    The staff was all friendly, efficient, and super quick in my experience here. But, (and there are a couple, so listen up to minimize your hassle), I was there during peak hours (apparently), tiny and very packed waiting room with some guy coughing, sneezing, and blowing sick germs all over (EW), and the parking lot was worse. I had to walk about four blocks, which is not terrible, unless you are me and having foot xrays. Bone spurs, yay, but anyway, if you can schedule your appt during nonpeak hours, I highly recommend Clermont Radiology. Actually going to try to schedule my next appointment right now and aim for the sweet spot of very first thing in the a.m.!

    I actually don't mind getting mammograms here, because the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm impressed by how the women doing this are caring and as gentle, as they could be given the fact they are smashing your boobs! I've never waited more than a few minutes to get called back, the whole process takes almost 15 minutes and I'm done. The waiting room has a tv and a Coffee machine and it's very clean.

    These people seem to really have your act together . We had a 530 appointment to have his foot scan and they called and said they had an opening sooner . The paperwork through insurance processed and everything it took us immediately !service knowledgeable what more do you want? we'll go back again definitely recommend !

    DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY HAVE SHADY PRACTICES. My doctor had recommended me for routine mammogram, and sent the script to them directly. When their rep contacted me to schedule an appointment, I advised that I sometimes had some discharge in one breast but she scheduled the appointment without issues. The day of my appointment, I wrote the same symptoms in the forms I completed, but when I got to the room, the tech after addressing me as 'sweetie' which I always find to be super unprofessional, told me that she would delete that I was having breast discharge because my doctor ordered a regular Mammogram. I told her that I did not agree for her to delete my symptoms and I was shocked that she would even suggest that. I have never heard of a provider asking a patient to delete their symptoms before that occurrence. She had the mammogram but when I received the report, they wrote in it that I stated having breast discharge but that I "refused diagnostic mammogram" I called their office to ask that they removed their false statement, I was transferred to Jessica who advised she was the mammogram lead. She defended the actions of her tech and facility and basically concluded that their shady practices are normal to them. She refused to edit her false report advising that I should reschedule my appointment and wait for a new script and if I had they mammogram that day, it meant that I refused diagnosis mammogram. I asked how I could refuse something that was not offered to me and why their rep who already had the script when they contacted me did not voice that my having discharge was an issue. She continued her narrative to pretty much confirm that they are liars, who ask patients to delete their symptoms and put words into their mouth. Jessica then tried gaslighting me to get me to agree that I did refuse diagnosis mammogram. I have had mammograms at many different places who would take extra images if they noticed something wrong, that place told me, even if they did notice something wrong, they would not take additional images or even report it in many cases. In short, going to them could cost your life if something is wrong because they pretty much don't care! That place should be closed by the health department. I will never ever return to that place and am warning anyone who will listen. Go to Advent health instead!

    They don't answer the phone! I was on hold for almost an hour I just gave up. I will try and find another imaging place.

Scheduling Issues: My appointment was confirmed for 6:30 AM. Despite the unusual time, I called several times beforehand to verify, and they insisted the time was correct. 2. Safety & Facility Access: When we arrived, the door was unlocked, so we entered. However, the lights were off. A staff member inside was startled and told us they were closed. 3. Unprofessional Staff Conduct: After showing evidence of my 6:30 AM appointment, the lady became visibly upset and argued that it was impossible. She only backed down after I explained that I was scheduled early specifically to drink the liquid contrast for my procedure. She eventually found my information, but her anger throughout the interaction was unacceptable. 4. Lack of Compassion: This is a medical facility where people arrive with health concerns. The treatment I received was neither decent nor compassionate. 5. Total Lack of Privacy: The privacy provided while changing for the procedure was a disaster. I am 0% satisfied with how this was handled. 6. Hostile Work Environment: It was concerning to see that other employees seemed intimidated by the woman at the front desk. They wouldn't even answer questions without looking at her with fear. 7. No Follow-up during Contrast: At no point was there any follow-up to check how I was feeling or if the contrast liquid was settling well in my stomach. 8. Conclusion: I will NOT be returning.

I had 3 different images done and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The best part is that I got the results by email the same day for my mammogram and ultrasound the same day, and my other x-ray the next day. To me that is so efficient. I highly recommend them.

They have a little complimentary coffee bar and water area. However, by the time you may notice it, you will likely be called back. They are super fast and efficient. Including getting the results to the doctor on the same day. I do wish the website worked better for pulling up a copy. I can't ever seem to log in. They will also print a copy for you there. The restroom in the lobby area is huge. It is only 1 bathroom but its never so busy that its a problem. They take walkins and have special pricing for self pay patients on Wednesdays. I will not waste my time with LabCorp or Quest anymore with the level of prompt and courteous service that I get here at Vista.
