Dont purchase any vehicle from this car dealer because he will sell you a lemon. I purchased an Audi 6 from him and I have already invested $1800 in the vehicle on rotors, brakes, and tires. On the drive home from purchasing the vehicle the EPC light came on and transmission light came on. I bought my Volkswagen from these guys and I have to say I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews I read. Not sure what happened with everybody else but every one at the dealership was very helpful and straight forward with me. I haven't had any real serious issues with the car since I bought it about 3 months ago with 80 plus K miles. They informed me if I were to have any problems with the car they would do their absolutely best to get the problem fixed at minimum cost to me. As of right now these guys get 5 stars. Do not buy from carblok. It's one of the most sketchiest car dealerships I've ever seen . Repoed the car we bought from them payment hasn't even been 2 months behind. Didn't register it with the police department to even find out who had the car. They are now selling that same 2006 Acura mdx with over 160000 miles for around 6 grand knowing the issues wrong with it. Transmission is going out. Battery died on me not even having it a week. Sometimes I just won't turn on. Mist fires a lot . Brakes are going out. Gas is more like 10 mpg. Multiple lights on dashboard . And plenty of other things are wrong with it. So unless you want to be stranded a bunch of times don't buy it . Or any of their other cars. read more

When I call just to ask a question? This indian man with a strong accent; seemed to be rude and don't have good communication skills. I wanted to know what kind of financing plans he have to offer. The man raised his voice in a very rudely manner and said these are cash Cars only! How do I suppose to know that this was my first and last time glad I didn't waste my money with this car lot. The same truck kiya bought I was the unlucky one paid 2500 cash down right away head gasket ,brakes, alternator,battery,headlights ,rear plate light wiring destroyed, catalytic converters,inspection I paid for was void had to pay twice for inspection that failed,so now I have 4200 into a SUV I can't legally register because it's still registered to old owner,gave me a receipt for temp tag that's not in the states database meaning it's fraudulent and not on record so I email them telling them I need my plates knowing they can't produce them,now 75 days later I have a expired tag and can't do nothing about it,I email them finally idiot replys to my very kind letter explaining my issues offered three resolves,and now they won't be reply,legally they will have to take this junk and give me my money all of it ,so they threaten me to pursue legal action ,please do I'd love to hear the excuses in front of a judge,this place moved and refuses to tell me where DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID,im a small business owner now with all my wasted moneys I'm out of business being a notary you need a car, thanks carblok for ruining my business and for being so ignorant to me karma is a bad mfkr read more

Stay AWAY from this dealer. I got a Buick Enclave from here. They promised to fix all engine issues if I found any in 5 days. I did find them and even after paying another $740 for the repairs, they did not repair my car. On the top of that, the shop they sent me to fix my car, stole my new parts worth $150. They lied to me about fixing the car and never fixed it. Then cited Coronvirus for not fixing it. So all in all its 6k gone to drain for a used car. So buys beware! read more

I got the "girl treatment" over the phone when I called to set up a test drive; sales guy was going on and on about how clean and good-looking it was and that there was no check engine light. However, I have mechanics in my family and I know my stuff. When I got there the sales guy said he needed to jump the battery for me to test drive it- you gotta be kidding me buddy! While he was jumping the car I checked the VIN on my phone and he got all suspicious, saying he could supply me with a Carfax report and I wouldn't need to do all that. I also looked under the vehicles then tested the electronic components, examined the tires, etc., and he got all nervous constantly asking if he could help me. Once I took the car on the road it was a disaster! Vehicle started shaking around 40mph, wouldn't accelerate past 45, and the check engine light came on (the very same light he said the car didn't have on)! I returned promptly, handed the sales man the keys, told him what was what and hi-tailed it out. read more
