Great spot for affordable boba in the area. It was my first time visiting Quickly Boba and was shocked with the extensive menu upon walking in. Seems to be quite popular amongst families, a great option for both kids and adults as well as some board games if you want to stay in the cafe. Brown Sugar Latte: A standard brown sugar drink. It wasn't anything special (a bit too sweet for my liking) but can't complain for the pricing especially for its size. Great tapioca pearls was really chewy. Mango Smoothie: Their large is quite massive compared to anything I've seen at boba shops. The smoothie was delicious. Overall, it's a good spot for more affordable boba and a family friendly spot. There's lots of comfortable seating to sit inside too. The service is quick given it was only one person working at the time.

We ordered through their in-store kiosk, and our drinks were ready in less than 10 minutes, which was great! I tried their Pomegranate Green Tea with Lychee Coconut Jelly. The jelly was great, but the tea was bitter. I wouldn't recommend this beverage if you're looking for a refreshing drink.

Best boba in Troy! Love all of their options and recommendations. Delicious every time. They also have two self order options for those not feeling too social. :)

Pretty average boba. Tried the brown sugar milk tea. The flavor was mediocre and almost chalky. The tapioca pearls were decent and chewy. The space inside is quite large with lots of seating. They have a lot of drinks with many days to customize. They also have food options on the menu. I enjoyed the mochi waffle which was had a great chewy texture.

My sisters and I all love boba! This is a busy location. 2 people were sitting inside (kinda weird to see people sitting inside without masks?? It's COVID-19?!?!) There was a line by the time we got to a table to wait for our drinks. They have snacks here which my sister said is pretty good. It's a small space and I can see it getting pretty busy post-COVID. I got matcha, while my sisters got Thai tea, and Jasmine-Taro. So good and refreshing during this hot weather!

I finally paid a visit and it went great. Cute and simple cafe to just chill and hang out with friends and families. The drinks I got were all good! There were so many choices to choose from the menu. I have yet to try the desserts and food so that will be on my list to try when I head out that way again. What I also love was that it's kids friendly because they have a section in the cafe for cardboard games for kids or adults. The kiddos loved it and couldn't stop playing them. They were more excited about the games than getting their bobas. Definitely recommend!

Included as a bonus was a very lovely note for my sister's birthday :)

Today is my little sister's 18th birthday, so I decided to order from Quickly's to get it delivered to her since I couldn't be there to celebrate in person. I left a note on the order asking them if they could draw a cake on her cup for her birthday, just to make it a little extra special. Not only did they draw a super cute cake, but they also upgraded the cup size and left a nice little note. It's just really nice when a business takes the time to do these things and makes you feel valued as a customer. As for the taste, I haven't had the snacks there (just the tea!), but can vouch that the bubble tea will satisfy your boba cravings. I know my sister frequented this Quickly often BC (before COVID-19), so it's definitely worth a visit!

My first ever boba experience was in San Francisco. Right around the hotel where my work puts us up is one of these joints. So when I saw one of these guys pop up here in Detroit, it got me hella excited. Since we also have family visiting from out of state. We packed them up and came right over to have some drinks and hang out. I mean what else do you do at a Boba shop? Anyways,, my green tea frap wasnt very good. So was my hubby's taro boba. The place was nice though and the employees were friendly. There's plenty of Boba joints now. Y'all gotta step you game up. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!

Passionfruit snow sounds good with some bumbles. Actually after a heavy brunch next door some fruit drink sounds good to balance out the eggs and turkey sausage. I settled on a mango and passionfruit snow and added tapioca bobas as well as mango popping bobas too in a regular size. I love the the wonderful waft of sweet baked waffles, makes me want some, but still too full from brunch. Everything is dairy free except their lattes. It's popular and good spot for the entire family. Orders take a bit to come out, not so "quickly". The snow tastes pretty good, good enough to give you a brain freeze. The tapioca bobas are nice and nice, soft and chewy, just the way it should be.

I was having lunch with a friend at Ashoka today, and remembered that Quickly was in the same plaza. I'm a big fan of bubble tea and had been wanting to try them for a while. I got a medium-sized almond milk tea to go, with mango stars, and it was about $4.70. My friend wasn't that familiar with bubble tea and didn't order anything, but she was curious about the mango stars, and the employee offered her a sample of it, which was good customer service. The interior looks like a cozy place to hang out with friends or a significant other. The also have waffles and other snacks on their menu, which looked good. I'd put the bubble tea on par with Bubble Island's (Ann Arbor), which is one of my favorites. I will say there was a slight aftertaste, that I noticed later, but it could have just been me. Overall, I will come back here again at some point to try more of their bubble tea, although they have some competition in the area too ... Kung Fu Tea (Sterling Heights) is down the street, but does not have egg puffs or mochi waffles. :)

Black milk tea with grass jelly and taro Jasmine tea . I don't like fake taro so I don't know why I pick it

Apparently this is a boba chain from California. Nice atmosphere, free Wi-Fi , pretty fast service . I went there in the afternoon on a Wednesday so no one was inside. I just had a regular black milk tea with grass jelly. It is ok. I don't taste much tea flavor in the drink. I like kung fu tea better. They put more jelly in kung fu tea and the milk tea is more flavorful

OK...now that you all know where it's located (corner of Rochester Road/Big Beaver - S/W corner) on to the good stuff. It's a cute little shop, definitely Instagram-worthy. When you walk in, do not walk up to the counter to order, you MUST use the kiosk. Therein lies my gripe. Sometimes, hard to believe, I only want 1, ONE, donut. Here, you can only order 3, 6 or 9. It's not like, I can't eat 3 donuts but diet-wise, maybe I only want one. In any case, there is no flexibility in ordering. Once you complete the kiosk order, they call your name and you go up to the counter to order. There are regular flavors and special flavors. I went for a mix and limited myself to three because since this was my first time, I wanted to the whole experience. I ordered the taro-ube, strawberry shortcake, and tiramisu. If you've never had a mochi donut, they are made from glutinous rice flour so they are chewier then the average cake or yeast donut. These donuts are topped with frosting which gives each donut their unique flavor. They are definitely a 10 on the sugar overload scale. My favorite was the strawberry shortcake because it reminded me of the Good Humor strawberry shortcake ice cream bar I used to eat as a kid. It also gave me the sugar buzz I got as a kid from eating too much sugar. There is also a laundry list of different types of drinks but I was short on time and my AC1 couldn't handle more sugar. I'll have to come back another time just for a drink. If you've never had a mochi donut, I recommend stopping by with a friend and splitting a few.

We saw a few reviews and thought we had to try it - we ordered three entrées, as well as a bubble tea. The bubble tea was amazing - we ordered an oolong lychee tea with Boba. The boba was soft and chewy and exactly the right texture, and the tea was perfectly sweet and fresh. Out of the three entrees that we ordered, we loved the wide rice noodles with beef the most. It was so delicious with great beefy flavor, and just the right amount of char on the beef. The noodles were also done to exactly the right consistency. We also loved the pork belly rice bowl, which felt like a dish that my mom would make at home. The mapo tofu was also incredible, with just the right amount of that numbing Sichuan peppercorn flavor. Overall, the portions were huge! We didn't expect to get as much food as we did, and we definitely have leftovers for the rest of the week. Love this place, and we will be back again!

Good options from meats, veggies, noodles, fish/meat balls, etc. Very easy to rack up to nearly 2lbs of food... but makes for great leftovers. Had to top it off with a refreshing, icy dessert. The perfect combination. The taro paste was so delicious. Lots of places to sit. Staff is swift and kind. Would return!
