Update 2: They did follow through and paid the shop of my choice for paint correction. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with the outcome. The sales representative told me the vehicle was coated, however we confirmed at the shop that it was not. After pouring water on the surface, it did not bead as a properly coated vehicle should. After the paint correction, I paid to have it ceramic coated to ensure proper protection and finish quality. The tire shop fixed my tires easily, and I did have to come out of pocket to add the assist step. It's been over a year now, and I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade. It's honestly the most badass Escalade I've ever seen, and I get compliments on it all the time. My recommendation: if you want your car delivered with extra TLC, pay the extra cost to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer. read more

My son purchased a couple of trucks from the group over on AZ and so I figured it was a sure thing regarding service. Not so much. I ordered the retrax pro and had them install it. I know, I kick myself for not doing it myself but I took the lazy way. Poor decision. The install was not square. It sat crooked on the box. Also, the cover caught on the leveling screws on one side. The locking mechanism, when it is partially open, was not engaging. That they didn't take off the protective wrap was just a simple indicator of a lack of attention to detail on a very minor order. You know the saying, you are only as good as your last job... Interesting response, but it's hard to miss McKinney or the Asian buffet next door where I went to eat while I waited. read more

I was charged $1,030.00 not $1000. Finance stated a Ford dealer probably would not honor warranty and tried selling extended warranty. I declined and decided not to proceed with the purchase of a $100,00.00 dollar truck with no guaranteed warranty from dealer. I guess I went to this Dealership until they were tired of seeing me. Additionally, I went through my Credit Union and was approved for a couple of thousand higher than needed for the purchase of the type truck I was seeking. And, I did so prior to attempting to showing up to make an offer for the vehicle I was interested in. To check out the truck, I also hooked up a 'Code Monitor' to see if the vehicle was throwing any codes. There were no repair codes thrown onto the device. From my perspective, the Salesperson and his Manager shot me straight about the 'Good, the Bad and the Ugly' (condition of the Truck). I have had and drove this purchased vehicle[Truck] a few days now. No major negative discoveries. Suggestion: When considering any type of 'Car Deal', as a consumer, it is our responsibility for us to do our 'due diligence'. Ask any questions which come to mind. In fact, I suggest you make a list prior to arriving. Next, identify and know your deal breakers - and stick to them. If promises are made, get them in writing. I feel this is an ethical dealership from my dealing on the Truck I purchased. Why? Because when I asked questions (to which I already knew the answer), if they did not know the answer, the figured it out, and it matched with true reality. Additionally, I read a couple of the negative reviews here. From what I read, it seems these were low knowledge buyers or buyers who did not take time to do their research on both buying a car, and/or asking questions. (I could be wrong - just my perception). Like I stated above, if you are not knowledgeable on cars, take someone with you who is and ALWAYS take your time with a Car purchase. There is ALWAYS another vehicle you can buy if the deal falls south. Bottom line: Salesperson Marcus acted ethically. Manager Rocky acted ethically. The Good, The Bad, and the UGLY. This is a revised review of Lifted Trucks that I did when I originally bought the truck. I had wanted to do this but chose not to because I resolved the issue. Now a new issue has come up and I felt the need to revise it. THE GOOD: The people are friendly and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate your financial situation and make your purchase possible. My wife and I had a good experience with them. THE BAD: I get it. It's "Lifted Trucks". You take a truck, lift or level it, put aggressive wheels on it and sell it. It looks cool. But there are certain things you need to do when you do this which weren't done. My truck was leveled. What wasn't done was the drag link wasn't adjusted so the steering wheel was cocked to one side. 35 inch wheels were installed but the speedometer wasn't recalculated so the speedometer was off. The headlights weren't readjusted and they were blinding on coming drivers. These things should have been done. In all fairness to Lifted Trucks they probably would have fixed it if I had complained. Instead, I asked Lifted Trucks to give me back my original wheels because I had plans to use my truck to haul a truck camper and put the truck back to stock. They graciously gave me back my old wheels and after taking off the lift and installing the original wheels the issues were resovled. THE UGLY: The reason for the revision is the extended warranty that I purchased from them. The warranty is from GWC. I had a problem with my truck and it was supposed to be covered by GWC. I had a legitimate claim that they denied due to a procedure error. This company uses every possible trick they can to keep you waiting, deny you a claim, and keep your money. They fact that Lifted Trucks continues to work with these people is a discredit to them. Would I buy another truck from them... probably. But I'd go over the truck with a fine tooth comb before taking delivery and WOULD NOT buy extended warranty from GWC!! Look on line for reviews of this company. They are not favorable. Purchase a warranty yourself from a reputable company like Endurance. read more

Elias De Leon, Sales Professional & Matt Yeamans, Sales Manager worked out a good deal for me at their McKinney location. I had to make the drive up from Houston, for a hard to come by Jeep LJ. I had read multiple negative reviews complaining about added, unnecessary fees and charges at the end of the deal(All the extras that add no real value to the vehicle, add to purchasers debit, and profit for the dealership). I was upfront from the beginning that I had no interest in paying anything additional before I made the drive up. I was assured nothing besides TTL would be added. Since I would be buying a used vehicle, with no manufacturer warranty, I did my due diligence to have the Jeep pre purchase inspected, wasn't cheap, but worth the peace of mind. Elias did I good job to make sure inspector had proper access to the Jeep. After a positive review inspection, I made the decision to purchase. Upon arrival Elias and Matt both greeted me and let me go for a test drive, without making it uncomfortable by going with during the drive. Since I wasn't from the area, they were good about giving me a good route to travel. When it came time to talk numbers and make the purchase order, word was kept by not adding any extras. Their Doc Fee was a little high, $225 if I remember right, it should be no higher than $150, but wasn't going to argue over $75. There was a little pushback when I asked for money off price from minor issues that were found, but in the end Matt discounted the price for what was asked and a bit more. I came prepared with all necessary paperwork from my credit union and Elias and Matt made it a relatively quick and easy process to get me back on the road to Houston without much delay. Had a 1430 appt, was back on the road by 1630. Overall a good deal! read more

I took out a loan on my truck and I was given two loan options to choose from. I chose the bank with the least interest. Upon closing I was told we would be using Chase Bank, which I remembered as the higher interest bank. I told the lady financier "that's not the bank I chose". She told me that the person giving me the interest rate "made a mistake" and Chase was the one I was supposed to choose for the lower finance rate. Well, I got my first bill and my finance rate was 1.9% more than what we had agreed upon. Chase was the higher interest of the two options they gave me. I called them to tell them they gave me the wrong interest rate and bank. They told me the guy I needed to talk to wasn't available and they'd get back to me. That was several months ago and I haven't heard from them. On top of that, I had to bring the truck back in around 5 times to get the alignment fixed. It wasn't until they brought in a "machine to reset Ram truck alignment" that it was not pulling to one side or the other.The transmission slips, the left turn signal is broken, and this truck is a 2023 with only 2,500 miles when I bought it. Biggest mistake I have EVER made. I miss my old truck. Lifted Trucks has since reached out to me and made it clear they will do whatever they can to help me be content with my purchase and the gentleman who I needed to speak with had no idea I was trying to reach him. I appreciate them contacting me, but I was an idiot to not read through everything I was signing in the finance department. That mistake is on me. read more

Attempted to purchase a truck from the dealership in Texas. After talking for a few days was able to find a truck. After being told the salesman was working on the numbers all day long, I was told at the end of the day the truck had actually sold a few days earlier. So found another truck and tried to work on numbers with it. After we went over the numbers they tried to tell me I had to finance my sales tax into the loan. Now here in Missouri you don't have to do that. I figured since the truck was being titled in Missouri that I would be able to pay my sales tax and the DMV just like every other vehicle I've ever purchased. The salesman got his sales manager, finance manager and someone else on the phone to ddiscuss this issue. That's when they started verbally attacking me and telling me I was committing tax evasion and tax fraud and all sorts of stuff. I told them I would contact my credit union and see what we had to do. After speaking with credit union they said we had to follow Texas laws. So I sent a text back to my salesman and told him that they were right and I would have to finance the taxes in the deal. I asked them if to send me the exact # for the full purchase of the truck so my credit union could cut a check to them. That's when I heard nothing back at all! I even called to try and talk to them to get the information and nobody would speak to me. They went from accusing me of Tax evasion and Tax fraud to ghosting me and no longer speaking to me. Extremely unprofessional experience from start to finish. This again is the Texas location. read more

They lied to me about how long the LX570 had been on the lot. When I told I knew they it had been on the lot for a while they assured me it had just come in. This was the manager who rode along with the new sales guy on the test drive. But I had been watching this specific vehicle for a month so I knew for a fact it had been sitting and not sold. If you lie, do it on something not easily verified. Even the websites tell you how long a vehicle has been listed for sale. The truck was missing the chip for the GPS so that wasn't working. Of course I didn't buy from them. Blatantly lie to me, stick to the false story and I'm not going to trust anything you say. Then they keep calling me months later still trying to sell me. I've asked them not to call. I've called them back and told them to stop calling. I've demanded to be removed from their lists and they still keep calling. Worse than a politician. Stereotypical used car lot with slick salespeople. Supposed to be a nice family owned shop. Maybe the original family is a great family. They should hire better. read more

BUYER BEWARE! All of their truck's prices advertised and listed on their website do not reflect an additional 3K+ paint and interior protection very proud add on. The additional amount was not disclosed until the actual time of negotiations and purchase. I walked away and found a better price and better truck. Be sure to get the "all in price" of the truck before you get too far in to the deal. While this sales tactic may be legal, it was deceptive and disappointing and wasted my family's time. *UPDATE* to Dave's comments....there's nothing to have you "resolve"? You choose to practice business in a deceptive manner, in my opinion, and I took my $ elsewhere. The black 2021 F150 STX listed $33,490, with 29K+ miles is still on your website...has been there since April. You should disclose the $3K add on, in the advertised online sales price, for paint and interior conditioning. IF you want to resolve the matter satisfactorily to me, disclose the "real" sales price with the add on, on your website. I will kindly remove this review if I receive an update that the sales price has been adjusted with the real price and the real mileage to prevent other trusting customers from having my similar experience. Real online price should be $36,490+. This place is kind of a joke and you will leave frustrated. You may still purchase their vehicle but it will be a process!! Not only do they screw you with as BS $900 "lifetime anti bacterial coating", they also can't get their stuff together. They're not from Texas so apparently, they don't know how to process TX titles, and all the title work goes back to their corporate office in Arizona! I purchased a vehicle in early July, as of September 5th, when my temp tag expired, still no plates or tags so I had to contact them to get another temp tag. Then today, when they finally delivered my plates and tags, IT WAS TO A HOUSE I HAVE NOT LIVED IN FOR 3 YEARS! I never even provided that address to them because I don't live there anymore, I have no idea how they got it! They sell pretty trucks but that's all I can say positive about this experience!! read more

This review is for The Lift Shop, which does the custom work for Lifted Trucks and located behind the sales lot. I'm not one to take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled as a positive PSA to anyone needing tires, lifts or related work for their trucks or SUV's. I was new to Texas, needed new tires, and took a leap of faith with this shop. In short, it was the best automotive/tire experience I've had. Brett (I believe he's the manager) is phenomenal, recommended a certain brand/style of tires for my lifted 2019 GMC AT4, and it rides smoother than any truck tire I've ever owned. I've since went back to get a rubbing issue fixed (my issue, not caused by them) and he got me in and put very quick. Their techs are great and do a very professional and clean job. The shop is friendly, listens to the needs of their customers, very knowledgable, professional and real (they don't try to upsell or sell you anything you don't need). Oh, and the price on my new Toyo's was great, more than reasonable and less than other shops. I'll be a lifelong customer! Thank you Brett & The Lift Shop!! read more
