No!! If you've purchased a car here, I'm sorry you have done so.. but DO NOT take your car back here to get serviced or repairs they will lie and try to charge you thousands so they can "fix it." They told me I needed a new engine( $1800, was their quote to fix it) WHY? If I can purchase my own parts and they do the labor. Had they done it intentionally while I had brought my car in to get the brakes done. I had so much doubt as the car I've only had two weeks left me stranded!!! Now at 6 months, I need a new engine?! I took it somewhere else for second opinion and all I needed was an engine coil pack and spark plug! That's not all!! When they first called me back to come get my car they never bothered to tell me that I needed an engine. I got in my car, started it and realized they did nothing and the car was acting the same. I went back inside to let her know and she asked if I had driven it off the lot yet.. told her no I haven't. Then she finally went to read the "Notes." She should have known prior to me picking up the car that would be her job right?! She just handed me the keys and didn't say a word. SMH. And on top of that they do free oil changes on your car but use the same oil filter and just drain the old oil out and put the same filter back on and still don't put enough oil back in the car I told the mechanic why is it the same oil filter and I repeatedly kept asking for the old oil filter if it supposedly have been a new one on he refused to gve me the old filter so I took a picture in the parking lot before I left and it's the same ass dirty filter read more

I wanted to give it some time before I left a review to ensure that it was as objective as possible. 1. Charles is the best salesperson in the world. He will make sure your are informed, comfortable with your decisions, and will even try to help you out after the sale, i.e. dealing with finance or maintenance. 2. The finance department has the tendency to be rude. Everything is good with them as long as they have their money on time. They do not extent grace and do not have any patience for misunderstandings. I got my car 3 months ago. When I got the car, I put their insurance on it. I was told all I had to do was send the declaration page of my own insurance and they would removed the extra money from my note that I was paying for their insurance. I got insurance on my car 3 days later, but forgot to send them the declaration page. On the day the note was due, I called the finance company to tell them I had the insurance and could that be removed so I could pay the note. They said I would had to call 3 days prior so they could verify the insurance and I would be responsible for the payment of the car note and the insurance. Since I really wasn't expecting them to say no, I only had money for the note, not the insurance. There is a 3 day grace period, so I asked if they could start the verification process now, and I would pay the note on the 3rd day of the grace period. They basically said no. I take total responsibility for my non-adulting moment, but I am human and things happen. I am also a teacher, at middle school, in a teacher shortage, and run around like a chicken with my head cut off for most of the day. The following day, I called them to pay the note but late fee were tagged on and their were high, along with the insurance was more than I had. They told me they could not take the partial payment, could not not removed the insurance, could not removed the late fee, could not do anything, and I would have until the next day to pay or they would take it. On the third day (morning, not evening), I went outside and my car had been repossessed. I called just to make sure that is what happened, but the police said they had no record of my car being repossessed or towed and car lot are required by law to report it. So the police, and myself were at that point working under the assumption that my car had been stolen. Around 11 pm I got a call back that it was repossessed and they were going to bring it back because it wasn't reported but the lot was locked so they were going to bring it back the next business day (which would have been Monday). When I called back on Monday, I spoke with someone named Racquel. She was extremally rude. While trying to get everything resolved she hung up in my face at least 5 time. I was now responsible for the note, the insurance, the late fee, and the repossession fee which totaled almost a grand! They would not take payment over the phone. I had to come in person and bring cash. I had my mom meet me up there because again, I did not have the money for all of that, and mommy to the rescue (shout out to you). She was extremally rude to my mother, and me. We were up there for almost an hour to pay a car note. When I finally paid, she claimed she could not give me my car. Because they had tried to active multiple keys to my car, Onstar has locked my car and deactivated all keys (I didn't know this at the time). She said the had someone coming up to fix it. After 45 minutes she said no one was coming and I could come pick the car up tomorrow. She offered me my payment back. She said it was out of the goodness of her heart because her sister is a teacher. When I took her up on the offer she said if I took my money back, she would cancel the contract on my car. Her response then was that was she gets for trying to be kind. I sent the copy of the declaration page so that I wouldn't have this problem anymore. Fast-forwarding to the next month on my due date, they were claiming the did not have my declaration page. I told them when I sent it so they went in, they checked the email, and has the insurance payment removed within 7 minutes. I didn't want to have a debacle with them so I left it be but was remembering the previous month's ordeal and how easily it would have been resolved. This month (today), I paid the note with ease and everything was civil, which is why I stated, everything is good as long as there is no misunderstandings, mistakes, or miscommunications. There is no grace extended, the is no compromises made, or effort to try to understand the customer. Money talks, BS walks I guess. I saw on the google reviews how someone in the office puts all of your business on front street when you try to leave a review which was made me hesitant to even write this but its needed. To think of how excited I was to work with them and how helpful they were in the beginning is disheartening. However, it is a lesson learned. read more

Finance manager is a scumbag who assumed because I was looking at a low mileage 2007 vehicle that it was for me and that it was okay for them to not disclose the mileage on the vehicle there by wasting my time since it did not fit into my parameters. When calling out this dead beat for their deceptive practices since I had a parameter in my search that they skirted around his ignorance only grew stronger claiming that now all of a sudden this vehicle they had advertised was now magically sold. I leased my first car from them and when it was 2 months shy of being paid off I was hit by another car on my way to work. They towed the car back to their lot and when I went to retrieve my belongings out of the car they told me that the car was empty and I know all my work stuff and personal belongings was in the car. I went to another car company and was given a better deal on a better car. When I went to sign papers to release the car back to them and get my belongings and rims off the car they told me that they sent the car to auction and that I could get my rims off as long as i put the original tires back on which I had planned to do and when I tried to do that I was told by the auction house that They bought the car as is and that I couldn't have my rims smh. Well, let me start by saying I thought I got a good deal on a used car. I paid way too much for a used 2013 Honda Civic in 2018. I didn't realize that I paid way too much until months later. So that being said, within the first month, the engine needed to be replaced. Yes, they offered to pay half of it but I was still left with a $500 bill. I was upside down in this car the moment I bought it. And they made me put almost $1500 down on the car and still charged me over $500 a month. What a complete rip off from the start. So, when I naturally was unable to continue paying for their crap car, it was repossessed. Totally my fault, however, they never sent me a formal letter stating that they had officially repoed the car. And to top it off, they donated my belongings that were in the crap car without telling me! I agree Rachel is a stone cold bitch. Do NOT buy a car from them. My car stopped working two days after I got it. After getting it fixed, 2 months later my fuse box went out on my car. The policy here is that the customer buys the part and the repair center will repair the car free of labor cost. They told me the part is $900. After purchasing the part and sitting at the dealership for three hours the repair man told me verbatim "We wont do the repair because it is electrical." Also said I can continue sitting up here looking crazy but they won't do the repair. I have to now spend an additional $250 on the repair at another repair shop. They state; "We continue having our customer's pay their original balance owed and would never increase any payments based on the verbiage written in our customer's previous contract." This information is incorrect! After filing with The State of Texas Consumer Affairs, DallasAutos4Less over charged me and never played by the rules-which were written in my original contract. Overall, I ended up receiving an overpayment- in which the state ORDERED the company to pay me. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Rachel is a manipulator who believes she knows practical business principals...
