Brown sugar dirty milk tea is unreal. I've had so many different bubble teas in my life but this one will forever be my favorite. I only wish it was a little bit bigger for the price but im never disappointed
Great place to get bubble tea in Troy. The drinks taste fresh and well balanced. The tapioca pearls have a good chew. The menu offers plenty of options. The staff stays friendly and efficient.

Came here to get some boba over the weekend. This time I got the usual OneZo milk tea half ice 25% sweet with their mix of boba. I didn't realize until I looked at their menu that their recommended sweetness level is 50% (which I normally get) and I thought it was a tad too sweet, hence I ordered the next step down. I thought that 25% sweet was okay, although now I kind of wish that they had a 33% sweetness option. I think I'll continue to get the 25% sweetness since it just adds a hint of sugar to the drink. As for the boba, this was kind of on the softer side, but hardened up to the perfect consistency once it was in the cold drink for longer. I noticed that OneZo now offers a surprise drink option, although it's priced similarly to their other drink options. I'm not sure if I would ever get it, maybe if there was a small discount since I can see this being a method to offload drink ingredients that are getting past their prime. Maybe it's the cynic in me? They also came out with new summer special drinks too, which I'm looking forward to trying.

Over the years this is my favorite boba tea place in MI. Their locations out of state doesn't match here. I love how they always have these awesome themes for their drinks also. Right now they have the Berry Blitz going on. Their Onezo boba mix is very good with any drink. Always get the Onezo mix!!! I'm a fan of their Velvet cream because it was suggested by one of the workers. A few summers ago they had this Yakult drink and I wish they would bring it back! The staff is always friendly and the manager is just so sweet. The shop is nice and cozy with great lofi music playing. The decorations and designs are very comforting too. A staff member makes these little flowers for you to take if you're feeling down. It's always a cheering things to see that. Definitely please support this wonderful business. You will not be disappointed.
Unique, handmade boba, easy ordering, and liked that there were several tables and WiFi. + Orange Passion Green Tea ($5.60; less ice/sweet): my first drink was quite sweet, and they kindly remade it. More orange-heavy as they use orange juice, wish I could taste the tea more. Liked that there weren't too many passion fruit seeds (7/10)
Decided to try out this bubble tea place, but it just wasn't anything special. The Uji Matcha latte I got was supposed to be 50% sweet, but it tasted like a regular matcha latte with full sugar. The place could do with more seating and tables for people to gather and socialize.
Onezo, your drinks are phenomenal and your service is typically excellent! Unfortunately one of your baristas seriously lacks situational awareness and respect for her co workers and customers. I'm sorry to say that in the 10 minutes we were there, she sat on a stool on the bar floor and had conversation on the phone. Thankfully, there were two other girls on shift who took care of taking orders and making drinks. At one point however, they were both making drinks and a new customer came in to order at the register and instead of hanging up or pausing her phone call, she tried to say something to one of the other baristas regarding her phone call and in turn the barista put her finger up to her mouth in a "shhh" motion. I felt so bad for the customer and secondhand embarrassment for the baristas. I 100% don't want this young girl to get fired because that's just it, she's young. I hope Shane or the other kind owner takes care of this in a teachable manner. Disappointed.

The service was a little slow but it was fairly busy, the interior has some good seating areas, the staff were friendly and they had a lot of unique drink options. We loved that they do different flavors of tapioca pearls, so delicious! Would highly recommend checking out this spot.
I believe OneZo is the only boba shop in Michigan that makes their boba in house. This allows them to make boba in various flavors that aren't found at other places - things like fruit flavored boba, sesame boba, etc. I've been to a couple of other locations before and have always found their boba to be consistently above average. OneZo Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice w/ OneZo Boba ($5.98) - The milk tea has a pretty standard pre-brewed black tea taste. 50% sweet was actually a little too sweet for me here. I didn't look at the boba flavors this time, but I could tell there was a mix of at least crystal, strawberry, and mango boba. The boba, as always, is a little harder than I normally like it, but like with most handmade boba, it retains a pleasant, somewhat uniform chewy texture throughout. I don't believe they soak the boba in any particular sweet liquid. OneZo is definitely worth a visit even if only for their flavored boba gimmick.
The lobby seems clean, it's a laid back vibe and they really like 'Supreme' (skateboards on the wall and various paraphernalia). I had questions on what the dirty brown sugar tea latte was and the cashier answered them all, even though it seemed like I kind of should've known, if that makes sense. The bathroom gadgets were glitchy; the soap dispenser didn't work and the paper towel dispenser was empty and I had to use toilet paper. I ordered the waffle along with my teas and it must've had to be recooked because it took a while. The staff was friendly enough, but I probably won't return.
My first time there, the people working are super nice. The place looks cool, they have an arcade game I was completely drawn to. The drink was good but not amazing so that's why 4 stars. Definitely want to go back and try other drinks
Woohoo for another great boba place!! It's a pretty looking place with beautiful looking boba tea. I ordered Totaro. Very punny! It's a bubble tea with actual taro, named after the Ghibli character of the same movie title, Totoro. Loved it!! They also had some strawberry drinks added to the menu, so my sister got one of those while my other sis got the brown sugar. Yummmm!!

On my most recent visit - I am reminded that OneZo is my favorite boba spot in Michigan. There's something about fresh boba. It truly just hits differently - like a fresh gummy bear --- the perfect amount of QQ (chewiness, spring). I ordered the One Zo milk tea (less sweeneter) with taro and black sesame boba. TBH, the taro didn't really taste like anything. I bet it's more enhanced in taro milk tea or with more taro. The black sesame though so stand out! Delish. I also love that they have a "surprise me" menu option now. Might opt for that! read more

Definitely one of the better boba shops in the Oakland County area and maybe the best in Troy?! :O Love this spot, centrally located in Troy, right next to a nice Korean bakery as well! We STAN boba tea shops that originate in Taiwan, the home of boba! The interior space is so clean and modern. They have a cute neon sign on the wall, perfect for the Instagrammers, and also all the Supreme decor as well for all the hypebeasts to appreciate haha! All the drink options looked delicious so it was hard narrowing it down. I ended up getting the brown sugar dirty matcha latte and then came back later in the day to get the strawberry yakult drink (this had club soda in it - a little carbonation YUM), which was one of the four specials they had currently to celebrate the strawberry festival! Both were SO GOOD! I think what sets OneZo apart in particular from other boba shops are its boba. They don't just have your standard, run-of-the-mill black tapioca balls, they have so many flavored varieties of tapioca you can put into your drink, freshly made in house, and the flavors are constantly changing too! My brown sugar dirty matcha latte came with brown sugar boba, and it was so deeply brown sugar SOAKED, I really appreciated it. They also have "OneZo" tapioca, which is a combination of three different flavors of boba balls, a taro, mango, and third flavor I can't remember. It looked so interesting and I'll definitely be trying it in my next drink! I also remember seeing sesame tapioca on their menu too, which I am so interested in trying as well! Definitely worth the visit! I hope you all love it as much as I do! This place is AWESOME and I can't wait to come back soon! read more
Mmm Boba. Hoping for some yummy boba after a disappointing meal. Ordered a medium strawberry mochi niuniu and a medium strawberry iced spring tea (a light green tea base) with half sesame boba and the crystal boba (flavorless boba). The mochi niuniu has liquid mochi in it. There's a fun ball chair by the door. It's not bad. The strawberry mochi niuniu is decent. The strawberry iced spring tea with the crystal boba and the sesame boba is okay, it's different. They have a fun egg chair by the door. They have a mini old school looking Mortal Kombat arcade game here. I used to play Sonya before she morphed and changed to the current character. There's some old nostalgic National Geographic magazines from 1942 and 1945 here too. read more
OneZo has the best tapioca pearls! I personally love the black sesame tapioca and they have seasonal flavors in addition to their regulars. The tea itself is great but not my favorite in the area. Although the parking lot can get a bit crowded due to the set up, I have never had an issue getting a spot. Be sure to check out their Instagram for the latest store hours and if anything is out of stock. It seems like staffing has been an issue these past couple of months so checking there first has saved me a few trips! read more
Best boba in Michigan and maybe even in the midwest! Back when I lived in Ann Arbor, I would spontaneously make the one hour drive with friends just to treat ourselves with some delicious boba. My go-to is the OneZo milk tea with sesame tapioca! The one thing that is unique about this chain is their bubbles. The OneZo tapioca is fruity and perfect bubble consistency but the sesame tapioca is the best because I love sesame and it's different than all the other places I've been. Overall, I love the mix of milk and tea here! Definitely something I'd recommend if people wanna get boba in the metro Detroit area. read more
I live in the DC area and bubble tea places are a dime a dozen. This place however is a standout because their boba (tapioca pearls) are house made. They aren't your typical honey black that you get at chain places (including the place on Rochester Road). This place is a chain from Taiwan; not all over the states yet. I have one in my area in Virginia. Trust me, these are a standout. I met the owner, and he is very passionate about his business. I had a taro smoothie (You will not regret ordering the large). You must splurge and add the One Zo boba. It's only an $0.80 up charge. My drink was delicious! I wish I had discovered this place sooner than the day before my nine hour drive home. Don't worry. Really good boba and excellent drink selection! We went pretty late yesterday at around 9, but they were all sold out of most of their boba which stands as a testament to how good it is! I wanted to try something different, so I got their low calorie pink drink, and it was a really interesting flavor. Their drinks are also good in that the sugar levels aren't super high, even if you don't alter the drink, and it doesn't make you feel sick after drinking it. The place was also super cute and had great aesthetics, which made it a great place to chill and hang out. read more
Literally a week later, and I've been here two more times so I'm changing this rating to a 5-star. The brown sugar dirty tea lattes are super tasty, and the fact that they offer it with soy milk, at no upcharge, has won me over. (Plus, the brown sugar bubbles are warm!). Last week I got a brown sugar dirty tea latte with soy milk, and my boyfriend got a Taro milk tea, with mango boba, which was tasty. Today I got another brown sugar dirty tea latte but the oolong variety. The fact that Onezo is 3 minutes from my house is NOT going to help my wallet, haha, but I really like this place. read more

Solid boba spot. Place was very cute many seats, tables, a couch, a bar table. Ordered the mango spring tea 25% ice 80% (normal) sweetness with Onezo tapioca. good stuff. my friend and i came here to grab boba. as i was looking at the menu, i already chose what i wanted but i let my friend go first and it's so funny because she wanted the same thing as me but i went ahead and went with her suggestion since it was my first time here. i got the grapefruit and she got passion fruit. i ended up not liking the grapefruit. i love that they use real fruit but it was not it for me. i don't really like bitter/sour tastes. she insisted that i try hers and immediately i liked it and she just let me have hers and she have mines. so we switched drinks. she didn't finish hers at all, so i'm sure she lied, she didn't like it either at this point, i'm assuming. because i'm being a fatty drinking the one she got and she's not drinking the one she told me to get, lol. the barista was friendly. didn't take long to make our drinks because we came at a time there was less customers, in the afternoon around 2-3pm. so it was a quiet ambiance. i'll definitely give it another go but won't be getting the grapefruit one. maybe i will try it again just to see if it's something i can end up liking or absolutely don't. read more

Fun boba place with yummy drinks! We got a Thai tea and brown sugar milk tea. I got boba without food coloring but they tasted a lot less sweet (for some reason). But the brown sugar milk tea was really good! The staff lets you customize sweetness and ice level. They are very friendly and welcoming people! A big plus is the mortal combat arcade came for free! read more

Best bubble tea I've had since moving back from Taiwan in 2016. I've had bubble tea in Chicago, North Carolina, and other places in Michigan. This by far takes the cake. Passion fruit green tea is a great refreshment. Their original bubble tea is a perfect balance of sugar and milk. The sesame tapioca can, however, overpower the milk tea sometimes. Guess it just depends on the batch. read more

Came on a Friday around 7pm. Place was busy. Only two workers. Got the honey milk tea and black sesame taro slush. Good drinks. Place is well decorated but a bit small. You can tell they're going for an aesthetic, trendy cafe vibe. They are hiring at this time. Only two workers. Cashier could've been nicer as it was my first time and he seemed reluctant to answer my questions. I was a bit confused and not familiar with the types of boba they had. They also ran out of brown sugar which I came here to try. Lots of non dairy options and milk tea is made with milk powders rather than whole milk. Most likely won't be back, staff could've been nicer/friendly. There are other better bubble tea places with similar drinks who are more attentive to customers. They are smart to market drinks though that are anime related, at this time they were advertising "Chainsaw Man" themed drinks. read more
I cannot resist a new bubble tea establishment. I found this by chance since I was visiting the bakery next door. I wandered in here and looked around before going to the bakery, then decided, I could not leave this area without getting a bubble tea. It says it is from Taiwan which is a plus, I love getting stores in Michigan that are found outside the country since I am not able to travel as much as I wish I could. That way, I can try places I would not normally be able to try. I also like that they have a fun variety of tapioca. I do want to try their purple taro boba next time. This time I tried the brown sugar black tea with the traditional black pearls. They asked me if I wanted it 25% sweet but I told them I typically liked it 100%. They were very helpful and advised that would be really sugary and made it only slightly sweeter. It was perfect! The black tea flavor really came through and the brown sugar was nice and warm cut with the chill of the ice, spectacular. The bobas are supposed to be made in-house. They tasted fresh and gooey. They did have a distinct flavor and size unique to this place. They had some interesting flavors and I know that one of the kids would love it here. I am not sure about the other. They did not seem to have many smoothie/ blended options and she does not love the tea flavor, so I would have to see if she would order anything here but we will for sure be back soon. read more

Happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by since it appears to have five star ratings only! I looked at some of the pictures in the reviews and decided to go with the brown sugar dirty milk and it comes with brown sugar bobas. They ask you how much ice you want in there. I went with zero, so the mistake is on me. Definitely opt for a little bit of ice. It's not very cold but it was still very good. Ya gotta shake it up first! The boba was delicious. I would definitely get this one again but they also seemed to have quite a few interesting choices so I can't wait to come back. read more
When going to a new boba place I always get the same order to standardize my reviews: A Regular Milk Tea, less sweet, less ice. My verdict: An excellent milk tea! Tea is pretty much of great quality and well made, but what sets this place apart compared to others is it's Tapioca. OneZo Tapioca is probably one of the best I've had in Metro Detroit: not too sweet, but also has an excellent flavor profile and texture which is unique (and even better) compared to surrounding milk tea locations. You have to come here at least once to try the tapioca (I got the OneZo Tapioca which is a mix of 3 different types). Easily 5 star quality in my book. Good job, you got yourself a future regular customer! read more
