I visited recently after a hailstorm destroyed my car. I spoke with Tracy who was super helpful and put me in touch with Randy. Randy helped me get into a new car that very day and even fed me while I waited! His customer service was great and was very helpful in the process!!

Great people!!! Easy to work with. Such a smooth car buying process. Rome, Tracy, Tucker and Jay were all super nice and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place whether you're looking for a cash car or to finance they have it all. Next time I'm in the market for a car I'll definitely be returning here.

So....after reading the reviews I had to chime in.... Your buying a used car from a used car lot, it is the buyers responsibility to check the vehicle out. It costs $89 and Firestone to put a car on the machine and get a report of everything that is wrong with a car. If you didn't elect to do that who's fault is that? Skip is the owner. Ive just purchased my third car from them and he is looking for a specific car for my husband. If you don't understand what due diligence is...please look it up.

JR helped me out greatly this past Saturday when I visited to purchase my first car! My heart was set on a Toyota Rav 4 that I had previously seen on their website. When we first got there the car I wanted was being test driven by a different customer and I thought my luck was out but in the end I left with exactly the car I wanted! With a sweet deal too! The financial manager (unfortunately forgot his name) was such a great help too. And made the experience even better. Overall a wonderful experience for me and I'm so happy with my new car!

Thank you Frankie. Love the Corvette and Auto Class Direct.

The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - A COSTLY NIGHTMARE:…read more This dealership sold me a vehicle that was a ticking time bomb. Within weeks of purchase, my Jeep began showing serious mechanical issues -- including a failed head gasket, cylinder problems, and other major engine failures. These were not minor wear-and-tear issues. These were catastrophic failures that no reputable dealer should have overlooked, let alone sold to an unsuspecting buyer. They assured me the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. That was a lie. The repairs ended up costing thousands of dollars (almost $10,000k in repairs), and the warranty they sold me conveniently excluded coverage for the most expensive repairs. When I turned to the dealership for help, they were evasive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. If you're thinking of buying from this place -- DON'T. You could be walking into a financial trap with no safety net. I have filed formal complaints with state and federal agencies due to their deceptive sales practices. This experience has been mentally, financially, and emotionally draining. Protect yourself. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.

We attempted to contact the dealer multiple times to speak to John, each time we were told he was not available and would call you back. My husband also wrote multiple emails and provided pictures of our concerns with no response back. After 4 unreturned calls John called me thinking I was a new customer he wanted to sell a car to and discovered I was not. When I started to tell him about all the issues that were not disclosed to us he argued with me stating we waived the 3rd party inspection and hung up on me. The car needed an alignment badly, 2 cracks in the windshield, the driver visor was broken and filthy, inside the center console was filthy, only 1 key fob when we were told there was 2, the ceiling of the trunk was riddled with black streaks, multiple body scrapes and scratches. It was so disheartening to think a dealer would send a car to someone like this. As of right now we have spent over $600 to ger the car exterior and interior detailed and get the alignment fixed. The 2 windshield cracks have not been fixed yet which will be another cost will we will have to put out. We simply want compensated for these issues! To note my husband just purchased a used Audi Q5 the week before from a local dealer, the car was cleaned and detailed prior to his purchase, they even found a scratch and told him to come back and they would buff it out, which they did. That is what a normal car dealer does.

I felt I could not , not disclosed what came up when I paid for a pre-inspection "best $285, I ever spent" below is what came out of the inspection-it's lengthy but a must read. All I can say is buyers beware and do your due diligence , buying a vehicle from here - NONE of this was disclosed to me (potential buyer) !! This 2022 Maserati is not a clean, turnkey example. While it drives and functions, the inspection documents multiple value-impacting issues that materially affect price, warranty confidence, and future ownership cost, including: * Active OBD fault (P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor) * TPMS fault with no actual pressure imbalance * Documented repaint with orange peel * Curb rash on multiple wheels * Undercarriage surface rust * Interior seat wear * Exhaust surface rust * Tires nearing replacement threshold * Dash warning light illuminated These are not cosmetic nitpicks--several are mechanical or electronic faults that should be resolved before purchase or reflected in price. High-Risk / Must-Address Items 1. OBD Code P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor (FRP) Severity: HIGH * This is not a historical code--it was present during inspection. * Can indicate: * Faulty fuel pressure sensor * Wiring/connector issue * Fuel delivery irregularities * On a Maserati, diagnosis + repair is not inexpensive. Risk to you * Potential drivability issues * Reduced reliability * Possible limp mode or CEL recurrence * Dealer-only diagnostics likely required This alone justifies a price reduction or dealer repair prior to sale. 2. TPMS System Fault (Dash Light On) Severity: MODERATE (Electronic / Safety Adjacent) * Tire pressures shown 32-36 psi (normal) * Scanner confirms TPMS fault * Indicates: * Failed TPMS sensor(s) * Control module relearn issue Why this matters * State inspection failure risk * Safety warning always illuminated * Maserati TPMS sensors are costly, not generic Body, Paint & Structural Findings 3. Repainted Areas (Rear Driver Corner & Rear Bumper) Severity: MODERATE-HIGH * Inspection explicitly states: "Previously painted... exhibiting surface texture (orange peel)" Implications * Confirms prior bodywork * Reduces resale value * Raises accident history questions even if Carfax is clean This must be disclosed and priced accordingly. 4. Surface Rust - Underside & Exhaust Severity: MODERATE * Undercarriage shows surface rust * Exhaust also shows rust (noted as "issues") Not catastrophic, but unacceptable on a 2022 luxury vehicle unless discounted. Raises concerns about: * Storage environment * Long-term corrosion Wheels, Tires & Suspension 5. Curb Rash on Multiple Wheels Severity: MODERATE (Value Impact) * Documented on: * Driver front * Passenger front * 1st axle outer wheels * Not isolated damage--pattern suggests repeated curb contact Cost reality * Wheel refinishing or replacement * Maserati OEM wheels are expensive 6. Tire Tread Depth Severity: MODERATE * Front tires: 5/32 & 7/32 * Rears: 4/32 * Replacement needed soon, especially for performance tires This is a known near-term cost for you. Interior & Cosmetic Issues 7. Seat Wear (Interior Issue Flagged) Severity: LOW-MODERATE * Noted wear on seats * On a luxury car, this affects perceived value * Suggests higher real-world wear than mileage implies What This Means Financially (Negotiation Reality) Conservatively, these issues represent: Category Estimated Impact Fuel system diagnostics/repair $$$$ TPMS repair $$ Tires (set) $$$ Wheel refinishing $$$ Paint correction / diminished value $$$ Rust mitigation / risk $$ This is easily a multi-thousand-dollar fix vs a clean example. Based on the professional pre-purchase inspection, the vehicle presents multiple unresolved issues that materially affect value and ownership risk. These include an active OBD fault (P0191 - fuel rail pressure sensor), an unresolved TPMS system fault with dash warning illuminated, confirmed repainting with visible orange peel, curb rash on multiple wheels, undercarriage and exhaust surface rust, interior seat wear, and tires nearing replacement thresholds. Documented Deductions (Inspection-Based) These are not opinions -- they are inspection-verified. 1. Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Fault (P0191) * Diagnosis + repair risk * Maserati-specific system Deduction: $2,500 - $4,000 2. TPMS System Fault (Dash Warning Light) * Sensors/module/relearn * State inspection & safety issue Deduction: $600 - $1,200 3. Repainted Panels (Rear Driver Corner + Bumper) * Confirmed repaint * Visible orange peel * Permanent diminished value Deduction: $3,000 - $5,000 (This is standard on luxury resale impact.) 4. Curb Rash on Multiple Wheels * Not one wheel -- pattern damage * Refinishing or replacement Deduction: $1,200 - $

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Don't be silly. And, my two-seater sports car is none other than America's sports car. (And yes, there is only ONE America's sports car. You can figure it out.) None of those fancy Italian or German roadsters for me. And when it's time for service, I take my hot rod to Ray Huffines Chevrolet in Plano. No, I didn't buy my speedster at Huffines. Actually, I bought it in New Jersey, so I had to figure out a local Chevrolet dealer for my continuing service needs. After several service runs to other dealerships shortly after buying it that were less than satisfactory, I settled on Huffines. Why? Well, let me count the ways. This is my fourth America's Sports Car over the past twenty years. Prior to this one, I took my cars to several other Chevy dealerships in the Dallas area. And getting service from most of them was like being staked to an ant hill on a broiling August day. Matter of fact, most of the time, I would have chosen the ant hill. But over my five or six visits to Huffines, my service advisors have been timely upon my arrival and pleasant to deal with. And their estimates of the service cost and time frame have always been spot on. The waiting area is typical for a Chevy dealership. No fancy expresso machines, complimentary champagne, and hors d'oeuvres that you might find at your Lamborghini dealership. Again, this is a CHEVROLET dealership. And while you might not drive America's sports car, I'd bet that Huffines would be good for your Chevy Malibu, or maybe even some other vehicle brands. But if you do drive a Lamborghini, I'd probably play it safe at the Lambo dealership, especially if they serve some of those fancy Canapés while you're sipping a nice vintage of Dom Perignon.
