Sabrina (in that order) The ONLY thing I recommend they improve on is getting the updated machines that cuts donation time in half. they still use the older ones that take about 50-60 min. to donate. They also lifted their bruise ban, so now even if one arm has a bruise, you can still donate from the other arm.
