Really great care for everybody, smiles all around. Took no time and everything was explained in detail.

Staff is great, process is very quick. Never a problem that can't be solved immediately. Highly recommend.

They need to have qualified techs every day they are open. Saturday staff was missing a good phlebotomist. I have never had them miss and especially both arm's. Additionally I also have a bruise that seems to be getting bigger.. Hopefully it will go away and I will stick to the crew that usually does an amazing job. read more

The staff is very attentive and sweet. Wilson helped me with my first visit and reassured me during the whole process. The facility is clean and organized and I definitely will be referring my friends to donate here as well. I was well taken care of and I felt safe. read more

Always understaffed and need to allot at least 2 hours for an appointmentt - even when not busy. Today waited 40 minutes on line just to get vitals taken. I'm not sure why they have an appointment system when they don't have manpower to handle the crowds. Waiting areas are not clearly defined - instead lines snake along the perimeter of the room. No sitting room. Why not have a number system and a true waiting area. The kiosk form is a joke - if you make a mistake you have to wait 45 minutes or more for the nurse to correct the mistake. And they have an attitude when you have questions. read more

If you value your time, energy and sanity, skip this place. I would not go back even if they offered me $500 for each individual donation! Got an email for 800/8 donations. Make appointment today 9/30. I sign in, told to go to the next station, which I did, then told to go for physical exam. I wait an hour for the exam only to have the nurse tell me I have to "answer the questions first" and asked me to leave the room. Given I wasted two hours of my time, I refused to leave the room until I talked with the manager. The gave me 20.00. I took it and left. Never again. Go to other centers for a smoother experience. read more

The record-keeping and communication at this center are unacceptable. I was asked to submit documentation, which I did submit and still have proof showing it was received. Despite that, I was deferred again because the head nurse was not in the office to review my file. This is the third time I have been unable to donate because they claimed they did not receive documentation that was clearly sent. This is not my fault and should not be my problem. I wasted time and gas showing up for a scheduled appointment only to be turned away. If documentation review is required, the online scheduling system should flag the donor's file ahead of time so eligibility can be confirmed before the appointment. There is no reason to allow donors to schedule, show up, and then be denied due to internal administrative issues. I originally sent the required documentation last year and never received a follow-up from Biolife. They later questioned why I had not returned--this situation explains exactly why. I decided to give them another chance after some time had passed, especially since I was looking forward to the returning/new donor promotion, but that did not happen. With today's technology and systems, there is no excuse for this level of poor communication and disorganization--especially when I have proof that the requested documentation was submitted. I will not be returning. Have a great holiday to whoever reads this. read more

This place is joke. I had multiple bad experiences, after giving the staff a few chances, now I'm done here. **UPDATE after doing my research on this place, it looks like I'm not the only one with issues regarding the staff - I took photos of other reviews with similar experiences** Your first appointment will be long because of your physical but everyone will treat you extremely nice. After the first appointment, GOOD LUCK! The staff is so rude and miserable. As a training specialist of 4 years, I'm concerned as to what kind of training the staff is receiving. They talk back, they give attitude when you ask questions just to understand the donation process. I mean literally anything seems like you're bothering them. The lack of professionalism here is so concerning and truly quite sad considering they're sticking you with a needle. Miss Lisa in the front is extremely unpleasant to deal with. I've now had two instances, specifically with her where gets sassy and rude. After today I had enough, so I responded back to her with her same sass. Clearly she can't her own medicine because she immediately puts her hand up and tries talking over me. I'm sorry like what kind of customer service is that??? I then asked for a manager because I was not about to argue with this middle aged woman. She didn't call the manger she just went back to work! Another employee had to get a manager because they saw me waiting at the front for like 15 min without being helped. When the manager finally came up Miss Lisa pulls her aside (I assume to tell her, her side of the story) and she comes up to me with this super straight face. If you know what RBF is, well yea that's what she looked like. I mean I knew already knew based off her facial expressions and demeanor how this conversation was going to go. However, not surprised because if that's who's training the staff she's training them to be just like her. I believe her name is Amy, I'm not too sure but she's a short little Hispanic girl. Anywho, after coming here for almost a year, I've decided to just transfer to another location. It's ridiculous. I tried calling to get corporates information and they never answered. I was just in there, and they weren't busy... If someone from corporate is reading this, feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to give you details regarding this instance. read more

Friendliness is definitely better Unfortunately a month ago the biometric scanner began not recognizing me for check in I've had to be logged in since and have voiced concern. When they try to re register my fingerprint it won't let them delete the current one. They say it's an IT issue and that they reported it. But nothing has changed in over four weeks. It typically takes them 20 to 30 minutes to get me signed in. Don't expect them to try fixing a problem Don't expect any king of follow up read more

First day I came in was told I could use my resident card and did not need my social then something happened with the computer and my information so they asked for me to come back while the tech guys fixed it, second time I come back they are telling me I can't use my resident card need my social... had I been told this I would have brought that information.... Can honestly say I'm disappointed in how tgey handed my blown vein that they caused. Tech did it wring right from the beginning and I had to get a new tech to redo the vein on the other arm. Due to negligence of the first tech, left severe bruising on my arm due to a blown vein. Not only is it sore and incredibly bruised, I'm not allowed to give plasma till it heals. It's thier negligence of techs and I am having to deal with consequences with no compensation. They dismissed me when I expressed any concern with a "Welp, sorry". Very disheartening of a experience. read more

I do not recommend going here. The place is a train wreck. The first time because of the physical took 2 hours, not too bad. The second time with an apt I stood in line only to be told I have to answer questions before. So back into line. After answering questions 2 hours later I finally get seated. I sit for another hour only to be told they can't find my labels. So I sit more for them to do some checking to which they find out someone had checked me out as left the building. They direct me to get back into line. I said I'm just leaving. He tried to explain how important the second time is the most important. Obviously it wasn't that important. They are way too short staffed and the whole time they are talking and worried about how they are going to fit breaks in. Very unprofessional! You must have an apt but it doesn't matter if you do because it has no bearing on your place in line. There were 2 men that arrived before me that were still waiting for physical when I left. Sad that people that just want to help loved ones have to Jump through hoops to give read more

Do not recommend. they infiltrated my arm, made my entire arm swell up and bruise. Had to miss a week of work cause of this. They made it seem like it was my fault like I was dehydrated or something. N sent me on my way. But I wasn't dehydrated I was perfectly fine, until the lady missed my vein or went thru my vein. But no cared to tell me what they did they just wrapped my arm gave me a paper and said I'm good to go. Never going back. I've donated a total of 3 times now. First 2 experiences weren't to bad I went to the one on goldenrod though. But that nothin like that has ever happened to my arm. It's been 2 weeks and it's still bruised bad. 0 rating never going back. Makes u rate to post negative 100. Smh read more

Once again, long waits. 2-3 hour waits. Understaffed and overbooked. It was bad a year ago, got better, now bad again!! Update: Arrived for my appointment Sunday. 1/8/23, and was sent home along with other donors because they said the waits are too long, they are understaffed. Came in the next day, Monday, with an appointment. Couldn't log in because again, I was told they are understaffed. There was only one donor in line!!! Others were also sent away. But yet, appointments could still be placed through the app. When you call, no one answers the phone. There doesn't seem to be a corporate number either. Very disappointing. read more

They treat you like cattle and their people are rough when they stick your vein and seem to be pretty uneducated and uncaring. It's dangerous when people like this are sticking needles in your vein and taking your blood. If you have any self-respect or care for yourself you will not go here the money is not worth it and besides the pay is only worth it for the new donor it's kind of wild how if you consistently donate the pay is crap but they pay you a lot to get in the door. I was excited about the initial pay of $800 for the first month but after a couple of donations the money even on the initial pay wasn't worth it. I went to all of the plasma donation center and this one you will definitely be treated the worst here. read more

So after three hours of nearly getting turned down due to an address and almost not completing the donation because they can't poke a vein properly I am told that my debit card got improperly registered. So I spent an hour of my life wasted at this place. The nurse was looking for a reason to decline me I don't know why. I'm healthy, and could have helped people. First she starts when when did I eat last I had told her in the morning but forgot I got a sandwich with my daughter. So she says you need to come back you can't give. I remembered I did have the sandwich so non issue. Next she digs and finds that if my medication is taken daily I can't give. I can give if I take it just not daily. I know that's BS my cousin takes 7 x's the amount as me of the same medication and she gives. I don't know what was going on but it was weird. Oh and I was told after I started the questionnaire I'm not allowed to leave the building. So that freaked me out ALOT. read more

Checked in for my third donation. Tech was moving the needle around in my arm to find a vein. Told her she was hurting me. The pain lessened and the donation began. As soon as the blood began going back into my arm, my whole arm began to hurt and the blood was pouring out around the needle. She came over and stopped the donation, cleaned up the blood that was everywhere. Same tech wanted to try the other arm. I said no, the nurse came over and said I had to wait 30 min to make sure I was ok then she went to lunch. Other nurse told me I could leave 5 min later. My arm is still hurting when I move it. They probably gave me a blood clot with the IV. And I didn't get paid, even though they screwed up. Don't go here. read more

I have donated at several locations with this company and in many respects It's like donating in the Wild West. The staff is juvenile and sophomoric, they don't understand what the word professional is and at the Pine Hills location I even had a supervisor threaten me because she felt as if I had disrespected a coworker, which I most certainly did not. But, this isn't about that incident, oh no. This is about how this company is now discriminating against people with disabilities. In particular, people with PTSD and Bi-Polar mental disabilities. Apparently, this company feels that instead of training their staff how to deal with people with PTSD and ask targeted questions to flag wether or not they need to modify their donation process to keep from triggering a small group of people who have PTSD, instead they are simply going to not allow ANYONE with PTSD regardless of wether or not they've even donated! Last year O donated 90 times at various locations, never exceeding the 2 donations a week and following every safety and regulation to ensure both my safety and the safety of the plasma receiver. Yet, I am not allowed to donate at all anymore because someone in their corporate office decided that fear and stereotypes are more important than learning and education about what PTSD is and how to deal with people who are triggered. And even though PTSD is classified as a mental disability that is not contagious not transferable to anyone, this company has decided that it will not be accepted nor tolerated. And here is where things go off the rails. When I pointed out to the screening staff that their decision to deter anyone with PTSD is in violation of the ADA laws, they simply state that it's company policy and refuse to even consider the fact that I've already donated 20 times with them in the past without a single incident. They refuse to acknowledge that I've donated over 1,000 times in my life without a single incident. And when you ask for their corporate number to discuss this issue and see about exemptions to this rule or modifications, the number the staff at this location gives out is the wrong number! That's right, they literally give out a number for a company called BioLife, but, it isn't associated with or has anything to do with THEIR company! It's kind of like Giuliani having a press conference at Four Seasons Landscape when everyone knew it was supposed to be The Four Seasons Hotel! And apparently, this happens all the time! The staff at these locations apparently have no contact information for regional and district managers, not do they have information about their CORPORATE offices! So, until this company learns that ignorance and prejudice aren't good cornerstones for creating policy, please DO NOT donate with this company until they lift the ban on mental disabilities that have absolutely nothing to do with plans and everything to do with ignorance and fear! read more

Customer service and call backs are subpar. I've tried to make appointments on several occasions, but cannot make an appt on the website. I've called and left 5 messages with no return call. Went into the office and told I will get a call back and could "probably" make an appointment after that, which at this point i am very doubtful. Other than handing out cash for plasma, the service from the nurses , management, and phlebotomy is a one star-everyone seems to lost or confused . I would recommend checking out another business before this one. read more

Don't waste your time if your LGBT+ it's painfully clear they don't want lgbt clients. They'll make you jump through so many more hoops and waste your time. WoW! I saw the reviews from the past and felt it was not fair as I was just there at Bio-Life yesterday and they were very pleasant and professional. From start to finish the Bio-Life team treated me very well and made me welcomed I decided to donate. The staff really carries this score or I would give it a 1. They somehow manage to be pleasant and attentive despite being over inundated with donors. At least the donor floor is somewhat staffed though because the real time consuming part was vitals to even get to sit down in a chair. My appointment was for 7:25 and I did not sit down in a donation chair until 8:35. And I am not leaving the building until now, 9:32. I don't know if it is understaffing, or working conditions causing employee burn out, but having only two people taking vitals for the volume of donors is not realistic. If i was not currently getting their first time donor bonus then I would not find it worth my time unfortunately. I can donate and get in and out in 45 minutes at CSL plasma. Then I can actually plan my day and not be late for work when I make an appointment for 2.5 hours before my shift starts. Again, the staff really Carrie's this score. Maybe if you pay them more you could keep the place well staffed. read more

I went to attempt to donate plasma first it was a far ass drive. Second these people took forever to checking in people. It was super crowded. It took forever to take my information. After 40 fricking minutes of waiting to finally start the process they turn me away because my left arm vain ( my non dominate arm the arm I don't use for donating) wasnt big enough. If that's truelly the case and not a bullshit response to lower the amount of clients they receive they need to let clients know that before hand !!!! Nice staff, always friendly!! Staff is efficient and fast, makes going there worth my time!!!! Highly recommend this location!

I have tried to donate 4 different times at this location. They are the most unorganized center I have been to. The rules change on a whim on when you can donate, how many hours prior you need to eat, etc. Don't rely on any info on their website because it will probably change by the time you go in. Today was the last time I will ever try to donate there. I waited for 40 minutes for a physical because the only person could do it went to lunch. Never mind the fact that I had a scheduled appointment for a physical. It's an absolute mess there. I've donated at other places and have never had any issues. I come here once in a while for a few extra bucks if I have nothing else to do. They will pay you 50-60 on your first 4 visits and 80 on your 5th. I've been donating for almost a year at this location with a positive experience until recently. I believe they have added several new phlebotomists that have resulted in me bruising and developing an arm hematoma. This prevents you from donating until bruising is gone. My wife went through and got to station 5 an hour later the nurse disqualified here for medication she has been on for 35 years.
