    I bought a truck them April 2025. The truck was a 2024 3.0 duramax 1500 Silverado with 6,000 miles…read moreon it. The truck is a salvage title and the pictures of the wreck were not that bad. I have since driven the truck 25,000 miles over the course of a year and it's great. The body repairs they did are by no means factory levels and the extra parts they put on are not OEM but I saved 20,000 off of what a dealership would've charged me. They were also very transparent on what they fixed on the vehicle. I had one problem on a missing part and they sent me the missing part swiftly. Overall just research the truck, check out what happened to it and buy a reliable vehicle.

The entire time was nothing but lies, broken promises, and complete lack of professionalism. I was constantly told "it'll be ready tomorrow" or "I'll call you back," but no one ever followed through. I had to chase them for updates, and when I finally gave up on Diego's excuses and started dealing with Hassan, the story was still the same delay after delay. To make matters worse, when I finally did get the truck back, it started having problems again just 3 days later. This dealership has no respect for their customers' time, money, or trust. I would never recommend Dallas Motors to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Nonetheless, he decided to add a service warranty and wanted more than 3 times what my bank required and that it was because of my credit score. He then tells my bank the he will charge another $1k more than the advertised price and if it breaks down in 2-3 days he will not cover it since I di not want their service warranty plan. Well said Sam - No sale or customer business from me. You can go suck it! Piece of sh** along with the silent owner Carlos which are in cahoots with making shady deals. Remember, if you don't add their service warranty to the car purchase they will go up on the advertised price of their vehicles.

Sent the write up to the owner Moe and of course he didn't reply. If you have read my previous reviews you that I just got my car back from them about a month now and they said they fixed a radiator leak... I got this car end of July... I have made 3 car notes and I have taken the car back to them 4 times and now 1 time to BMW since I got the car...please please check ur car before you buy from them because after you buy... the customer service gets real shitty.

    I bought a car for my wife here about a month ago and had a great experience…read more I went in the test drive a few days ago and had a bad experience. I informed them I had a bad experience and the General Manager himself called to follow up and to make it right. I don't want to make the point of this review around the incident because my point is that it was an anomaly and they more fixed the issue I experienced. They are good folks, good warranty and I feel that they legitimately care about taking care of people.

When we left CarMax of Plano the paperwork for car we wanted at CarMax of Garland was complete .... all we needed was to sign a few signatures and read over some documents...... When we arrived at CarMax of Garland , we were directed to business office immediately and was received by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa Huerta. Let me preference this by also saying that me and wife were dressed for the weather , it was cold out so we had on sweats. Mrs Huerta helped my wife get ready for the test drive , we test drove the car everything was amazing !!!! Upon arriving back to the Dealership after the test drive, myself and my wife were approached by Christian Gantes (Sales Associate) which introduced himself and Hawar Gerki (Sr Sales Consultant) Who said absolutely nothing to us about who was period. Then Christian stated that some information didn't come from the CarMax Of Plano, and we need to finish up some paperwork. Mind you , I said before arriving to CarMax Of Garland all the paperwork was complete, all we needed to do was sign for the car and read over everything. Hawar Gerki took my wife to has desk and basically interrogated her asking how she made some much money and literally reran all of her info...including ... job verification (again). At point I get pissed because clearly he is racial profiling us with a smile on his face. Mind you he hasn't stated the reason behind doing this or stated who he is to my wife. 45 minutes goes by he comes back to my wife saying it was a mix up and he is sorry..... all this after the paperwork with the car was complete on our end. Clear cut case of racial profiling. Bright note out this was Mrs.Huerta she was very professionally and needs to be promoted , she went above and beyond even offering to pay for dinner. Now , Hawar Gerki needs to be fired for work place profiling and harassment... completely unprofessional as customer I would never purachase a car from this location because he works there. And I'm going to file a formal complaint against him.

I showed up and drove a 2020 Nissan Rogue…read more Every single ad they have online says "clean title, no accidents" well I get in the car and the dashboard lights up like a CHRISTMAS TREE!!!! COLLISION WARNING, TRACTION CONTROL, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, STEERING WHEEL HAD TO BE POINTED 45 DEGREES TO THE RIGHT TO DRIVE STRAIGHT THE ALIGNMENT WAS SO BAD. This "dealership" signed this off and was advertising this car as completely clean and sound!! DO NOT EVER EVEN COME HERE TO TEST DRIVE ANYTHING EVER. They will lie to your face and act surprised when you call them out. Please do not waste your time like I have.

After the purchase, I discovered through a Carfax report that the car had previously been declared a total loss by an insurance company -- a detail that was never disclosed to me. When I reached out, I was told they use Experian AutoCheck, which did not show this history. However, this does not excuse the lack of transparency about the car's history. A total loss status, is something any buyer deserves to know up front. I'm currently trying to resolve the issue directly with the dealership, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions. Always double-check with your own Carfax before purchasing.
