I knew not to wait longer, it is a dead end road. Contacted Amazon and again, told them I did not receive my package. They were helpful in offering me a replacement, I was even given same day delivery after request. From previous comments, I requested to not have item's sent to me from OnTrac. Which was "notated" in my account. The rep replied that they have had the most complaints about this specific delivery partner. Right now someone has my $300 item, which is a loss for Amazon now. If you live in the Tempe, Chandler, maybe Mesa area, before you order from amazon, request to NOT receive packages from this shady company. Your purchases may or may not show up. A word of advise if you have to contact CS. There will be no prompt as to how long it will take to have someone talk to you. I wish I could give them a zero rating. I ordered something from Home Depot because I couldn't get it delivered to the store in time. It was suppose to be here in two days. The day it said it was out for delivery, I was so happy it would be here on time. Then the tracking said that the recipient refused delivery. I was the customer and I never saw or talked to the delivery person. I called within a half hour and was told that they would call me back with some information. Of course, I never heard from them. I reordered the item. Today the original item was suppose to be redelivered. I spoke to three different people at three different times. I gave them my cell and detailed directions to my house. They paged the delivery person. I was assured that I would get my package today. It is now after 9 pm and I still do not have my package. Three people have told me they would call me back and not be one of them has. Tomorrow the replacement package is suppose to arrive. I will call in the morning and have them hold it at the office and make the 40 mile drive to pick it up. I would Never by choice use this company again. I don't know why Home Depot would use such an unreliable company. Every time you call you have to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to even answer the phone. Very very poor customer service. Then I was told that only Home Depot could authorize a hold. So I called Home Depot and they were told that it would take 3-5 days and possibly 7 days for that to take place. I have been assured (for what that is worth) that I will have my second package delivered today. I'm only giving this place two stars because they delivered my package unbelievably fast and because customer service has been awesome, other than that my experience has been a nightmare and stressful. I ordered my $50 package on 11/5/2021 and it was at my doorstep 11/8/2021 which was awesomely fast! However, I needed to return my package so I issued a return on 11/8/2021 and was told that someone would pick up my package AT THE SOONEST on 11/9/2021 between 10am and 4pm. No one came. I gave it the week just to see if anyone would come throughout the rest of the week, but still no one came. On 11/12/2021, I called for the second time and told them that no one came to pick it up and that I need to schedule another pickup. I was told that someone would be there between 10am and 4pm on 11/15/2021. Surprise, surprise - no one came. I called at 4pm that day and said that this was my THIRD TIME CALLING about a pickup. I asked if I could just have them email me the packing slip so I could just ship it back myself, but they said the contract they were under doesn't allow them to email me the packing slip. So I was told that someone would be there on 10/17/2021 between 10am and 4pm... sound familiar? And unsurprisingly the story ends the same - no one came. I called them again at 4pm telling them that FOR THE FOURTH TIME no one showed up. I was told that their drivers were understaffed and that no one had accepted my pickup request (tf?). I asked if I could just go to the facility and drop it off and luckily I was told that I could do that. But I'm honestly hesitant to drop it off because I've read almost all the reviews and now I'm worried that they're gonna mess something up and end up putting me out $50. Be weary of this company. After many failed attempts to speak to a human, I received an email from OnTrac that my address was not showing on their GPS and was marked undeliverable. I've been an Amazon Prime member for many years and have never had an issue receiving any order from USPS, FedEx or UPS... but the one time my order was handled by Ontrac their tracking states delivered at front porch at 5:30pm - which did not occur. Two calls to Customer "Service" resulted in being told that since it shows the package was delivered I need to contact Amazon for a refund or replacement. I explained the urgency surrounding this package, that I did not have time for a replacement to be shipped out and asked if they could please contact their driver to see exactly where they left the package and I'd go get it myself. The first lady was rude and insinuated that since it shows delivered to my address it was now an issue between me and Amazon, the second lady was much more polite but still would not help me. While on the phone the second time, my neighbor from down the road delivered my opened package to me - it had been delivered to her house, not my house as insisted upon by both women on the phone. My home prominently displays my house number TWICE, it also has security cameras rolling at all times... I'm disgusted by the mishandling of property I have paid for, the lack of customer service and the obvious ineptitude of Ontrack delivery drivers. If they can't match an address label to a home that clearly displays it's address TWICE, I have no interest in Ontrac handling any of my business. I placed a call to Amazon requesting that this carrier never be used to handle items I have purchased, they submitted a complaint to Amazon's shipping department and I will never consider utilizing this company for any reason ever in the future and will ensure none of my business partners do either. Chewy uses OnTrac for delivery, and that is such a shame. Their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. You either don't receive packages that they say have been delivered, or you receive them, but they don't follow delivery instructions, ie...leave package on back doorstep - to OnTrac, that means leave it on the front doorstep. It is really disappointing, and sadly, I will stop using Chewy because of their contract with OnTrac and the poor service OnTrac provides. read more

Ontrac is dreadful. I ask for same day shipping, does this not signify that my package is of importance? Not to ontrac, apparently. I live in an apartment, they're lazy as hell, won't even bother to COME TO MY DOOR to deliver my stuff. They'll just assume that if the office is closed their job is done, I was home all day waiting for it and they didn't even bother to come to my door to deliver said package. This is not the first time this has happened, I am just so tired of it. Update: I called to make sure that they would redeliver to either my front office or front door the next day and they said that they would over the phone. Next day rolls by and I get a notification that the package was delivered so I check my office, mailbox, front and back doors, nothing. The package was either accidentally given to someone else or downright lost. From there I called Ontrac again telling them that I couldn't find my package and they said they would open a case about it resending the driver to relocate the package. I was assured that they would call me back about it later on that evening or the next day. Well guess what, a couple of days go by and I received no such call. OnTrac I am amazed at how you are still in business. I ordered an item from an online retailer that uses your company (I can't say service as you do not offer that) for West Coast deliveries. I was waiting for the package that was ordered on Sunday to be delivered on Tuesday. I received the tracing info from the retailer and looked early yesterday and sure enough it was "Out for Delivery". I kept an eye on it periodically throughout the day, and at about 4:15pm noticed that the status changed to delivered. I called the house to ask if it was there and was told that no deliveries had been made, which I thought was a bit weird, but ok. I got home at 5:15 to inspect and find the same, that the package still shows as delivered, but nothing was at the house. I immediately called the retailer and was told that they would contact the shipper and find out what had happened. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes while the agent called OnTrac. When the agent returned, she stated that the shipper would call me back in the next 3 hours to let me know what they found. Tick tock tick tock... 3 hours passes, 4 hours passes, I go to bed... I get up at 7:30... and to my surprise NO CALL BACK FROM OnTrac. I get to work, I start with a call to OnTrac at about 10:45am to be greeted by less than happy to be at work (employee that I couldn't even understand his name as he mumbled so bad) to listen to my previous day's narrative and asked to place me on hold while he "Researched it". I waited for about 3 minutes and the phone rep came back on the line to inform me that they had done an internal investigation last night and found out that the driver was in the right area (hmmm suspect language) and left the package "At the front door". I am not sure what else OnTrac wants a customer to do if they were there all day and there was NO DELIVERY... I am hoping that if OnTrac monitors social media they see this and call me to try to rectify this situation.... Never use Ontrac from California to Arizona! Overnight means two days at best. Their guaranteed delivery time means nothing and their tracking system is lacking timely detail. read more

Waiting for a package from ontrac all day and I see this enterprise van pull up to the neighbors yard jumps out than gets back in and drive off. Seemed odd so I check the tracker and sure enough that driver delivered my package to the wrong house without checking the address. Luckily my neighbor was cool and I got my package but. Not everyone will be truthful and give back the package. Educate your drivers to verify that is the correct address. By reading other reviews seems like this company has a history of half ass work. read more

A common theme here it seems. I was supposed to receive an order from Amazon three days ago. OnTrac is the carrier. I've not only not received my package but cannot get ANY response from OnTrac other than a generic message saying they are researching the issue. Two phone calls not returned. Three emails not answered. Amazon is going to replace the order and will hopefully discontinue using this awful company. I would NEVER give them my business! Absolutely horrible. I've never had a package arrive on time. Always about 4-5 days after it's supposed to be delivered. Been waiting on a package since we Wed. It's now Sat and OnTrac says my package is in Ontario. Flipping Canada? It was going from Phoenix to Flagstaff. I finally had enough and told Amazon to never ship me anything through OnTrac again. I've ordered my dogs meds online. They must stay refrigerated. Always had to pay an extra $22 for cold, two day shipping. Packages are always three days late and then get returned because the outside of the package was wet. Of course it is, these idiots can't deliver in two days like I paid for. Ice melts genious. If OnTrac is the only way to ship it, I don't need it. Worst shipping company ever. read more
