But he was already gone at 3:10. now days doctors want to charge you if you cancel without 48 notice. but they have no problem cancelling on you or my favorite. They tell you to get there 15 minutes early so you can wait in the waiting area for 20 minutes and then put you in a room and let you wait another twenty minutes. The receptionist had no idea who would refund me. since I did not receive 48!hours notice.

They direct you to a portal with files that don't upload and are unreadable. If you call to complain and ask to speak to anyone in charge they say nobody but clerical personnel are there that day. The whole point is to get you to come in for unnecessary appointments to tell you everything is fine, or you have negative results. You are supposed to have a legal right to your test results, apparently not here.

My dear hubby investigated the many rehab places. He found one that came highly recommended by the name of ENCOMPASS HEALTH REHABILITATION CENTER, on N. Williamson Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL., 386-363-2000, on the same road as Adventhealth Hospital but just a couple miles south towards Tangers Outlet Mall. ENCOMPASS is brand new, open about 6 months, new equipment, new everything. I had broken my arm, my leg and had fractured my neck at C-6 & C-7. I was in terrible shape. The cleaning services keep the rehab center sparkling clean. I can still remember ing waking up my first morning and seeing the sun shine off the floor so bright, I couldn't keep my eyes open. Nothing but the best there. I had excellent care. The doctors and rehab staff were well experienced and knowledgeable with what they were dealing with each and every patient with many different ailments. I left there completely rehabilitated. The care I received was exceptional. The staff were so personable and never, ever did I miss any medications, they were always on time everyday, I was in heaven. I received excellent care and therapy every day. Even the food was wonderful. My hubby came, I think, just for the food, LOL! I looked forward each day to my breakfast. It was that good. I am most definitely a very well satisfied and healed patient. I could not have asked for anything better. If you or anyone you know who requires rehab, this is the place to go. Nobody likes to have pain, but it is nice when you come into an office that is clean with pleasant people and faces that seem happy to see you. After having an x-ray of my foot performed related to my complaint I very quickly saw Dr. Albert Gillespy and he reassured me of what was going on.
