They do a great job every time! I always look forward to donating blood here. The incentives are fun, and the staff is friendly

I am talking about rudeness, very unprofessional, very disorganized, desconsiderate, etc. I was being excluded and denied from donating, only because I requested someone specific to help me in the final process of donation. They had a sign on the wall communicating that since May 17 anyone won't be allow to request anyone, however, I requested someone that was near to me to help me on May 13, and one of the "manager" extremely unprofessional and rude came to me and denied flat my request and then I comfronted her, and told her that was in my right to do it because that policy will be implemented starting the 17 and that day was 13. Then, after that incident that crappy, rude, and unprofessional people denied me to donate anymore. The managemet of that place is just garbage. If it were not for the donors they would not have a pay check. That place should shut down and close. It is just disgusting and awful.

I have recently become a certified Red Cross volunteer as Disaster Action Team in Central Florida…read more When one thinks about the Red Cross, usually mass disasters, such as hurricanes or earthquakes come to mind; however the Red Cross does FAR more than that for the community. The Red Cross responds to local disasters on a daily basis, such as house fires, which occur many times a day in Greater Central Florida. Teams respond with compassion, care, and assistance for those impacted by a disaster. Working with multiple agencies, the Red Cross makes sure that victims of disaster are set up with immediate care for temporary housing, food, counseling and so much more. This local chapter in Orlando has an amazing team in place, balancing logistics, client care, volunteers and also offers a plethora of courses to the community in a variety of fields, such as certification for CPR/First Aid and more. The road to becoming a certified volunteer is rigorous and there are many courses to complete, but so very worth the time invested. This local chapter is so well managed and truly worthy of a 5 star rating. If you find yourself in need of assistance, please reach out to the Red Cross. If you are looking for a great place to volunteer, the Red Cross will help you find a good 'fit' for what you are looking to do. Hands on disaster response was my choice, but there are a great many areas that are needed to support the operation in administration areas, hospitality areas and more. Please contact the Red Cross now if you wish to become a volunteer and you will be trained and ready when the need arises for activation of volunteers.

For someone who works so much with those struggling with infertility, I would think there'd be a bit more compassion. I spent an hour being told that I would basically never be pregnant without spending more money on acupuncture. It was horrible. I also bled so much, which has never happened from different acupuncture sessions. It was over all physically painful and emotionally devastating.

I went through her throughout my IVF process. She has so much knowledge about fertility and IVF I knew I was at the right place. But it's really because she is so passionate about helping her patients and wants to do everything she can to help us get to our goal. Trust the process and trust her. You're in good hands! I have a beautiful one year old now and I am so thankful to dr. Yin and her team for their care and support.

The therapists, psychiatrists, and even nurses helped me to understand and grow through the grief and anxiety that I was battling. I now have an entire binder of resources and feel well educated in understanding brain science and responses to trauma. I will forever be grateful to La Amistad for providing me a safe place to heal and grow.

Additionally, I suggest you get all of your tests and screenings done with their practice and adjacent radiology office, as opposed to a general practitioner and other office. This is also one of the only medical practices where you won't have to wait too long during your appointment.
