No other donors were present when we arrived on a late Friday afternoon. The check-in process and completion of required forms takes a few minutes, but it's easily carried out via tablet. The 2 ladies assisting us were friendly and helpful. I had no issues completing the entire process for a successful donation, but my son started to feel woozy while his blood was being drawn. The staff was very attentive, making sure his condition improved using cooling towels, a drink and snack. They encouraged him to take his time recovering, making him feel at ease. I really appreciated their sincere concern and care. The interior of the bus is clean, bright and pretty chilly. Good idea to have a jacket. The rewards you'll receive are a bonus, but giving blood is a very worthwhile, impactful practice that goes a long way to help others.

They made me feel comfortable and were accommodating even though I had no appointment and just walked in. The entry has two small fridges with waters and juices plus a variety of cookies and snacks for when you leave. I ate some beef the day before and hours ahead of going in, and I passed my iron test. The interview was done, and I was able to select where to lay as my blood was taken. Wonderful experience was due to how professional and friendly everyone was.

Although I could select a branch within walking distance of home, I currently drive over thirty minutes across town to visit this particular branch of OneBlood. I was greeted by Crystal upon entering. She was friendly and outgoing while doing my vitals and interview questions. We then moved to the back which was also bright and clean. This time around was whole blood which she did flawlessly. I appreciated her expertise and professionalism. But then I got a call from their customer service chewing me out for "making another appointment so soon" and demanding In cancel it. I asked why and they said I couldn't donate again until "May." I asked "May when" and I just got scoffed at again. These guys are great when it comes to helping others in the field, but their rudeness with customer service just makes me want to donate others. Help people, guys. Don't hurt them.

Seemed like she was annoyed and irritated to be there. She wasn't friendly. I had asked several times where was the kids playground on the 5th floor but everyone seemed to be clueless about it and I finally found it. Also the rooms are so old looking and desperately need a remodel.

I have been here in regard to what feels like all things obstetrics and gynecology- from the depths of figuring out infertility to recently having our first baby! The providers and staff are so friendly, supportive and caring! Something that I really like about this practice is that is it an all women practice, from the staff and techs to the doctors, everyone is a woman who cares about women's health! The facility itself is clean and gives off a trendy spa like atmosphere. I primarily saw Dr.Hassan, and absolutely love her! She always made sure I felt heard, presented me options and was always willing to spend the extra few minutes with me to make sure I understood everything and every question was answered. Dr.Hassan is always so friendly and supportive, truly making conversations at appointments feel like you are catching up with a friend over lunch which I loved! All of the other doctors here were just as amazing and I always feel well respected and cared for. I really appreciate their on call phone line for evening and weekend support. When I was pregnant I did use it once and Dr.Gabriel happen to be on call, she was so helpful and supportive. I had called in the middle of the night regarding a concern and even though I didn't have an appointment with her, the next time I was in the office she made sure to stop by to check in on me before I left. Truly going above and beyond! The office staff is so lovely, and made coming to my appointments while pregnant so much more enjoyable! I was always greeted with a smile and a warm conversation. Towards the end of my pregnancy I was in the office multiple times a week for monitoring and the staff and techs truly made the experience so much more enjoyable to the point where I was looking forward to every appointment! The Red Cross responds to local disasters on a daily basis, such as house fires, which occur many times a day in Greater Central Florida. Teams respond with compassion, care, and assistance for those impacted by a disaster. Working with multiple agencies, the Red Cross makes sure that victims of disaster are set up with immediate care for temporary housing, food, counseling and so much more. This local chapter in Orlando has an amazing team in place, balancing logistics, client care, volunteers and also offers a plethora of courses to the community in a variety of fields, such as certification for CPR/First Aid and more. The road to becoming a certified volunteer is rigorous and there are many courses to complete, but so very worth the time invested. This local chapter is so well managed and truly worthy of a 5 star rating. If you find yourself in need of assistance, please reach out to the Red Cross. If you are looking for a great place to volunteer, the Red Cross will help you find a good 'fit' for what you are looking to do. Hands on disaster response was my choice, but there are a great many areas that are needed to support the operation in administration areas, hospitality areas and more.
