My only complaint is that it's freezing in here to start with and then as part of giving plasma they return your blood through the machine and you get even colder! Recommend a jacket and pants no matter the outside temperature!

Today I went there believing I had an appointment only to learn that I made a mistake and scheduled at another location. I arrived here two hours before they open and yet there was staff there working. They graciously came to the door and helped me correct my error. I arrived at the other location in time to complete the donation process. These people are very professional and make this process very easy to do. I highly recommend it!!
