Kathleen herself is so incredibly warm, kind, and loving. You can truly tell she loves what she does. It took me almost 6 months to get in with her, but I completely understand because if I wasn't moving, I'd never stop coming in. Facials probably are more expensive than your typical chain spa, but it's so much more personal, cozy, and you never feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend you try to get in with her!

I had a phone consultation before my first appointment. At my appointment, my skin was analyzed to see sun damage and inflammation. We also went through my concerns and health history. It was very thorough and Kathleen was professional and very kind throughout the whole experience. The facial itself was extremely relaxing. She does a microcurrent facial and I believe it lasted about 1.5 hours. Afterwards, my skin was calm and glowing! I was interested in cleansers and a new moisturizer, she sent me home with samples to try and I never felt pressured to purchase any products. I've already made my next appointment and plan to go back monthly!

After a lot of searching, I found Dr. Hunter, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I knew my experience would be different. Dr. Hunter personally greeted my family and me in the lobby, which immediately made me feel welcome. During my consultation, I shared all of my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve. He listened carefully, never rushed me, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. I've been to many medical appointments where I've left feeling unheard, but that was never the case with Dr. Hunter. His confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. I had my surgery in December, and now that I'm six months post-op, I can honestly say I LOVE the way I look. My results exceeded my expectations while still looking natural. One thing I was initially nervous about was that I didn't see many women who looked like me on the website. However, from beginning to end, I was treated with exceptional care and respect. The hospitality from the entire Amelia team was truly unmatched. Every interaction made me feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, and that meant everything to me. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone responded quickly by phone or email. I never felt like I was navigating my recovery alone. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Hunter and every member of the Amelia team for helping me through this journey. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would recommend them without hesitation. For anyone considering a mommy makeover, my procedure included: * Tummy tuck * Small hernia repair * Breast reduction * Liposuction to the flanks Thank you, Dr. Hunter and the entire Amelia team, for helping me feel confident in my own skin again. I will forever be grateful.

Plenty of private room and space to wait for your loved one. as any business of this type, it's staffed by beautiful young women who don't need one iota of anything done to themselves, but have everything from duck lips, Botox, fillers and the works. It always cracks me up. Why? Because beauty and anti-aging sells! And they represent the product! These ladies, however, are as down-to-earth and sweet as possible. My sister claims that the experience is top-notch from top to bottom, and just sitting here waiting on her and talking to the staff, definitely confirms that!

Horrible experience. The staff was really disappointing…read more Laura, I believe is her name, should not be a manager. She's no help at all and absolutely does not care about her clients. She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

Music was so loud my friend and I couldn't even talk. I asked for a French tip with one white nail with a ladybug as pictured. I wish I caught the First Lady's name who did my nails, she was fantastic. My roommate had Kevin doing her nails. She wanted short almond shape (like I have). Kevin argues that you have to get long nails in order to do almond shape. She said that she had to get short nails because of work. He said he can't do short almond and my roommate agreed to short square. He began doing round nails. She asked him to stop and then he tried to act like she was the one being confusing. He proceeded to give her extremely thick square acrylics. Then came time for my ladybug. My nail tech warned me that she doesn't do designs, but she would try which I appreciated. She was not happy with her product so she said she was going to get Kevin to come and do my design. Kevin came over, already seeming annoyed. He spew through my ladybug half doing everything. As you can see some of the legs aren't even connected. There is no line down the body. And it's much smaller and off center. I know I could have said something. But at this point we just wanted to leave. It felt very unprofessional. A different tech got up on the nail bar dancing for someone's bday, pouring boxed wine into her mouth, and stuffing small oranges in her shirt. No joke. Very odd experience. On top of everything, there was an extra $10 on each of our bills. Online their prices say a full set is $55, French tip is $10, design $5 and up each nail. In my opinion. These "ladybugs" are $5 designs. So my bill should have been $75 but it was $85 in the end. I will not be returning.
