I have never been able to arrive at a doctor's office at 7:30 AM and be done and out before 8AM. The staff at the front desk was fast and helpful. The person doing the mammogram was EXCEPTIONAL. The fact that there are heated gowns for you, little lockers for your clothes, and even a couch in the exam room is amazing. I am so so thankful for the fast and gentle service. read more

Subject: Extremely Frustrated with Appointment Cancellation To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely upset about what happened today at Clermont Radiology. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed via text. After struggling to fill out forms on my phone, I took the initiative to bring the forms IN PERSON last week and completed everything ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment, only to be met with confusion at the check-in desk. Initially, the staff member said there was no appointment under my name. After looking closer at the files, she then claimed my appointment was canceled and that she had called my doctor's office, who allegedly said they would inform me. WELL, NO ONE DID! What is the point of texting for confirmation if it doesn't serve its purpose? It would have taken just one more minute to let me know! This whole experience is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with your system. Shame on you! read more

Had an ultrasound 3/4/25. Having changed my BC/BS coverage I specifically asked what the cost would be. A young lady said she would do all the research and contact BC/BS while I had my ultrasound. After my ultrasound the young lady told me she contacted BC/BS and gave me the total. As always I told her I didn't want any surprises and want to make sure I pay in full, which I did. You guessed it, I'm now receiving bills for additional amounts. I have tried e-mailing Clermont Radiology but there is no way to contact them and the phone service is always not accepting anymore messages. read more

I came to the Citrus Tower location for a mammogram in August. I am a breast cancer patient and need to have this done frequently. I had to switch my insurance a couple of years ago not by choice but by necessity. As a result I had to go to a different radiology company for my last mammogram. Unfortunately I was made to feel like I was an annoyance to the technician. She grilled me and asked numerous questions and when I tried to explain why I had to go somewhere else last time she became more annoyed with me. I've been through a lot with two surgeries, chemo and radiation. The last thing I wanted or needed was to be made to feel like I screwed up and ruined her day. Her last statement to me was they were keeping my results and not passing them on to my oncologist. Really? I thought you were there to help me. No worries, my doctor is in my corner and he will help me fight this battle. I'm sure he will have his office call for my results. read more

I had my appointment date for MANY weeks. When I arrived they said my appointment was later. The attitude was this is the time so wait. They only started to move the time when I SHOWED THEM THEIR OWN EMAIL with the correct date. Waiting to be seen, it seemed that this happened to more patients. I will never support Clermont again. What else could be a mistake and you have to deal with or live with. My health is too important for me to worry about their mistakes. read more

Great customer service. Obviously you don't want to go to medical facilities anymore than you have to. But when you need any imaging, then they are well organized and get you in and out quickly. I've been here a few times over the years and they are real good about squeezing in walk-ins and keeping your wait time limited when you have an appt. Staff is all well trained and polite. We have gone to Clermont Radiology several times: for x-rays, MRI, mammogram, and Dexascan. The appointments have all been set up quickly and efficiently. The entire staff is wonderful! The technicians are efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. My doctor has gotten results quickly. If i need a copy of the report or CD. It is available quickly. The staff was all friendly, efficient, and super quick in my experience here. But, (and there are a couple, so listen up to minimize your hassle), I was there during peak hours (apparently), tiny and very packed waiting room with some guy coughing, sneezing, and blowing sick germs all over (EW), and the parking lot was worse. I had to walk about four blocks, which is not terrible, unless you are me and having foot xrays. Bone spurs, yay, but anyway, if you can schedule your appt during nonpeak hours, I highly recommend Clermont Radiology. Actually going to try to schedule my next appointment right now and aim for the sweet spot of very first thing in the a.m.! read more

I actually don't mind getting mammograms here, because the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm impressed by how the women doing this are caring and as gentle, as they could be given the fact they are smashing your boobs! I've never waited more than a few minutes to get called back, the whole process takes almost 15 minutes and I'm done. The waiting room has a tv and a Coffee machine and it's very clean. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY HAVE SHADY PRACTICES. My doctor had recommended me for routine mammogram, and sent the script to them directly. When their rep contacted me to schedule an appointment, I advised that I sometimes had some discharge in one breast but she scheduled the appointment without issues. The day of my appointment, I wrote the same symptoms in the forms I completed, but when I got to the room, the tech after addressing me as 'sweetie' which I always find to be super unprofessional, told me that she would delete that I was having breast discharge because my doctor ordered a regular Mammogram. I told her that I did not agree for her to delete my symptoms and I was shocked that she would even suggest that. I have never heard of a provider asking a patient to delete their symptoms before that occurrence. She had the mammogram but when I received the report, they wrote in it that I stated having breast discharge but that I "refused diagnostic mammogram" I called their office to ask that they removed their false statement, I was transferred to Jessica who advised she was the mammogram lead. She defended the actions of her tech and facility and basically concluded that their shady practices are normal to them. She refused to edit her false report advising that I should reschedule my appointment and wait for a new script and if I had they mammogram that day, it meant that I refused diagnosis mammogram. I asked how I could refuse something that was not offered to me and why their rep who already had the script when they contacted me did not voice that my having discharge was an issue. She continued her narrative to pretty much confirm that they are liars, who ask patients to delete their symptoms and put words into their mouth. Jessica then tried gaslighting me to get me to agree that I did refuse diagnosis mammogram. I have had mammograms at many different places who would take extra images if they noticed something wrong, that place told me, even if they did notice something wrong, they would not take additional images or even report it in many cases. In short, going to them could cost your life if something is wrong because they pretty much don't care! That place should be closed by the health department. I will never ever return to that place and am warning anyone who will listen. Go to Advent health instead! read more

I had an MRI of the brain on December 1, 2020. I am extremely claustrophobic. The tech I had was Amber who was very professional and calming. Amber took her time to explain everything in detail. Good luck calling in. I had to drive into the office while still on the call. When i got there, i saw one girl standing who seems to be some sort of stand up receptionist. Then at the reception i saw 3 receptionist who were just sitting there. Attached is a screenshot of how long i waited from leaving work, all the way to the office and still on hold. I also tried every extension and had no success, so the only one who would put me on hold was for scheduling. And all i wantex was my medical records. read more

They are doing great with cleaning and helping us avoid touchpoints. Despite watching them wipe down the ipad every use it still gave me the heebie jeebies. The last visit I was waiting over 45 minutes, they get busy but that's a pretty long overlap. I appreciate their kindness but I prefer the one out by kings ridge. If you needed an MRI so bad and they reschedule you a day before since they just submitted the pre authorization a day before the test is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I scheduled the test two weeks back waiting for the MRI due to lower back pain and sciatica which is horrible. It's even too hard to reschedule it the following week telling me that it's already booked up. I called Advanced imaging which is not too far, it's in Mohawk. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating. If I can give zero star to Clermont radiology, I will not hesitate. read more

Absolutely had to have a test done (hate them) but Clermont Radiology was awesome! Highly recommend them! Debbie was who I checked in with. She was great at answering all my questions putting me at ease. Crystal did my x-rays, a very sweet woman who understood all my concerns and was simply fantastic. Eileen did my CT and she also greeted me with a warm smile and took great care of me! I would go here again without an issue! These women know their jobs and do it with excellence. read more

I wish I could give it no stars. I went in National Mammogram day 2018. Oct 19 2018. I told the mammogram tech I faint and was light headed multiple times. She was rude and uncaring. The last time I said I am going to faint, she said hold your breath. I listened the next thing I knew I was on the floor and could not move. I fainted in the machine and was hanging by my right breast which was torn all around where I was hanging. I eventually wound up on the floor with a concussion. I lost the use of my right are due to compression in my neck for months. I had vertigo, bruised ribs and left on a stretcher in an ambulance to the hospital. I had months of physical therapy, flotation therapy and meds. They wanted to have a spinal surgeon refuse my neck. I wasn't able to work for months. As I was leaving the tech said she is taking my blanket. I was naked and the blanket was covering me. THEY never called my husband. What is IN CASE OF EMERGENCY for it not this? I never heard from them again. Never called, checked on me etc. I am quite sure they lawyered up. The tech is still there and this is the definition of negligence. I would NEVER, EVER in a million years frequent this establishment. read more

Came in for a 4:45 appointment and was there at 4:35. They told me that they would get me shortly. Approximately 7 people got seenbefore me who came after me. I had to ask them again about when I would be seen and they responded that someone should be coming for me. Had to wait another 5 minutes before that happened. read more

Hi I had a DEXA Bone scan done at Cr at King's Ridge. A pillow was not used under my knees. My results were horrible. I don't have faith that it was done correctly. He had me just bend my knees. This was my first scan in FL. I thought this is how it is done. After the fact, I asked someone who had a scan. A pillow was used under her knees. The entire results of the scan depends how flat your spine is on the table. This has left me very stressed due to the fact that my dr. wants me to take Fosamax because of the results. I have contacted my dr. This should not have even been a concern if it had been done correctly. I would like to add that I also had my mammogram done at the same facility. The tech was absolutely wonderful. She did an excellent job. I would give 5 stars for this. I just contacted CR. Excellent customer service. Becky is checking into how my test was done. I told her the story and the results from the scan. She was very caring and helpful. I give her 5 stars also. read more

The MRI tech is a phenomenal person. Some not so great. There are some great helpful gals that answer phone and others that go out of their way to be difficult. It's hard to love them and then come across rudeness like experienced today. Told patient is supposed to know to ask for a CD at the time of service. If no one tells you that how are you supposed to know that tidbit of information. Burned in five minutes when the tech asks me if I want a copy. . The lectures today when I called to request to pick up cd tomorrow that they normally take up to three days to burn. Which has never been the case. Didn't need the lecture nor the hard time. Every time I think there has been improve the there under new management someone on a power play ruins it. read more

I have had several procedures done at Clermont Radiology and I could not have asked for better service. From Mammograms to MRIs, I have found the staff friendly and the wait time very reasonable. I called them and left a message for something I needed and asked them to call me back, they returned the call in 3 minutes and arranged a time for pick up, how efficient is that. 99% of the time you get back what you give out, even if you are in pain it is not hard to smile. Chances are, if you snap at someone they will not snap back, but you have caused hostility and I have seen it, and received it as a retired RN. read more

Went to Clermont Radiology because of the convenience for my daughters nose x ray. Was not told that reading the x ray could take 24-48 hours. Had I gone to the Orlando Health as suggested by my doctor, we would have results already. Hope that she doesn't need surgery or anything because it may be too late.
