I have a OnePlus 8T that desperately needed a battery replacement. One of the more well-known fix it chains was going to charge me something like $145 just for labor. Plus the cost of the battery. It was pushing 200 bucks. I found on site cellular online. They answered a couple of questions. I went by the next day and the guy said he could do it in an hour if I brought the phone in. I dropped off the phone, went to lunch, came back and my phone was put together and perfect. I've had to work done twice at other chain store cell phone repair sites. I am extremely happy with their services on my Apple Watch repair. I received a quote from contacting Onsite Cell Repair through Yelp within an hour of posting my question. Korban (owner) stated very clearly what would be repair/replace and how much time would it take as well as a flat fee quote w/ no hidden charges. I ask for available appointment, he has I can come anytime and gave hours of operation. I dropped off my watch the next day late afternoon (Friday) he said after looking at the watch that both the glass screen and digitizer has to be replaced but the repair may be done by next day. I checked back around noon the next day, my watch was repaired and he explained that they were waiting for drying time. He even offer to stay late so I can pick up my watch after their business hours. I don't typically leave reviews but this one needs to be mentioned. STAY CLOSE WHILE THEY FIX YOUR PHONE! Do not leave the immediate area because they will close early in the middle of the day! I literally stayed near the area, grabbed some food at Asian Mint (which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it was soooo good) but anyways. I then stop by the shop to make sure it wasn't finished. I leave , because it was not, and 5mins later they call me and tell me they have to leave early. I said "wow, ok, we'll let me turn around. I just left so I'll be there in a few mins.". Mind you, they called me at 4:47 and said I need to be back by 5pm. I got there at 4:56 and they were GONE - disappeared and no person inside. I start freaking out needless to say Long story short I had to reschedule my entire next day to try and get back up there to ensure they had my phone and the repair was legit (because at this point I don't trust it). I was looking for a mobile repair shop through yelp. I got a response from Korban (owner, I believe) in less than 30 minutes. I explained to him what happened to my phone and he told me to bring my phone in the next day so he can take a look. I was worried if this was worth my time since my iPhone was submerged in water for 30 minutes. I ask him a few questions throughout the night and he responded quickly. When I got to the shop, he took my iPhone and opened it to take a look. About an hour later, I came back and he gave me his honest opinion on what he do to repair the iPhone. It turns out there was still water in my iPhone and he told me it was probably not worth it to fix my iPhone. Good thing I had ordered a new one already. Instead of fixing it, he was able to back up my phone and able to get all the lost photo and data that was in the broken phone. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for repairs on mobile phones. Korban seems like he knows his stuff and it was fair priced. Korban recently repaired my phone twice. My iPhone screen stopped working and he replaced it but the first time there was some glitchiness. The second time, he repaired it within 20 minutes right before closing time, and he replaced my phone screen with another new screen. He did a great job and solved my phone problem completely. Pricing seemed very fair based on the research I did. Be prepared to hand over your phone and your passcode so if you are worried about anything on your phone then you can take steps to safeguard any data before you go in. I would backup the phone just in case if you can of course. However, my repair didn't affect any operations on my phone other than my camera works perfectly again! I definitely recommend him for any repairs if you want to nurse that phone along instead of buying a new one. I will be heading back as needed in the future for sure. read more

In response to a question on talk I noticed this place wasn't even on here! They were total life savers last year when I dropped my iPhone and the screen detached from the touch pad. I had no cracks or anything in the screen, it just wouldn't recognize me touching the screen half the time. I went to Apple and AT&T and they both told me there was no way to fix it, that I'd have to buy a new phone (at $400?? You must think I'm made of money!). So, depressed and down-trodden I had resigned myself to losing my smart phone and getting whatever POS I could get for $10. Then, the clouds parted and a friend told me about this place. SO FAST! I went in and an hour later had my iPhone back working good as new for only $70. He completely replaced the screen/touch pad and reconnected the home button. Would get 5 stars if I didn't have to bring it back once because the home button connection failed, but he fixed it for free! HORRIBLE SERVICE! RUINED MY PHONE!!! I took my phone to Onsite Cellular Repair in Dallas as it kept rebooting. I drove 75miles each time, round trip, as this company had such good reviews on Yelp. They told me that it probably needed a new battery, and to come back tomorrow. The following day I called, and they told me that the battery was not the problem, and they could not repair it. I asked if it would still come on and reboot, and they said yes. I asked this, as was planning on trading it in, if it could not be repaired. I went to pick up the phone and paid the diagnostic fee. As I was driving off, I tried to turn the phone on, and it wouldn't work at all, even being charged. I immediately drove back to the place, and told them it was dead, and would not even turn on. They told me that the tech would need me to leave it, as it would take him 2 hours to work on it. I told them I would wait. Then I was told that I would need to leave it and they would work on it Monday. I was so angry and had lost total trust in them, as the tech knew I was picking it up, and didn't even check to see if it was working. They gave me back my diagnostic fee, so I left with my totally broken phone, which will not qualify for a trade, since it is no longer coming on. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I needed to replace the battery of my Mac laptop. Unlike the Apple Center, I did not need to leave my laptop for several days just to get the battery replaced. Onsite Cellular Repair ordered the battery after I paid, and called me a few days later so they could replace it. I dropped off the computer that day and it was ready one hour later. I didn't get a cell phone repair from them, but rather just a simple diagnostic and confirmation that the phone was broken, which allowed me to get it replaced under warranty.
