15 out of 5 stars!! When you find an incredible dealership with integrity, care, and full transparency, no wheeling and dealing etc, everyone must know!! I was referred to them by a good friend of mine who said they were great to work with and they ABSOLUTELY were! Competitive pricing, no pressure, The whole team I met/worked with Charles were top notch! No all day at the dealership hoping to get that "great deal they will try to get you when they go ask their manager" I cannot express enough how incredible this company is. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you for showing me the good guys are still out there!! Photo 1 in review by Eric J. read more

DallasAutos4Less - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Garland, Texas

My Husband and I have bought both of our cars from this dealer. When we moved to Texas in 2024, we found our first car here. When the salesman (I don't remember his name) showed us the Carfax report, we learned that the car was a manufacturer buyback or "lemon" (most, if not all of their cars are). Turns out the car had a minor fuel gauge problem that had been corrected by the manufacturer. This gave us some hesitation, but we decided to take the chance on an otherwise good car at a good price. 1 year later, we've never had any problems with that car (other than a couple of flat tires and a dead battery). When it was recently time to buy a second car, we returned here as a walk in. We looked at/test drove four cars and walked away with the one we wanted (yes, another manufacturer buyback) a few hours later. Sam was a great salesman- he was efficient (but not pushy), informative, and juggled us with multiple other customers seamlessly. This dealership has been a great experience for us both times. You should be aware that their inventory is mostly manufacturer buybacks (this is how they are able to offer such good deals), and do your own research and ask your own questions about the car(s) you are interested in. I would say they were transparent about this, but it is important to ask questions to get the information you need. read more

I was on Instagram when found Del's inventory page:DallasAutos4Less. He and His team at DallasAutos4Less we're Very transparent and informative in helping me better understand financing and their car buying process. Even though I already had a repossession AND Voluntarily gave back my last SUV, but they still got me into my new truck! I was finished in less than two hours and I'm so grateful to them for making this happen for me. I'm definitely sending my friends over here as well. Get your car with them because they aren't like those other places that wouldn't even approve me because of my history read more

Honestly one of the best and fastest dealerships I've ever been to. Very friendly and amazing staff! I called the day after I got my new car and asked if they could raise my lowered car up due to the many speed bumps in my neighborhood and I don't want to cause any damage to the bottom of the car. They called me back saying they could do it sometime next week. read more

I called several dealerships over the last couple of weeks and Brandon from DallasAutos4Less was one of the only people to not only answer the phone but follow up with me and send me images of vehicles that I was looking for. He was very diligent and following up with pricing and trying to set up appointments for me to come look at vehicles. Overall exceptional five star service. And I called over 12 dealerships in the last couple of weeks and he was the only one to go above and beyond. I am very pleased with his service. read more

I got my Jeep Liberty from here I'm paying on. I absolutely love my jeep and I've had it about a year now. I've had no issues with this business or my Jeep. I highly recommend that if you're having an issue finding a car please give them a chance. They gave me a chance when others told me no! read more

No!! If you've purchased a car here, I'm sorry you have done so.. but DO NOT take your car back here to get serviced or repairs they will lie and try to charge you thousands so they can "fix it." They told me I needed a new engine( $1800, was their quote to fix it) WHY? If I can purchase my own parts and they do the labor. Had they done it intentionally while I had brought my car in to get the brakes done. I had so much doubt as the car I've only had two weeks left me stranded!!! Now at 6 months, I need a new engine?! I took it somewhere else for second opinion and all I needed was an engine coil pack and spark plug! That's not all!! When they first called me back to come get my car they never bothered to tell me that I needed an engine. I got in my car, started it and realized they did nothing and the car was acting the same. I went back inside to let her know and she asked if I had driven it off the lot yet.. told her no I haven't. Then she finally went to read the "Notes." She should have known prior to me picking up the car that would be her job right?! She just handed me the keys and didn't say a word. SMH. As well as the whole staff being LATE the morning I came to my said appt to bring the car for them to tell me system was down. Uhh no she had just barely started it up, she was too busy asking ppl to moving out of parking spaces. And Jeremy, I really don't care about your response. Your guys are Frauds and Theives and Your "service Team" sucks! And I am really being nice here. read more

Their customer service is shitty they don't even deserve a rating their mechanics don't know what they are doing and I would never refer anyone to them they try to make false claims on your car they never fixed . And on top of that they do free oil changes on your car but use the same oil filter and just drain the old oil out and put the same filter back on and still don't put enough oil back in the car I told the mechanic why is it the same oil filter and I repeatedly kept asking for the old oil filter if it supposedly have been a new one on he refused to gve me the old filter so I took a picture in the parking lot before I left and it's the same ass dirty filter read more

RUNNNN‼‼‼I didn't even have my car 24 hours I bought it on 11/20, on 11/21 I couldn't get up to speed on the highway with my babies in the car almost got hit. these ppl refused to give me my 1500.00 dollars back told me I need to take it to my own mechanic because I asked the mechanic why I couldn't ride with him to drive the car so I could let him know the issue I was having he decided he wasn't gone drive the car for me to take it back to service well when I go back to service they was soo rude just left me and my 9 month old twins standing outside wondering what to do next I asked her what I'm waiting on she said I don't know he's not gone drive your car you gone need to take it to your mechanic. Never offered me a loaner or anything I then left the car at the dealer and was told I will still be charged for monthly payments tho I haven't been able to drive the car I couldn't even pick my kids up from school I have 6 kids oookk clearly I need a reliable car. please please please stay away from this dealership! charles hands down is a great salesman. he seems to be the only one that tries to help you out. now the lady in the service department and her crew makes this entire establishment look bad. attitude is beyoud bad to not have any knowledge about the cars she so calls get fixed. purchased my vehicle a month ago and haven't had a solid week due to it breaking down. they so called fixed it after having it a week and when i arrived to pick it, it broke down on me 30 mins later had to wait on the interstate for about an hour in the heat waiting on the tow truck. more lights popped on the dashed after it was so called fixed the first time foe them to call me after not even a full day of having it saying its fixed. i missed 2 weeks of work dealing with this dealership and their maintenance department. on top of it all they came and took the loaner they gave me which was a pie of you know what back now i have to miss another day of work. they don't understand that the problem originates from them not fixing the problem the first time but they steady calling about their money. no accommodation what so ever. like how in world you know you have a customer that purchased a vehicle a month ago and hasn't had it a solid week. just bad overall. i always call to talk to the owner but they say he is never in the office to try and get some type of understanding and get the situation resolved leaving both parties satisfied which is the logical thing to do. so guys do yourselves a really huge and worth it favor and stay far away from this place i don't care if this is your last resort. you work to hard for your money to get treated like this. i really wish i would've gotten a thorough heads up about this place. charles=5 service lady and her crew=--------0 read more

Finance manager is a scumbag who assumed because I was looking at a low mileage 2007 vehicle that it was for me and that it was okay for them to not disclose the mileage on the vehicle there by wasting my time since it did not fit into my parameters. When calling out this dead beat for their deceptive practices since I had a parameter in my search that they skirted around his ignorance only grew stronger claiming that now all of a sudden this vehicle they had advertised was now magically sold. Typical Dallas/Ft Worth auto sleazy dead beats!!! Stay clear and buy out of state, too many flood cars, shady sales people and with over 20 years experience in the car business I will no longer even shop for a vehicle in TX. Its worth the drive or to get a vehicle shipped in from anywhere else but TX. One thing is true, everything is bigger in TX including the liars and dead beat shady car sales people. read more

I wanted to give it some time before I left a review to ensure that it was as objective as possible. 1. Charles is the best salesperson in the world. He will make sure your are informed, comfortable with your decisions, and will even try to help you out after the sale, i.e. dealing with finance or maintenance. 2. The finance department has the tendency to be rude. Everything is good with them as long as they have their money on time. They do not extent grace and do not have any patience for misunderstandings. I got my car 3 months ago. When I got the car, I put their insurance on it. I was told all I had to do was send the declaration page of my own insurance and they would removed the extra money from my note that I was paying for their insurance. I got insurance on my car 3 days later, but forgot to send them the declaration page. On the day the note was due, I called the finance company to tell them I had the insurance and could that be removed so I could pay the note. They said I would had to call 3 days prior so they could verify the insurance and I would be responsible for the payment of the car note and the insurance. Since I really wasn't expecting them to say no, I only had money for the note, not the insurance. There is a 3 day grace period, so I asked if they could start the verification process now, and I would pay the note on the 3rd day of the grace period. They basically said no. I take total responsibility for my non-adulting moment, but I am human and things happen. I am also a teacher, at middle school, in a teacher shortage, and run around like a chicken with my head cut off for most of the day. The following day, I called them to pay the note but late fee were tagged on and their were high, along with the insurance was more than I had. They told me they could not take the partial payment, could not not removed the insurance, could not removed the late fee, could not do anything, and I would have until the next day to pay or they would take it. On the third day (morning, not evening), I went outside and my car had been repossessed. I called just to make sure that is what happened, but the police said they had no record of my car being repossessed or towed and car lot are required by law to report it. So the police, and myself were at that point working under the assumption that my car had been stolen. Around 11 pm I got a call back that it was repossessed and they were going to bring it back because it wasn't reported but the lot was locked so they were going to bring it back the next business day (which would have been Monday). When I called back on Monday, I spoke with someone named Racquel. She was extremally rude. While trying to get everything resolved she hung up in my face at least 5 time. I was now responsible for the note, the insurance, the late fee, and the repossession fee which totaled almost a grand! They would not take payment over the phone. I had to come in person and bring cash. I had my mom meet me up there because again, I did not have the money for all of that, and mommy to the rescue (shout out to you). She was extremally rude to my mother, and me. We were up there for almost an hour to pay a car note. When I finally paid, she claimed she could not give me my car. Because they had tried to active multiple keys to my car, Onstar has locked my car and deactivated all keys (I didn't know this at the time). She said the had someone coming up to fix it. After 45 minutes she said no one was coming and I could come pick the car up tomorrow. She offered me my payment back. She said it was out of the goodness of her heart because her sister is a teacher. When I took her up on the offer she said if I took my money back, she would cancel the contract on my car. Her response then was that was she gets for trying to be kind. I sent the copy of the declaration page so that I wouldn't have this problem anymore. Fast-forwarding to the next month on my due date, they were claiming the did not have my declaration page. I told them when I sent it so they went in, they checked the email, and has the insurance payment removed within 7 minutes. I didn't want to have a debacle with them so I left it be but was remembering the previous month's ordeal and how easily it would have been resolved. This month (today), I paid the note with ease and everything was civil, which is why I stated, everything is good as long as there is no misunderstandings, mistakes, or miscommunications. There is no grace extended, the is no compromises made, or effort to try to understand the customer. Money talks, BS walks I guess. I saw on the google reviews how someone in the office puts all of your business on front street when you try to leave a review which was made me hesitant to even write this but its needed. To think of how excited I was to work with them and how helpful they were in the beginning is disheartening. However, it is a lesson learned. read more

do not get a car from this company!!!!!!! they are very rude ppl. rachel is the worst one. they do not have a deferment program and will harass you all times of nights to turn your car in after 3 or four days past due. they do not care about your situation and will repo your car even if youre only a few days past due. when i called to explain my situation, every time rachel is rude. this last time she told me she is not my therapist. now i am without a car and no way to even get my belongings out of the car. i hate that car company and you will too. please do not purchase. i had a 2013 ford fusion with 150,000 miles on it and 3 dangerous recalls that i owed $16,000 on and the blue book value is $4,400. read more

They can definitely get you into a car fast but beware! I did business with them for 7yrs. I leased my first car from them and when it was 2 months shy of being paid off I was hit by another car on my way to work. They towed the car back to their lot and when I went to retrieve my belongings out of the car they told me that the car was empty and I know all my work stuff and personal belongings was in the car. The car was a complete loss so I got another one with them and everything was ok up until the car engine failed and I refused to pay $4000 to replace it when the car wasn't even worth that. I was going to do a trade in but I didn't like the way they were treating me with the run around passing my calls around or not even really trying to sale me another car. I went to another car company and was given a better deal on a better car. When I went to sign papers to release the car back to them and get my belongings and rims off the car they told me that they sent the car to auction and that I could get my rims off as long as i put the original tires back on which I had planned to do and when I tried to do that I was told by the auction house that They bought the car as is and that I couldn't have my rims smh. Crooks, thieves, liars are what they are and to anyone doing business with them you will find out for yourself but you should definitely take my word for it I never missed payments was always on before time and they didn't care once the car is sold you they have their commissions and that's all that seems to matter read more

Shady business be careful!!! I am without a vehicle!!! After being in contract with them for 8 months they refuse to let me talk to the owner. I purchased my 3rd lemon here 7 weeks ago,its already broke down,it broke down on christmas eve and ruined my entire christmas, now once again I have to pay a tow truck driver to tow me up there and come out of my pocket for the parts that the car needs, but that is my fault for thinking the 3rd time would be different,I have left messages and emails and nobody up there cares about anything but you paying your car note!my number is 940 210 4890,they will ring this phone out of my pocket on the day it's time to pay though. Also,I pay $647.00 a month so it is clear they take advantage of people with bad credit!IF YOU READ THIS AND STILL GET A CAR FROM HERE,YOU WILL REMEMBER THIS REVIEW! read more

Horrible car business crooks liars and very disrespectful! Do not get a car here you'll waste your money then your car will break down and these employees and owner will screw you over and try to sell your car after you invested your money and when they repair issues they tell you you're only responsible for the parts fees but when go pickup your car add on additional unknown fees plus they don't keep honest paperwork around do not go here but if you do keep track of everything and I suggest you record everything when talking to the employed as nobody is on the same page and everything that comes out their mouths are lies lies lies! read more

Do NOT buy a car from them. My car stopped working two days after I got it. After getting it fixed, 2 months later my fuse box went out on my car. The policy here is that the customer buys the part and the repair center will repair the car free of labor cost. They told me the part is $900. After purchasing the part and sitting at the dealership for three hours the repair man told me verbatim "We wont do the repair because it is electrical." Also said I can continue sitting up here looking crazy but they won't do the repair. I have to now spend an additional $250 on the repair at another repair shop. I ask them at least can you add windshield wiper fluid that I purchased and they said we don't do that. Worst dealership ever!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Well, let me start by saying I thought I got a good deal on a used car. I paid way too much for a used 2013 Honda Civic in 2018. I didn't realize that I paid way too much until months later. So that being said, within the first month, the engine needed to be replaced. Yes, they offered to pay half of it but I was still left with a $500 bill. I was upside down in this car the moment I bought it. And they made me put almost $1500 down on the car and still charged me over $500 a month. What a complete rip off from the start. So, when I naturally was unable to continue paying for their crap car, it was repossessed. Totally my fault, however, they never sent me a formal letter stating that they had officially repoed the car. And to top it off, they donated my belongings that were in the crap car without telling me! I agree Rachel is a stone cold bitch. I understand that I got behind on one payment, but the level of rudeness from whomever was texting me was very unprofessional. I'm not sure if any BHPH is worth anyone's trouble, but this one certainly is not. T read more

One star wouldn't do justice. My contract shifted from multiple buyers prior to this company taking over. They state; "We continue having our customer's pay their original balance owed and would never increase any payments based on the verbiage written in our customer's previous contract." This information is incorrect! After filing with The State of Texas Consumer Affairs, DallasAutos4Less over charged me and never played by the rules-which were written in my original contract. Overall, I ended up receiving an overpayment- in which the state ORDERED the company to pay me. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Rachel is a manipulator who believes she knows practical business principals...
