The worst experience I've ever had with cellular repair. After bringing it here the first time (way better than my phone currently is) for a cracked screen, i left and wasn't able to turn on my phone. A very scary situation when you are a healthcare provider. I had to have my husband bring it in a second time. It is still abnormal with shutting off, freezing screen etc. but i think the worse thing was them selling me a screen protector and case that did not protect them at all and im convinced made it easier to break. Sure enough within just a week after dropping on carpet, shattered. I brought back and they did nothing except offer me to repay the full price. Ive been warned ab places like this but really wanted to take care if it as inexpensively as possible. Wish i had spent the money to do it somewhere credible initially. I never write reviews but would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Stay away from this store unless u want a messed up device and bad customer service. read more

I setup a repair with a description of my issue and no one got back to me to setup a time and date. I took my business elsewhere.

My I-Phone5 had broken volume buttons that two (2) Apple stores refused to look at or repair. Apple only wanted to sell me a new $$$ phone and wasted a lot of my valuable time. On-Site Cellular were very professional, polite and quickly repaired my cellphone as I waited, including replacing the battery which had begun to swell. Quite reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend them to friends and co-workers. read more

The owner has been very helpful w/ my screen problem. Was willing to take my iphone SE apart and perform tests to narrow down problematic area to help me save on repair cost. The owner is capable of doing detail repair work and was able to transfer my screen protector from my old phone screen to the new one. Those protection glass can break easily and that tells you how delicate he is w/ his repair work. read more

The earpiece on my iPhone stopped working, so I brought it in to be serviced. When I first was there, I wasn't impressed with the office. It was dirty and not very clean. I sat down and noticed a old, dirty, torn up newspaper on the table there (keep reading). The repair was done quickly the same day and was working when I took it home. About a week later, the earpiece stopped working again. So, I took it back to them. When I came into the office, it was still dirty and I noticed that the EXACT same newspaper was still on the table. Obviously, they do not take much pride in where they work. They fixed my phone again and as I was leaving the store, I noticed some streaks or scratches on the inside of the screen. They claimed that they do not remove the screen to fix the earpiece. But I'm not so sure about that since I look at my phone EVERYDAY and had never seen the streaks on the screen before. They eventually offered to open it up and clean the streaks. Once they started cleaning it, they told me that they could not remove them. I again reiterated that I know that the streaks were not there before as, once again, I look at the screen of my phone everyday and never noticed anything like that before. So, they eventually offered to replace the glass, but their would be no warranty on the work. I reluctantly agreed and the they replaced the glass. When I got my iPhone back, there were no longer any streaks or scratches to be seen, but I did notice that the home button was no longer flush with the top of the screen. But didn't really think much of it. Now, several months later, I noticed a little dust under the glass, right above the home button and in several other locations underneath the glass. The amount of dust has been increasing exponentially now. It is becoming more and more noticeable and distracting. Overall, I would not recommend this place. With my experience, I would not have confidence that they do quality work. Yes, it is less expensive then having Apple fix your iPhone or purchasing a new one, but my phone now has dust and particles under the glass that were not there before. read more

I had my Motorola Atrix (OG) digitizer repaired by them in February. They charged me as if they ordered and placed a new part in my phone when I'm pretty sure they simply fixed the digitizer I already had in my phone. I could clearly tell I had the same screen and I know what a digitizer consists of. Not only that, but my phone had a ridiculous amount of specks underneath the screen. I had to trick myself into believing it gave my screen character. Also, they chipped the corners of the phone. So...the positive: they fixed my phone. The negative: they didn't tell me that a new part was not needed and charged me as if they did assuming I wouldn't know, chipped my phone in multiple areas and left tons of dust under the screen. I did not confront them about this but instead decided to let my story be known for others and take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

So guys - was REALLY pleased with my repair experience here. Got my iPhone 5 screen replaced. Had done similar repairs on son's phone and touch feature never worked right again. However, the repair was done in 15 minutes. Cost $100 all in. And is working great. Looks like new. Great job! read more

These people suck and should be avoided at all cost! Back in January, I had my iPhone 6 glass replaced here for about $150. Within two weeks of replacement, a tiny crack emerged at the top of the phone, and within a week that crack grew to several inches in length. When I returned the phone, these knuckleheads refused to acknowledge their faulty workmanship. Their response was, "Sir, Iphone glass doesn't crack by itself." Well, this one did. They did offer me a discount to re-replace the glass. Uh, no thanks. It should be noted that I have had smart phones since they first came on the market, and this was my first phone screen to crack. Fast forward to March, and I now have cracks all in the glass. I'm going to the Apple Store now to have it replaced again. Lesson learned. read more

I sold an I phone that I had serviced there and I had to reimburse the buyer because On Site didn't put the screws back into my phone. I had another phones screen replaced there and later my screen went blank, I got it fixed elsewhere and they told me it broke because whoever serviced it previously didn't put the screws back in. read more

Talk about terrible service.... I wish there was a no star option. After being told the parts were in for my phone.. I came in.. When I asked to see the parts.. I heard the girl go in the back.. and heard the other guys tell her they sold my part to someone else.. SHE CAME OUT AND LIED TO MY FACE... told me that the guy had checked the screen earlier today.. and it was broken.. Now my phone is still broken.. no service and they want me to bring it back in.. I asked the shop to replace the flex cable that the volume. vibrate and power button are attached to. When I picked up the phone it took them 10 minutes to find my sim card. The vibrate button would not move, and they did not say anything about it. Glass screen was sitting up a bit on that corner so I opened it up to see why, and found out they had glued the vibrate button to the case. Camera doesn't work anymore either. I'm an EE. I rate their service very poor. read more

I have used these guys for a number of different kinds of repairs, from drying out a blackberry that fell in the pool - with me attached - to a new iPhone screen, to my latest adventure, a locked iPad. The guys there initially warned me about the construction of my model, letting me know that a battery replacement might break the screen. Then they checked the condition closely, discovering that it was a software problem caused by the latest iOS upgrade. Fixed it for $30, saving me 10 times that in sending it to Apple. I recommend Onsite for the first step in getting your devices repaired. They're easy to do business with. They'll fix it, or tell you that they can't. Can't ask for more. read more

I broke my iphone screen a year ago and got repaired at the onsite cellular frisco but the main button stopped working less then a year. The mistake I did was to take it to them again. This time they recycled it after 30 with out ever calling me. I suggest get a new phone at apple for 200 instead of repairing for 75 as there is no guarantee that it will work for long. There is a chance that they will not call and recycle the phone. That to me is not acceptable. I have another review posted for this. read more

I dropped my Iphone4S in its Morphie battery case and shattered the glass. Onsite cellular repair replaced the glass/digitizer in 30 minutes for $63. Fast efficient and professional. The older gentleman at the counter was courteous and informative. I could see from their posted price list that they can do this for just about any Iphone, Samsung or Ipad. I hate writing reviews but I had to take the time out to tell you about Onsite Cellular. I was travelling to Dallas on business when my IPhone chose that most inopportune time to break. I could get incoming calls but could not dial out. Calling up AT&T was not an option because I was not ready to plunk out major dollars for one of their refurbished phones. I asked the hotel concierge for shops that might be able to fix my phone, and he highly recommended onsite cellular since he had taken his wife's phone there and said they had done a great job. I took my IPhone into the shop,and they told me they could fix it.. NO PROBLEM...and that is what I wanted to hear. I went to lunch and came back less than an hour later and my phone was ready and back to working order. The cost was extremely reasonable, the technician was great, and the service was awesome . Nobody wants to be stuck in another state without their cell phone. Go check out these guys. You will NOT be disappointed. read more
