Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. The sales representative told me the vehicle was coated, however we confirmed at the shop that it was not. After pouring water on the surface, it did not bead as a properly coated vehicle should. After the paint correction, I paid to have it ceramic coated to ensure proper protection and finish quality. The tire shop fixed my tires easily, and I did have to come out of pocket to add the assist step. It's been over a year now, and I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade. It's honestly the most badass Escalade I've ever seen, and I get compliments on it all the time. My recommendation: if you want your car delivered with extra TLC, pay the extra cost to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer.

They shouldn't move (the back ones are sturdy). I'm waiting on a call back to schedule something so they can take look since the techs were off the day I went to pick the truck up. Just check things like that before you pull off. We shouldn't have to because the job should be done right but I have to remember, we're all human. Things happen! Manny and Michael were both great to work with. This dealership has complimentary WiFi and water, separate enclosed kids' rooms, and enclosed areas to talk/work with your assigned associate. As you can see, it looked like the metal had pierced the tire. It looked to me like the tire would need to be repaired or replaced or maybe it was OK. I was pretty sure that Firestone could handle it and I told the landscaper that I would let him know if there were problems, but I didn't think there would be. I dropped it off at Firestone and asked them to check it out. They evaluated it and said the tire had not been pierced and that it was safe to drive - and even better news, it was no charge! As I had bought the tires there, they would not accept any payment for the evaluation of the tire. I have been rollin' ever since with no problems. It did take some time for them to get to my truck - but they let me know that when I dropped it off (probably at 1PM) and called to let me know when it was ready (~4PM). As I have come to expect, they were polite and professional. I am a huge fan of the 600 E Stacy Firestone. I have also taken advantage of their free air check/fill. You just pull up to the back and they take care of it for you.

They don't tell you if you convert to a lease it's the same as rebuying your own car, plus sales tax. When asked why did my payoff increase by 9thousand dollars. THIS Pirahanna of a sales person, lied to my face citing this is just how the lease calculates your payoff! They will screw you every way possible! Do Not Lease From these Scammers! Absolute Trash!
