I recently visited this salon as a walk-in for the first time, and while the nail service was overall good, I was left a bit disappointed with the communication regarding the color options. I showed my nail technician an inspo photo, and she initially agreed to recreate the look. However, when it came time to apply the design, I was informed that they didn't have the specific brown color I had requested, which was quite disappointing as I was set on that shade. The salon showed me very limited alternatives, and I ended up having to adjust my entire design since the Gel-X nails had already been applied. While the service itself was good, I felt that it would have been more considerate to inform me upfront about the color limitation so I could have made an informed decision from the start. A bit more transparency in this regard would have enhanced the overall experience. read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Only Nails Spa! This spot was recommended by my best friend, and it did not disappoint. I came in for a French tip and left feeling so pampered and happy with the results. I got a gel manicure with dip powder, and the final look is clean, classy, and exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was how kind and considerate the ladies were. They constantly checked in with me during the process -- asking if I liked the shape, color, and design every step of the way. That kind of attention is hard to come by, especially since so many people feel nervous speaking up when getting their nails done. But here, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work, genuine hospitality, and a relaxing experience. Can't wait to come back! read more

I highly recommend Su for your special occasions! She pays great attention to detail and is super proactive with her work. When doing my set, she let me choose the base for my French tips. However, since my choice didn't quite match the inspo (the inspo's base was pinker, while the one I chose was too yellow), she kindly suggested switching to a more natural base color. Thanks to her suggestion, we ended up with this stunning base color you see below I love itttt! The chrome effect was also her idea. At first, I wasn't keen on adding chrome, but the final look turned out to be so mermaid-like ‍--and I absolutely adore it! Also, the ladies doing pedicure for me was so kind and lovely, she gave me the best massage ever I'll definitely be coming back in the future! read more
