    Dang Came here to check out a Mercedes just to make a switch from a BMW i7 2023 to an AMG Mercedes 2019 and watched as this 6ft 2 jerk tell my partner he couldn't even test drive the car before his credit pulled and assumed we couldn't afford it because we were swapping a 97k to a 60k worth car. He said well I don't know your situation and I'm not wasting my time if you can't afford it?!?!? First of all screw you. You had the Mercedes since March. You have no idea why we were swapping this car out. If you work in sells then you surely wouldn't go through all the paperwork before you test drove it! And he even got the info he asked for, where we couldn't pay it down and not even roll over negative equity! Still you wouldn't let a test drive happen before we said yes or no that this was the specific Mercedes we wanted. Professional courtesy is lost and when someone tells you they are an attorney and know what they are talking about and can buy the car and then some down to it's worth then you take the ID scan it and we test drive it! I told my partner this place looked like a bed idea anyone who profiles and has cars with not one other buyer on the lot should take the deals your given cause you only worked your attitude and mouth to the point no matter what car ends up on your lot we won't return unless management takes a healthy step and removes you from your position. So anyone with positive intentions and sells to people without racially motivated without know what can and can't happen should message We are keeping the classic, the dark blue i7, but are looking to change both our other two cars (bmw light i7 & bmw x1 dark blue) for an AMG sedan or a 911. Sorry as we have learned from this man profiling will be something we won't tolerate and we are not gunna let anyone have personal information until we test drive the cars. Also stating "it's nothing against you" when you are saying a lawyer and business owner can afford a lesser valued car and tell us your not wasting your time unless we run the paperwork before the car is even test driven. Hey we have a house that you might want but before you see it we need to do a hard inquiry and make sure you can afford it. Kiss my _ _ _

    I've bought two cars from this dealership. I worked mostly with Mike on both the cars, but even the owner took time to help me find what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting screwed like most other dealerships. I even bought an extended warranty on my wife's SUV and it came in clutch about a year later. Go in and ask for Mike and expect fairness from him.

He arranged the replacement & date of service thru their service dep't. As a courtesy he also arranged drop off to my residence & pick up thru the dealership by Uber. Upon dropping off the Tahoe, I inquired if he could check the rattling noise on the instrument panel & he agreed to have his technician check it & an estimate of repairs for a fee of @$200. With which I signed a fee & he would call me back if we would authorize the once his tech had checked it. I dropped the vehicle off @10 AM & as promised I was back home by 10:50. Mike called back & provided me with a complete estimate that was way too much for the our current actual value of the vehicle. I showed to the prepared estimate by Mike & it was not reasonable bc our Tahoe had @ 140K miles. We had already a @$3K invested in it & now was it was time to utilize our Tahoe as a trade in for a newer model. Granted our Tahoe endured much use from Colorado to TX & was a backup vehicle for our family when needed. Thank Mike to help us & he even my estimate fee! The part was also discontinued & a used part was highly unlikely to be found... Mike & answered & accommodated us thru it all. The Huffines Chevrolet Dealership's whole staff with all departments working in unity, still gave us great customer service. My wife & I were very satisfied with Mike our Service Advisor & his professional courtesy to accommodate our request & is greatest level of integrity to restore our loyalty with the Chevrolet brand & what a great General Motors Company represent!     Leased a 2025 GLS 450 in October. Bought as a demo with 4,300 miles on it. Had just hit 9,000 miles…read morelast week and had a flat tire, no big deal. Had vehicle towed to tire shop to repair. They measured tread depth on each and indicated it was low and needed replaced. Tow truck driver, with no incentive to sell me tires had remarked the same thing when hooking me up. Called MB service and they advised that it's normal for some tires to wear faster than others, which is odd anyone would manufacture a $600+ tire that only lasts 9,000 miles before needing replaced. We don't drive the vehicle hard by any stretch of the imagination. Pretty much said nothing they could do and would be waste of time to connect with the manufacturer (Continental). Very disappointed no effort given to help or any empathy shown by dealer.

The CarFax they provided showed a clean history however it was obvious the car was in a wreck due to the shit body work. My car salesman Steve Han over shared the movement I met him and told me he takes care of his elderly mom. Thought it's as odd but now realize he was trying to look like a stellar guy. Even said that he would "fix my issue and be sure it's handled and that he would be there even after the sale". Steve if you're reading this, I hope you can sleep at night. The following week after my purchase, I followed up to see the status of the "simple repair" and he pawned me off to someone else. Every time I texted him, he half ass texted me, misspelling words and just rambling on - always had to get the last word in. Anyways he pawned me off to someone else which I felt bad because Abed basically had to do damage control. I have saved my entire text thread just in case I need to push further on this issue. Sales manager, Shaun is well aware of the situation and I am no longer getting a call from him either. When I finally dropped off my car (which was going to take a week to "figure out what's wrong") that same day, the service manager QUIT. You could tell he was tired of having to be the bearer of bad news since the sales people always over promise and never deliver. They have a third party mechanic shop (buddy of the Wells Auto Group owner) that "repairs" the cars and it is offset. Anyways, we're almost a month out of my car purchase and I am no longer getting a response from anyone. Just hoping and praying that my 30K+ car doesn't crap out on me now. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Oh did I mention that they obviously play google lots of money to hide their true google rating? HA.
