Brown sugar dirty milk tea is unreal. I've had so many different bubble teas in my life but this one will forever be my favorite. I only wish it was a little bit bigger for the price but im never disappointed
Great place to get bubble tea in Troy. The drinks taste fresh and well balanced. The tapioca pearls have a good chew. The menu offers plenty of options. The staff stays friendly and efficient.
Very cool boba milk tea spot with an excellent signature milk tea beverage. Great service as well, you order from a kiosk. Interior ambiance and environment very chill too - recommended! And next to the Tour de Jours in Troy.
Came here to get some boba over the weekend. This time I got the usual OneZo milk tea half ice 25% sweet with their mix of boba. I didn't realize until I looked at their menu that their recommended sweetness level is 50% (which I normally get) and I thought it was a tad too sweet, hence I ordered the next step down. I thought that 25% sweet was okay, although now I kind of wish that they had a 33% sweetness option. I think I'll continue to get the 25% sweetness since it just adds a hint of sugar to the drink. As for the boba, this was kind of on the softer side, but hardened up to the perfect consistency once it was in the cold drink for longer. I noticed that OneZo now offers a surprise drink option, although it's priced similarly to their other drink options. I'm not sure if I would ever get it, maybe if there was a small discount since I can see this being a method to offload drink ingredients that are getting past their prime. Maybe it's the cynic in me? They also came out with new summer special drinks too, which I'm looking forward to trying.
Ironically this place use to be my least favorite boba place was it first opened. At first their menu didn't have many things that I personally liked. But I kept wanting to give them a try. Over the years this is my favorite boba tea place in MI. Their locations out of state doesn't match here. I love how they always have these awesome themes for their drinks also. Right now they have the Berry Blitz going on. Their Onezo boba mix is very good with any drink. Always get the Onezo mix!!! I'm a fan of their Velvet cream because it was suggested by one of the workers. A few summers ago they had this Yakult drink and I wish they would bring it back! The staff is always friendly and the manager is just so sweet. The shop is nice and cozy with great lofi music playing. The decorations and designs are very comforting too. A staff member makes these little flowers for you to take if you're feeling down. It's always a cheering things to see that. Definitely please support this wonderful business. You will not be disappointed.
Unique, handmade boba, easy ordering, and liked that there were several tables and WiFi. + Orange Passion Green Tea ($5.60; less ice/sweet): my first drink was quite sweet, and they kindly remade it. More orange-heavy as they use orange juice, wish I could taste the tea more. Liked that there weren't too many passion fruit seeds (7/10)
Decided to try out this bubble tea place, but it just wasn't anything special. The Uji Matcha latte I got was supposed to be 50% sweet, but it tasted like a regular matcha latte with full sugar. The place could do with more seating and tables for people to gather and socialize.
Onezo, your drinks are phenomenal and your service is typically excellent! Unfortunately one of your baristas seriously lacks situational awareness and respect for her co workers and customers. I'm sorry to say that in the 10 minutes we were there, she sat on a stool on the bar floor and had conversation on the phone. Thankfully, there were two other girls on shift who took care of taking orders and making drinks. At one point however, they were both making drinks and a new customer came in to order at the register and instead of hanging up or pausing her phone call, she tried to say something to one of the other baristas regarding her phone call and in turn the barista put her finger up to her mouth in a "shhh" motion. I felt so bad for the customer and secondhand embarrassment for the baristas. I 100% don't want this young girl to get fired because that's just it, she's young. I hope Shane or the other kind owner takes care of this in a teachable manner. Disappointed.
Lovely boba spot, we got a smoothie and an iced drink both with tapioca. The service was a little slow but it was fairly busy, the interior has some good seating areas, the staff were friendly and they had a lot of unique drink options. We loved that they do different flavors of tapioca pearls, so delicious! Would highly recommend checking out this spot.
I believe OneZo is the only boba shop in Michigan that makes their boba in house. This allows them to make boba in various flavors that aren't found at other places - things like fruit flavored boba, sesame boba, etc. I've been to a couple of other locations before and have always found their boba to be consistently above average. OneZo Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice w/ OneZo Boba ($5.98) - The milk tea has a pretty standard pre-brewed black tea taste. 50% sweet was actually a little too sweet for me here. I didn't look at the boba flavors this time, but I could tell there was a mix of at least crystal, strawberry, and mango boba. The boba, as always, is a little harder than I normally like it, but like with most handmade boba, it retains a pleasant, somewhat uniform chewy texture throughout. I don't believe they soak the boba in any particular sweet liquid. OneZo is definitely worth a visit even if only for their flavored boba gimmick.
The lobby seems clean, it's a laid back vibe and they really like 'Supreme' (skateboards on the wall and various paraphernalia). I had questions on what the dirty brown sugar tea latte was and the cashier answered them all, even though it seemed like I kind of should've known, if that makes sense. The bathroom gadgets were glitchy; the soap dispenser didn't work and the paper towel dispenser was empty and I had to use toilet paper. I ordered the waffle along with my teas and it must've had to be recooked because it took a while. The staff was friendly enough, but I probably won't return.
My first time there, the people working are super nice. The place looks cool, they have an arcade game I was completely drawn to. The drink was good but not amazing so that's why 4 stars. Definitely want to go back and try other drinks
Woohoo for another great boba place!! It's a pretty looking place with beautiful looking boba tea. I ordered Totaro. Very punny! It's a bubble tea with actual taro, named after the Ghibli character of the same movie title, Totoro. Loved it!! They also had some strawberry drinks added to the menu, so my sister got one of those while my other sis got the brown sugar. Yummmm!!
Solid Solid bubble tea spot! Sooo many options of toppings and tea combinations. Pros: - Super cute atmosphere - Great customer service - They make their own Boba and different flavors including mango! - Quality tea you can taste - They have non dairy options including almond and oat milk - Ability to change your sugar level for most drinks Cons: - none This is a place for anyone novice or veteran when it comes to bubble tea and is definitely a treat! I visited OneZo in Troy for the first time. I tried the mango tea drink with mango tapioca. What I liked most about the drinks is that they are customizable, you can customize the sugar and ice level as well as the tapioca pearls. I loved trying the bubble tea. My daughter had a fun bubble tea drink that was strawberry flavored. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. Highly recommended and will be back! read more

It was a cute little place and the milk tea is pretty good! We got the brown sugar dirty milk and uji matcha latte. The brown sugar dirty milk was actually really good. The drink itself was not sweet but the boba was pleasantly soft, bouncy and sweet. It left an amazing aftertaste! I would def order this drink again. The uji matcha latte was just okay in my opinion, it does look amazing for pictures tho haha. As for the price it's actually decent but their medium size is actually quite small. I think I'll have to order large from now on. I'm excited to try other drinks especially the dirty tea series! read more
Experience: A couple of friends and I are originally from Chicago and were visiting Detroit. We were in the mood for some bubble tea and came across this place. That being said, the location is a bit of drive from Detroit, but one of the few to actually sell bubble tea. Overall, it definitely did not disappoint. Parking: The business has a provided parking lot that guest can use. That being said, there was no difficulty trying whatsoever when it comes to find parking, which is a great plus. However, there is limited spots, so just be aware when taking a visit. I'm not sure if this place gets big rushes, which may generate heavy traffic. Worth: The ambience of the place was pretty cool. It definitely can be used as a photo opp. It seems like they have plenty places to sit. The staff was professional and the drink was okay. If you are by the area, definitely take the visit and try it for yourself. I had the regular milk tea with tapioca (as pictured below). read more

One of the better boba places in metro Detroit! When I first moved to the area there was only Bambu and Kung Fu Tea. This place is beyond better. They have a standard menu in addition to a seasonal menu which changes every so often. I got the totaro Mochi milk tea which had Mochi paste on the bottom of the drink and added purple boba. There was about 5 people ahead of us when we arrived around 6pm but the line moved quickly and we got our drinks in under 10 mins. read more

Very refreshing options and the milk tea drinks taste good and not artificial like those other places around town with the powdery mixes. Very reasonable prices, clean and cute spot to hang out. Was back again the next day for another drink! The Oolong Milk Tea was yummy as well. read more

Excellent boba! I got a dirty matcha matcha latte at their recommended 25% sweetness and it was ~chef's kiss~. Dirty just means brown sugar syrup by the way. The drink also comes with bobas (don't need to ask them to add it) which were the perfect soft but chewy texture. read more

This place is like a Starbucks for Asians. You know the deal, you're out drag racing in the hottest riced out rides inspired by fast and the furious Tokyo drift, and after all that drifting you get tired and need a place to chill with all your hottest ABGs. So you stop by a Boba tea place to discuss how to get a job as an import model. This is it. The place is super clean, Minimal design, and has real flowers. I dig it. The Boba is also made on-site so it's not hard or has a snap to it when you bite down, but rather is soft and smooth. It's a little more pricey, but you had a part on Crazy Rich Asians so shelling out a few more dollars is no problem for you, right? read more

Such a cute spot! I've already been there twice in the past four days. It's literally five minutes away from the mall, so it's the perfect pitstop after doing some shopping. The minimalistic ambience is both photogenic and comfortable. The store has a slate gray color palette with pops of greenery and fresh-cut flowers. Also, there's a small collection of Supreme paraphernalia on display, if you're into streetwear and the such. The suspended swing by the sunny windows is also fun to lounge on. The tapioca at Onezo is made on-site, so it has that perfect bouncy texture. Overall, I think this is a great place to buy some bubble tea. Will definitely be returning! read more

Since I moved to Michigan 2 Years ago I have been on a constant search for a go-to boba place. After moving to the Troy area, I can confidently say that this is the one! As someone that has lived in Southern California his whole life, it was a change moving to Michigan and not seeing a boba place on every corner so I was fortunate to have this place only a block away from me. Soon after moving, I visited this place over 4 times in the first month I found out about it. On my first visit here I really enjoyed the inside of the store, it has a nice modern look and various art that makes it very hip. They have a pretty diverse menu but what I found most unique were the different boba styles they have and the rotating seasonal boba. In addition to that, they have various drinks that rotate in and out depending on the season as well. On my first visit there I tried some of the various teas and my favorite so far has to be the Brown sugar dirty milk. Recently they have some peach seasonal drinks that I am absolutely obsessed with. I have gotten the Juicy peachy a couple of times in a month. I will say the price is a little bit more on the higher side for bubble tea but it is well worth it, they make very high-quality delicious drinks. read more

First time here in OneZo. Good vibes. Very cute decorations. Got my go-to drink: passion fruit green tea. I saw some pictures online with passion fruit seeds, so I was really excited! But my drink didn't have that many seeds so had to give four stars. Nonetheless, still my tea was really good! Prob the best boba place in Troy (from a Californian native and a boba enthusiast. Friends also got some drinks. They also really like their drinks!! read more

I really liked this place! They're a new store from Boston and everything is very delicious! I ordered the taro, mango, and grapefruit green tea. The taro was so good! It's more of a slush but it's very good flavor. Grapefruit was a little bitter but that's expected with grapefruit. read more

This may be my new favorite Boba place in the metro Detroit area. Love the entire vibe of OneZo and very appreciative of how they make their own boba in house. I got a Oolong Milk tea with OneZo tapioca and it was perfect!! Such a smooth, fresh and comforting drink. Can't wait to keep coming back! read more
