RUN TO GET the Me latte, horchata & cold brew. Best way to start the day

Super friendly, Had the El Jefe, and the sausage and egg tacos. Delicious and the hot sauces added the special touch. HOLY COW the Me cafe- horchata and cold brew is what I will dream about replicating! Pass go and grab the Me Cafe! *chefs kiss* Also cool note, there was a fellow who was window cleaning the outside and inside windows and glass. He was dancing to the mariachi music and just set the tone for the day right! What a lively spirit! God Bless him!

Such good tacos & queso! Within an outdoor bar so great if you're already at the bar. Loved the Norte & Pollo Asado tacos, didn't prefer the Campechana. Pretty fast service, definitely freshly made tacos. I'd go again!

At the speed of One Taco at a time Late, midweek lunch date found us ordering at this taco truck up next to Little Woodrows. A couple people in front of us waiting for food and we walked right up to the window. My friend ordered 2 Gowalla tacos and paid. I followed suit with a Gowalla ans Norte. 10 minutes later his tacos were up. Multiple people came and went then after a full 20 minutes from ordering I got my tacos. Where they good? Not that good. *Taco Gowalla $3.95 corn tortilla, bacon, steak, avocado and queso. First impression was its way too salty. Groovy mix of meats but did not sit right. Felt very bloated. Both of us felt bad after eating. *Taco Norte $3.95 corn tortilla, steak, queso with chorizo, and pico de gallo. Light and easy flavors I would order again. Not salty and liked the steak/chorizo blend. Conclusion The slowness is hard to get over. The tacos were interesting but I don't have time to wait 20 minutes for them. I'm important. The aftermath was bloating and pain. I'm guessing not everyone gets sick but we did. Bummer for sure. I'll probably try OneTaco again but staying away from the Gowalla and making sure I have more time.

A gem & a must visit taco spot if visiting Austin, Tx! Everything is made in house! Fresh ingredients & made to order!

Stopped here for a quick taco and was pleasantly surprised. I got two Al pastor and demolished both. The tacos were fresh, perfectly portioned, and reasonably priced. My friend and I agreed these were some BOMB tacos. Will go back, thanks one taco!

OneTaco is a convenient spot to grab food if you're at Little Woodrow's watching a game. I got a chicken and al pastor taco, but didn't find them particularly flavorful. I've heard great things about this place though, so might need to check out their brick and mortar and reevaluate.

We stopped here on our self-guided taco tour of Austin and tried the al pastor taco. Overall would rank the taco we tried as average or below average. The meat was pretty dry and bland. We did love the fresh pineapple on the taco.

Cool food truck at the back of Little Woodrows. We stopped by for breakfast tacos on a morning walk while staying at the Wyndham. The guys working were very friendly. Didn't take long to get our tacos (although we were the only ones at the truck). I had the Big Kahuna and my husband had the El Jefe. Both were tasty and a good portion for the price. Came with small containers of both red and green salsa. Green salsa had a good kick, but otherwise lacked flavor. Red salsa was good on my taco, but not sure it could stand alone. I've found that breakfast tacos often disappoint, but One Taco certainly did not!

Not sure why this isn't rated higher but this place is awesome! Amazing customer service with quick turnaround on food. I ordered like 20 tacos and they were all amazing! It's connected to the sports bar. We got Pollo asado, carne asada, and al pastor. I got guac and queso too. Everything was soooooo good! My friend that is usually not a taco fan, loved it so much and wanted to go back.

My guy cheffin' up the tacos is the MAN.

Unfortunately, the kitchen just wasn't on their game this day. We went for brunch and it is a lovely restaurant with some amazing looking pastries. My ratings of the food we got are below. Overall, everything was just okay and not something I would order again. Our order: Salami and cheese - 1/10, not even edible with how much olive oil they dumped on it. Hard cheese and meat. None of us touched it. Frites - 9/10, hard to go wrong here. Nice and crispy French cruller - 7/10, I think this is just personal presence here I wished it was warmed up. Flavor was good but it was a little dry. Burger - 5/10, the flavor is there and definitely has potential but it was so bloody and rare which is not what we asked for. My friend has a gluten allergy and she asked for the burger lettuce wrapped and it just came on top of a huge chunk of iceberg so wouldn't recommend that if you want it lettuce wrapped. Chicken sandwich - 8/10, this was good with a nice crispy chicken. It could have used something sweet to balance the spice though it was a little one dimensional.

Upon entry was greeted by Melissa and sat in her section. The decor is very diner type with low, cozy booths and few tables and chairs. Ample amount of food and def had take away box. Everything was tasty and the buttermilk pancake was amazing with just syrup. Melissa was kind enough to provide little cups to take syrup home along with the tael away container. They had a daily special and a board above the kitchen with other items. I drove by it for 20 years on the way to Avenue Barber Shop. I wanted shredded beef tacos but couldn't get them without cilantro so I chose shredded beef enchiladas (with an $8!) side of chips and salsa. My wife ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and home fries. She requested soft eggs, as she always does because too many places overcook them. The chips and salsa arrived. I was immediately disappointed. The menu said "we make our own chips." They were thick and yellow and appeared to be run-of-the-mill, out-of-a-bag chips. I prefer the thin white ones. I took one bite of salsa, and that was one bite too many. Cumin. I pushed it all aside. Cumin doesn't belong in salsa. (Sorry. I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley.) My enchiladas came with black beans, and there was cumin in them. Cumin is overused and abused in most restaurants. I couldn't eat them. The rice was good but the chipotle sauce on the enchiladas was not. I scraped most of the sauce off and ate one enchilada, mainly because I just needed something in my stomach. We were still 45 miles from home. I pushed my plate away. I also ordered coffee. One sip of that was all I could stand. Too weak for me. It gets worse, much worse. My wife's eggs were barely cooked. She asked the waiter for some cooked eggs. He took her plate and returned about four minutes later. The eggs were still not cooked. She tried another bite but couldn't eat them. Her bacon was tough as a boot and not chewable. The home fries were average, but by the time her plate arrived at our table for the second time, they were cold. I pulled my card out waiting for our excellent server to return. He asked how everything was (he had to notice two plates still covered with food) and we politely told him. I ate one enchilada and some rice. My wife had two bites of egg and two bites of potato. He apologized and handed me the check. $65. Nothing comped and nothing adjusted. A manager should've been summoned. How does a place like this have any customers? It was our first and last visit.

It's a small space, with only around eight tables and a tiny kitchen behind the counter. It's a bit hard to locate from outside. There's no big sign on the window indicating the restaurant's name, just a plastic A-frame sign outside the building's doors. When I got there, four of the eight tables were empty but the dirty dishes had not yet been cleared. It took close to 10 minutes for the tables to be bused. Because the kitchen is so small, I'd recommend going up to the counter to order as soon as you get there. I believe you can also place your order online using the QR code on the table, but I didn't try that method. I ordered the lox n found, a toasted croissant roll with smoked salmon, avocado, dill ricotta, arugula, onion, and capers.
