Purchased a 2017 BMW less than 2 months ago. Within 2 days TPMS sensors went off. Within 1 week rear differential housing needed to be replaced. Within 6 weeks check engine light came on and here I am 8 weeks in with a major Coolant leak. I have put in $6k on this car and haven't even made my 2nd payment. Went in to trade in a 2013 Ram 1500 Hemi 4x4 for a 2014 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel. Agreed on the trade-in value on the 2013 at $16,500.00 and will use that amount of cash as a down payment for the 2014 since the Hemi had been paid for. Later found out that these guys skimmed off $2000.00 on the trade-in agreement and the trade-in was only for $14,500.00. Unscrupulous and dishonest people like this outfit should be prosecuted for theft. Update - Got a response from one of the people working there saying that they review the pricing on the contract before they asked for buyers to sign. Maybe they did that to other customers but they sure is hell didn't do that with me. These people are thieves and no wonder dealerships selling used cars have such a bad reputation as the most dishonest bunch. read more

They offered us water and took care of the small things for us. However, we had 2 different employees helping us. They were both amazing but they didn't know too much information about the car I bought. I found out when I got home that my car had bluetooth and all these amazing features but they didn't mention any of them to try and sell me the vehicle. If I could give less I would. We purchased from this "family" run business in December of 2020. They told us that being a business of integrity was important because they reflected their family. Well when we tried to power up the back window it wouldn't work. We took the truck into our local car repair and they sent us a picture of the board that had been placed in the door to keep the widow up and the disconnected plug that was rerouted to not reflect the shoddy decision they made. When we got back, the guy disappeared. He finally came back and wanted payment before he saw if the guy could look at the vehicle. I saw that he wasnt trying to let anyone look at the vehicle, so I requested a Lyft. I went to get in the Lyft, and the guy said what was i doing. I cannot recommend purchasing any vehicle from this used car dealership. I purchased a 2001 Silverado 4x4 back in 2017, the next day the check engine and brake lights came on and I had found out they had unplugged the negative off the battery to turn off those lights temporarily. The second day I tried to engage the parking brake and release it hoping it would turn off the brake light but the parking brake wouldn't release. I called the dealer asking if they could send a tow to come pick up the truck to have it repaired and they told me to just drive it to the dealership. I told them that would ruin the parking brake but he insisted that I drive it there. I drove it there with my son-in-law, Jonathan McDaniel and he told me to pull into the parking spot but I told him if I did that they wouldn't be able to reverse out of there but again I did as he said. He got into the vehicle and attempted to back out but it wouldn't budge. He then started to give it more gas and that's when he broke the U-Joint. He knew what he did because he yelled F#$k repeatedly. They only fixed the parking brake and refused to fix the U-Joint he broke. February 10, 2018 7:24 PM my ABS booster pump fails and I run into the back of a white 2006 Dodge Magnum because I couldn't stop. I took the truck back to them to have the fix it and when I got it back the parking brake stopped working. When it came time to get my vehicle inspected the computer wouldn't recognize my my trucks PCM. I took it back to Auto Class Direct and they said they got my truck to pass inspection. I asked them how and they said one of the mechanics had 2002 Silverado and they plugged his truck in instead. One year later I ended up having to replace the PCM at Auto Electric services on K Avenue and the parking brake at Kwik Kar Lube and Tune on 14th Street in Plano, TX. so I could have it pass inspection. Last month I decided to buy a a different truck because the other one was in really bad shape for repairs. I went back to Auto Class Direct thinking maybe they had changed and got better. I test drove a 2007 F150 and I told them I wanted the headlights fixed because one of the headlights was out and the turn signal replaced because it was very loose. Well the replaced the turn signal but instead of replacing the headlights they disabled the low beams from working on the turn signal to where I only had high beams. The mechanic was telling me that those were my low beams even though I was setting the turn signal to high beams. He then said it's because they are LED lights and that I won't have the option to switch from Lo-beam to Hi-beam. The first day of owning it I noticed it was leaking transmission fluid and oil. The second day It started sputtering on my way to work so I took it back to them and said I want a different truck. They put me in a 2008 Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab 2WD standard base model with 113K miles but before I received the truck the sales person "Trae" asked if I cared if the vehicle had a 4.8L or a 5.3L. I told him I wanted the motor that matched the vin which was the 5.3L. Trae later replied and said the truck won't be ready until Friday because it getting "engine work done". I received the vehicle and noticed the dashboard was cracked in the middle and it wasn't nearly as quick as when it was when I first test drove it. I also noticed the motor mount was hitting when I would take off and the transmissions was slipping when going around turns. I also noticed the radio didn't work nor did the rear driverside power lock work nor did the window switches in the back roll up the windows. I asked the finance manager about my warranty and when I would be able to use it and she stated it takes a few weeks. I took the truck to a mechanic and not only did he verify that the engine had been recently swapped with a 4.8L because the vin numbers didn't match he also included that it had indeed been in a front end collision at one time even though the Carfax report didn't show any previous accidents. I paid $12,500 which was already on the higher end of the vehicle's value not including $2000 for the extended warranty. Even when buying a used vehicle THERE ARE BUSINESS ETHICS TO FOLLOW! Even if it is a used vehicle that only costs $6,000 it is still an investment by that consumer and the vehicle should be in LEGAL OPERATING CONDITION! I bought the 2007 F150 Tuesday Nov 4, 2020 at 7:03 PM I returned it Thursday November 6, 2020 at 9:47 AM. I NEVER WORKED ON THAT VEHICLE as you stated your reply, nor would I have had time to considering I work TWO JOBS. My wife and I test drove the F150 around the block as I was instructed by Trae. Also as you said in your reply, used cars are "SOLD AS IS". You sold me the truck stating it had a 5.3L V8 on the paperwork and had me under the impression that the vehicle had a 5.3L V8. read more

I origionally chose, Auto Class Direct, in search of a dodge charger. The charger I was looking at had a little over 115,000 miles on it, give or take. The finance manager, Bryan, sat me down and offered me a selection of cars in that same price range with less miles. I found a mustang my girlfriend and I fell in love with. Now usually, car salesman will tell you anything to get you in the door and into a new car. Tony and Bryan were 100% honest with me the entire process. When my son got sick and we had to move out of town due to it. I had a vehicle in which U-Haul will not allow me to pull their trailer with.
