Most of the staff here were absolutely amazing with the exception of one nurse, who was rude, obnoxious and honestly has no need to be in nursing (at least in my opinion). Anyone who works in Healthcare has an amazingly difficult job, but they need to remember that they are seeing many people at the worse times in their lives. The MRI techs are calming, funny, and professional so if I were a nervous type they'd have put me completely at ease. My insurance tells at me to use non-hospital facilities to save myself money but it's well worth it for the service and comfort you get here!

The last time I was there I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only one waiting; I saw a couple of patients leave after finishing their therapy. I saw the manager go in and out of her office, never acknowledging I was even there. The receptionist was nice, apologetic, tried to help, but I finally walked out. I worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I could not not have been less impressed. If you need PT, go somewhere else.

I was told I do not have an eye infection and surgery wasn't necessary just to keep an eye on things. This eye Institute was immaculately clean. They really treated me with the upmost respect and Chelsea did all my pre-examinations explained everything as she went along and then I saw Dr. Grossman, who was extremely nice and understanding about my anxiety and what I had been told the day before and did not put me through any unnecessary testing, but was able to completely reassure me that I did not have an double eye infection. I would highly recommend this office. They got me in almost immediately and gave me reassurance.

When I returned for the second eye, they were going to charge me again until I explained that I had already overpaid with the first eye. They then applied the overcharge to the second eye. I am still waiting for the remainder to get refunded. My first surgery was April 2, 2026. My second was April 30, 2026. It's now June 17th and it may still be another month before I get the overpayment back.
