One of them was the Migos taco, which was delicious. I love that the tortilla chips and they were nice and crunchy still and not soggy. I also got a taco called the Cherrywood, which had bacon cheese, egg, potato, and avocado, and it was delicious. I love that their tortillas are homemade and they're not the cheap American puffy ones. They also give you complementary chips and salsa and both salsa were delicious. I literally combine both of them in my tacos. They do have some great drinks. One of them is the Highlander margarita which is really nice and smooth and they use patron silver. They also had another margarita that I saw a lot of people ordering and it was an avocado one, and everybody kept raving about it. They even walked us to our table and later showed me where the bathroom was, which I thought was a really nice touch. As for the food, it definitely lives up to the hype. It's on the pricier side, but everything tasted incredibly fresh and was well worth it. We ordered the enchiladas, which were delicious, and the shrimp was probably my favorite part of the meal because it was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I can definitely see why this restaurant has been around for so long and has such a loyal following. It took me way too long to finally come here, but I'll definitely be back. Stopped by for the 1st time today. Tacos were good, but not great. Torchys is better and they don't even compare to most taco trucks. I had 3 tacos, the best was definitely the steak taco. Al pastor was a disappointment. Also, I went on a tuesday when they have $2 tacos. Unfortunately I didn't see the small off to the side sign saying this deal was for dine in only until after I'd completed my order. I wish the cashier would have told me about the deal. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my spouse and I feel comfortable dining at this location. ** for any parent that has a child with severe food allergies, it is always the responsibility of the parent to be ready to rescue if an allergen is introduced. ** I am grateful to be able to dine out at Cabo Bob's and comfortable with the protocols they have put into place. Here is the list of the additional service they provide if you inform them of a food allergy. 1. They will inform a manager or employee that is floating to make the meal. 2. The one providing the service changes gloves and washes their hands. 3. The tortilla is placed on a new sheet of foil and then doesn't touch any of the surfaces with other foods 4. the employee helping you will add the toppings of choice to the tortilla and then hand you the food at check out or at your table.
