The car needed an alignment badly, 2 cracks in the windshield, the driver visor was broken and filthy, inside the center console was filthy, only 1 key fob when we were told there was 2, the ceiling of the trunk was riddled with black streaks, multiple body scrapes and scratches. It was so disheartening to think a dealer would send a car to someone like this. As of right now we have spent over $600 to ger the car exterior and interior detailed and get the alignment fixed. You see, they were wanting to replace the tire with a new one if it could not be repaired. That was unacceptable, since I was already planning to replace all 4 tires. I don't want one "oddball" tire. So I called the Tesla Lexington location and spoke with Nathan. I explained the situation and he said he'd check to see if the tire was even repairable and would call me back. He called me back within an hour with a solution that would also save me some money. Thank you, Nathan, for your quick resolution to this problem. When I drove down to pick up my flat tire, he met me as I was beginning to drive in through the overhead door, saving me from waiting in line behind other vehicles.
