We have been doing business with Justin for two years, and every single year it is the same frustrating experience -- he is NEVER available. Not occasionally busy. Not hard to reach during peak season. Completely unavailable. You cannot simply call and speak to him. You must schedule an appointment through his call service, and the earliest availability is typically three weeks out -- just to have a conversation. Three weeks to speak to someone who is supposed to be managing your financial matters is unacceptable. When you are dealing with financial planning and legacy decisions, responsiveness matters. Communication matters. Client access matters. This company fails in all three. If Sun Coast Legacy Advisors or Justin Stafford appears in your search results, do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. Centerwell has an order form that shows you a premium item which they replace with a cheap knock off.
