Very cool boba milk tea spot with an excellent signature milk tea beverage. Great service as well, you order from a kiosk. Interior ambiance and environment very chill too - recommended! And next to the Tour de Jours in Troy.

Ironically this place use to be my least favorite boba place was it first opened. At first their menu didn't have many things that I personally liked. But I kept wanting to give them a try. Over the years this is my favorite boba tea place in MI. Their locations out of state doesn't match here. I love how they always have these awesome themes for their drinks also. Right now they have the Berry Blitz going on. Their Onezo boba mix is very good with any drink. Always get the Onezo mix!!! I'm a fan of their Velvet cream because it was suggested by one of the workers. A few summers ago they had this Yakult drink and I wish they would bring it back! The staff is always friendly and the manager is just so sweet. The shop is nice and cozy with great lofi music playing. The decorations and designs are very comforting too. A staff member makes these little flowers for you to take if you're feeling down. It's always a cheering things to see that. Definitely please support this wonderful business. You will not be disappointed.

Came here to get some boba over the weekend. This time I got the usual OneZo milk tea half ice 25% sweet with their mix of boba. I didn't realize until I looked at their menu that their recommended sweetness level is 50% (which I normally get) and I thought it was a tad too sweet, hence I ordered the next step down. I thought that 25% sweet was okay, although now I kind of wish that they had a 33% sweetness option. I think I'll continue to get the 25% sweetness since it just adds a hint of sugar to the drink. As for the boba, this was kind of on the softer side, but hardened up to the perfect consistency once it was in the cold drink for longer. I noticed that OneZo now offers a surprise drink option, although it's priced similarly to their other drink options. I'm not sure if I would ever get it, maybe if there was a small discount since I can see this being a method to offload drink ingredients that are getting past their prime. Maybe it's the cynic in me? They also came out with new summer special drinks too, which I'm looking forward to trying.

Decided to try out this bubble tea place, but it just wasn't anything special. The Uji Matcha latte I got was supposed to be 50% sweet, but it tasted like a regular matcha latte with full sugar. The place could do with more seating and tables for people to gather and socialize.

Girl on phone

Onezo, your drinks are phenomenal and your service is typically excellent! Unfortunately one of your baristas seriously lacks situational awareness and respect for her co workers and customers. I'm sorry to say that in the 10 minutes we were there, she sat on a stool on the bar floor and had conversation on the phone. Thankfully, there were two other girls on shift who took care of taking orders and making drinks. At one point however, they were both making drinks and a new customer came in to order at the register and instead of hanging up or pausing her phone call, she tried to say something to one of the other baristas regarding her phone call and in turn the barista put her finger up to her mouth in a "shhh" motion. I felt so bad for the customer and secondhand embarrassment for the baristas. I 100% don't want this young girl to get fired because that's just it, she's young. I hope Shane or the other kind owner takes care of this in a teachable manner. Disappointed.

Unique, handmade boba, easy ordering, and liked that there were several tables and WiFi. + Orange Passion Green Tea ($5.60; less ice/sweet): my first drink was quite sweet, and they kindly remade it. More orange-heavy as they use orange juice, wish I could taste the tea more. Liked that there weren't too many passion fruit seeds (7/10)

Lovely boba spot, we got a smoothie and an iced drink both with tapioca. The service was a little slow but it was fairly busy, the interior has some good seating areas, the staff were friendly and they had a lot of unique drink options. We loved that they do different flavors of tapioca pearls, so delicious! Would highly recommend checking out this spot.

I believe OneZo is the only boba shop in Michigan that makes their boba in house. This allows them to make boba in various flavors that aren't found at other places - things like fruit flavored boba, sesame boba, etc. I've been to a couple of other locations before and have always found their boba to be consistently above average. OneZo Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice w/ OneZo Boba ($5.98) - The milk tea has a pretty standard pre-brewed black tea taste. 50% sweet was actually a little too sweet for me here. I didn't look at the boba flavors this time, but I could tell there was a mix of at least crystal, strawberry, and mango boba. The boba, as always, is a little harder than I normally like it, but like with most handmade boba, it retains a pleasant, somewhat uniform chewy texture throughout. I don't believe they soak the boba in any particular sweet liquid. OneZo is definitely worth a visit even if only for their flavored boba gimmick.

The lobby seems clean, it's a laid back vibe and they really like 'Supreme' (skateboards on the wall and various paraphernalia). I had questions on what the dirty brown sugar tea latte was and the cashier answered them all, even though it seemed like I kind of should've known, if that makes sense. The bathroom gadgets were glitchy; the soap dispenser didn't work and the paper towel dispenser was empty and I had to use toilet paper. I ordered the waffle along with my teas and it must've had to be recooked because it took a while. The staff was friendly enough, but I probably won't return.

My all-time favorite boba! I always get the Onezo Fruit Tea! I wish they had more locations.

My first time there, the people working are super nice. The place looks cool, they have an arcade game I was completely drawn to. The drink was good but not amazing so that's why 4 stars. Definitely want to go back and try other drinks

Woohoo for another great boba place!! It's a pretty looking place with beautiful looking boba tea. I ordered Totaro. Very punny! It's a bubble tea with actual taro, named after the Ghibli character of the same movie title, Totoro. Loved it!! They also had some strawberry drinks added to the menu, so my sister got one of those while my other sis got the brown sugar. Yummmm!!

Definitely one of the better boba shops in the Oakland County area and maybe the best in Troy?! :O Love this spot, centrally located in Troy, right next to a nice Korean bakery as well! We STAN boba tea shops that originate in Taiwan, the home of boba! The interior space is so clean and modern. They have a cute neon sign on the wall, perfect for the Instagrammers, and also all the Supreme decor as well for all the hypebeasts to appreciate haha! All the drink options looked delicious so it was hard narrowing it down. I ended up getting the brown sugar dirty matcha latte and then came back later in the day to get the strawberry yakult drink (this had club soda in it - a little carbonation YUM), which was one of the four specials they had currently to celebrate the strawberry festival! Both were SO GOOD! I think what sets OneZo apart in particular from other boba shops are its boba. They don't just have your standard, run-of-the-mill black tapioca balls, they have so many flavored varieties of tapioca you can put into your drink, freshly made in house, and the flavors are constantly changing too! My brown sugar dirty matcha latte came with brown sugar boba, and it was so deeply brown sugar SOAKED, I really appreciated it. They also have "OneZo" tapioca, which is a combination of three different flavors of boba balls, a taro, mango, and third flavor I can't remember. It looked so interesting and I'll definitely be trying it in my next drink! I also remember seeing sesame tapioca on their menu too, which I am so interested in trying as well! Definitely worth the visit! I hope you all love it as much as I do! This place is AWESOME and I can't wait to come back soon!

We saw a few reviews and thought we had to try it - we ordered three entrées, as well as a bubble tea. The bubble tea was amazing - we ordered an oolong lychee tea with Boba. The boba was soft and chewy and exactly the right texture, and the tea was perfectly sweet and fresh. Out of the three entrees that we ordered, we loved the wide rice noodles with beef the most. It was so delicious with great beefy flavor, and just the right amount of char on the beef. The noodles were also done to exactly the right consistency. We also loved the pork belly rice bowl, which felt like a dish that my mom would make at home. The mapo tofu was also incredible, with just the right amount of that numbing Sichuan peppercorn flavor. Overall, the portions were huge! We didn't expect to get as much food as we did, and we definitely have leftovers for the rest of the week. Love this place, and we will be back again!

The perfect combination. The taro paste was so delicious. Lots of places to sit. Staff is swift and kind. Would return!

It just seems very trendy, very attractive, and VERY inoffensive. And you know what? I don't like that. You're probably asking, Dave, why do you always refuse to hate things that are really great? Because I'm scared. I'm scared that one day, I'm going to come across a restaurant or a food spot that is so, genuinely, TOP OF THE BAR... it will take over my personal taste. Believe it or not, I'm scared of change. But I must face my fears. I must admit to myself everyday when I look in the mirror. I say DAVE. This place is MAGNIFICENT. The Boba here is actually second to none; smooth, delicious, made with love by TRUE believers. I forgot what I got. I was so excited to order that I had my girlfriend snap me out of four different psychosis's while I was taking my drinks on the computer. Spot on interior, it's so classy and bright. The flower decor feels so clean and dreamy, sunset sensational; warm. When I told the barista girls how much I loved my drinks, they were so happy, I never could've expected how high they jumped in the air when I told them how good my drinks were. And you know what? For just a split-second, I didn't feel afraid anymore. I felt like I could comfortably walk out, look upon the sky with my matcha in my hand, and meditate until I get to my car. In other words, I could move on knowing that this place not only leaves a smile on my face, but the place itself. (5/5)

OK...now that you all know where it's located (corner of Rochester Road/Big Beaver - S/W corner) on to the good stuff. It's a cute little shop, definitely Instagram-worthy. When you walk in, do not walk up to the counter to order, you MUST use the kiosk. Therein lies my gripe. Sometimes, hard to believe, I only want 1, ONE, donut. Here, you can only order 3, 6 or 9. It's not like, I can't eat 3 donuts but diet-wise, maybe I only want one. In any case, there is no flexibility in ordering. Once you complete the kiosk order, they call your name and you go up to the counter to order. There are regular flavors and special flavors. I went for a mix and limited myself to three because since this was my first time, I wanted to the whole experience. I ordered the taro-ube, strawberry shortcake, and tiramisu. If you've never had a mochi donut, they are made from glutinous rice flour so they are chewier then the average cake or yeast donut. These donuts are topped with frosting which gives each donut their unique flavor. They are definitely a 10 on the sugar overload scale. My favorite was the strawberry shortcake because it reminded me of the Good Humor strawberry shortcake ice cream bar I used to eat as a kid. It also gave me the sugar buzz I got as a kid from eating too much sugar. There is also a laundry list of different types of drinks but I was short on time and my AC1 couldn't handle more sugar. I'll have to come back another time just for a drink. If you've never had a mochi donut, I recommend stopping by with a friend and splitting a few.
