I called seeking clarification for some things the PA had told me. On my last phone call with Savanna I brought this up her tone changed, the rest of my questions were summarily dismissed, and I was told I should see the PA again. I agreed and she set an appointment, for June 3 at 3:00. When I arrived at 2:55, I was told my appointment was at 1:00 and when the office worker heard me she walked over to the window and denied telling me it was at 3:00. The doctors, PA's and the rest of the staff are all great, but the frustration this one person caused me over a two week period was enough for me, I'm done with this practice. Meanwhile, I received a a certified letter asking if i had the procedure done. I mention this in case Dr. Spicer would like to know the name of the person he can contact me. I don't feel listing her name here is the professional thing to do.

She order antibiotics and I was told the pharmacy didn't receive the order. Even though the clinic was closed, I was able to email Dr. Hertzog and she called me and let me know that she sent the prescription in for him and this was Saturday when they are not open. She saw me right away, and not only was my lip was pre-cancerous but I had a big spot on my shoulder. She excised them and sent them out for testing. My lip she got on my first visit. It came back clean. My shoulder needed minor surgery, it to came back clean. If you have an idea you may have something troublesome, do not hesitate to see her. She IS THE BEST! A lovely young lady who listens to you and gives you straight answers. I highly recommend Allison to anyone, bar none.

After the…read moreprocedure was done, what started out to be the size of a pea ended up being about the size of a quarter or larger and required 15 stitches. After the procedure was done, I was given an handout, and number six bullet point on the handout said, For minor pain and discomfort, please take extra strength Tylenol. Well, the next day at 71, I required a little more strength than extra strength Tylenol. I needed something stronger, so I called and spoke to his PA, at which time she informed me that quote-unquote Dr. Minor doesn't prescribe opioids to his patients. When I insisted a second and third time, I said, Please have the doctor call me. After three weeks, he sent me a letter stating that the physicians of this office no longer want to provide any further care to your dermatological needs. After being seen there for 13 years by another doctor, they basically have banned me from the practice. I find this rude, insensitive, and unprofessional. I wouldn't let these doctors work on your animals. Having said that, stay away for your own safety.

PT Professional provides outstanding care with one-on-one attention. Prior to going to PT Professionals I had been going to a different physical therapy group on Merritt Island. PT Professionals is so superior to this other group. I have been treated by several of the therapist and all have been very professional and skilled. Normally Chardae is my therapist. She is very caring and knowledgeable therapist and I always feel much better after a session. She is extremely knowledgeable of the various physical therapy techniques. I most recently have been treated after surgery on my shoulder. PT treatment started the day after the surgery. She has me perform various exercises to strengthen the shoulder. She manipulates the shoulder to allow for more range of motion. My favorite acitivity is when she massages the shoulder. It feels so amazing. She knows just what to do to make the shoulder feel better. She is a very skilled and professional therapist. While having treatment I have watched while therapist provide other patients therapy. They customize the treatment around the patients problems and abilities. Over time I have seen these other patients continually improve. If you live in the Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne or Viera area and need physical therapy I highly recommend you go to PT Professionals in Viera.

UTI fit me in for imaging a few hours later. Jennifer at the front desk could tell I was a little confused and she helped me so much, she actually filled out my information. The Ultra Sound tech, took me right back and helped me on the table and explained everything she was doing. I was bruised pretty bad, and she was so gentle and kind to me. I hope UTI will let their employees what an asset they are to UTI. I would highly recommend this Imaging facility.
