Had a great experience!! They were kind and quick. I would recommend for screen repair. Thank you

Apple would've fixed the back of my iPhone XS Max for $600 and they did it for $95! It came out perfect! You can't even tell it's not an original part! read more

My husband dropped his IPAD pro causing a crack to the screen. He researched yelp for some quotes and found Onsite Cellular. This company was quick, efficient and did a great job. Not to mention their prices were lower than most other screen repair businesses. For example, Apple charges $600 for a new screen. Onsite Cellular did a fantastic, quick job for half the price. This will be my new go to place for any screen repairs. read more

Great service and great attitude. Korban is the man with the plan. HIghly recommended. Fleetwood

I have used Onsite numerous times to "Repair broken screens" for my family. I have always been please with his service and price. Today I could not figure out what was wrong with my mother-in-law's phone which had a GLITCH with respect to the screen. I was FLOORED when THE OWNER took FOUR minutes to FIX MY ISSUE. a. We took our iPad to few locations and they either wanted to charge a crazy amount or didn't want to fix it as it was pretty badly damaged. Korban and his team came to our rescue. Fixed our iPad to perfection, added new case, provided constant communication updates, etc...best ever, thank you! read more

It's not easy finding someone to fix or replace a cellphone battery when you don't have an overly popular brand. ZTE axon is mine and it's not a iPhone. After calling and research, I found this place. Korban, the owner was great. He was quick and responsive on all communication, even through Yelp which was very convenient. The price was fair and as quoted, the timeframe was kept. They have warranty on service done. Great customer service . At a strip mall near I-75 freeway. I approve this endorsement. read more

Fixed up my Apple Watch and made it look brand new. Got it back the next day. There were issues with the repair but they corrected that as soon as possible. Definitely will bring my devices here if I need future repairs. read more

Korban and his crew at Onsite Cellular Repair are top notch and it's obvious that they value customer service. I asked several repair shops for a quote to repair my tablet, and Onsite Cellular was one of the few that replied. There was a hiccup with the supplier sending the wrong replacement part, but Korban kept in contact and regularly sent me updates throughout the whole process. The customer service and communication was top notch and my tablet looks like it did when I first bought it! read more

Replaced screen on my Apple Watch. Good price, communication, accurate estimate for time to complete service. No funny business.

Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone while visiting Thailand. I switched my sim card to my new Galaxy S9 phone, only to discover that I could not access mobile data. I kept getting an error message that mobile data is off, even when the mobile button is turned on. I talked to my cell phone carrier and Samsung, neither could help me with the problem. They both suggested a purchase another phone....yeah right. Now I'm freaking out thinking I might die without mobile data...what if I can't find my way home without Google Maps working? I did a quick search on Yelp and discovered Onsite Cellular Data, I read the review from another customer who said Onsite fixed his phone when another cellular repair service could not. I called Onsite, talked to the owner who said he can help me. Long story short....problem solved...Onsite Cellular Data fixed my phone. Now I have access to mobile data and the price was reasonable also....guess I won't die now. Thank you! Thankyou! Thank You! read more

Horrible service! Don't go here. Guy had myself and another customer standing around waiting for them to open didn't show up till 15 min after they were supposed to open. I knew when I left something was still wrong with my screen. I couldn't text right. The edges of the screen were not colored right. I ended up having to replace it a 2nd time and discovered they put scotch tape in my phone and screwed up part of the color and text part. I had to replace the screen and 2 other things and remove tape from my phone read more

Great job!!! I have a iPhone 7 and I ended up breaking the screen. I ended up going to somebody else previously who did a horrible job (screen was blue & draining battery)and I needed it corrected immediately. I spoke to Corbin and he was very well informed and I brought my phone in that same day. The new screen that on site cellular put on was awesome and very very close to the original screen without paying an arm and a leg. It's made a world of difference and my battery function is back up, bright screen and they did it in less than 45 minutes! read more

Customer service is good. Really helpful and nice. The owner emailed me when my phone was ready and even put on the temp glass cover for me.

Was having trouble with my old ipad air and they were able to diagnose and resolve the issue in about 2 minutes. Very happy with the service and I will go back the next time I have a problem. read more

I have an old-school iTouch that other repair shops wouldn't even work with. Onsite Cellular Repair took it and fixed it for the same price as other phones (that are easier to fix). It's like $60-$70 for a screen replacement, and if you have a normal newer phone or iTouch, they'll have it done while you wait (amazing). Totally recommended. read more

Made an appointment in the morning and got my phone back glass fixed in the same day. Genuine business and service that doesn't disappoint. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Cheap, quick, and friendly! Get your electronics fixed here! I will always go here for any electronic issues from now on. I needed my laptop battery replaced. Most repair companies were quoting me up to $350, but Onsite charged me only $100 + tax. They were able to get me a very cheap deal, and they were so friendly. I brought my laptop in, and it was ready in less than an hour for me to pick up. I must add that the low price may have been because they got a used battery part, but that is only a guess. My battery life is still short, but so much better than before! read more

I dropped my iPad Pro and brought it to this shop. Korban was able to fix it within 48 hours. It's been over a week now and the fix was perfect. 10/10 recommend read more

The back glass on my iPhone X was shattered, so I went to Onsite to get it repaired prior to trading it in with my carrier. Korban provided a quote through Yelp (among the best prices in the area) and flexible times that I could bring my phone in. Very responsive, incredibly proactive at keeping customers in the loop. Had some delays with my laptop parts due to the ice storm, and Korban was in constant communication regarding the status of the shipment, etc. Flexible with service as well, was able to call in a day in advance and got my laptop back within 2 hours of bringing it in. Wonderful customer service and very reasonably priced. Thank you! read more

Honest and professional. I was dreading fixing my chipped screen until my phone's screen went black. Called them to see if they work on Google Pixel XL 2 phones. I could tell by the way they ask ed good questions about what was going on with my phone that they were knowledgeable. When I arrived arrived they were upfront on price. Same as what I had bee n quoted in the phone. Less than 2 hours later my screen was perfect and phone restored. The shop is very clean, organized and Covid safe. Lots of phone accessories and PPE. On top of all the great service the staff were very friendly. i took business cards to share at work. Great experience. read more

We have a family of 8 iPhones and have used Onsite Cellular several times. They are further away for me (than other repair shops) but I always drive there because they are professional, courteous, and do a great job every single time. Helped us and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes with a fully functional phone. I give them the highest recommendation! read more
