I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. Car was filthy at delivery and felt like an absolute scam. For a 2024 vehicle with a "minor" collision reported on the CarFax, it had both front and rear repairs that look like someone did it in there garage. Cracked headlight that I noticed had some condensation. Removed front bumper cover to find bondo and screws holding things together. Removed rear bumper to find wiring for blind spot detection haphazardly thrown in there (hence the blind spot detection issues). In hindsight, spend the extra at a reputable dealership to avoid shoddy repair surprises.

Keeping in mind it is a used dealership so the car is not perfect but it was great condition in my opinion and the overall negotiated price was more than reasonable. The van did come with some odd tires and one bald one. I called them the next day to see if they wanted an opportunity to remedy the situation and remedy they did. They assisted me in getting some new tires even though the vehicle was already bought "as is". I have also had a mechanic thoroughly inspect the vehicle and was told it is in great shape. All in all, as long as you keep in mind it is a small used car dealer I think this is a great place to shop. I will definitely stop by my next time.
