Staff is awesome. A new system has been recently implemented that doubled time here. Machine's are twice as fast the wait is quadruple what it was. I used to get in and out in 75 to 90 minutes. Now over 2 hours is normal and becoming not worth it to me. read more

I wouldn't even give it a one star, but it forces you to... I had an appointment for 6 PM. Show up on time like we are told to, the center is very slow, not many folks there but yeah, I'm still sitting here till after 7:15 an hour or something later.. still not hooked up nothing.. and when I ask why is it taking so long they wanna act ignorant! Amanda (purple haired, crazy twat ) the so-called manager or the mouthpiece that day had nothing to say , that couldn't justify their slow ignorant ass.. but wanted me to leave when I gave her an attitude and didn't accept her baloney Excuse of how shitty they treat their customers donors.... So I told the Twatt off and I left.... it's pretty sad now that none of these places can be actually ran correctly with professional management, professional employees, NOPE it's starting to look like the crazy alphabet folks. be aware for you own safety , they'll hire anybody apparently. Been deferred for over a week over a bruise. When I called I was told one of the doctors is supposed to review the case and lift the flag. I was told it'll just be a day and just keep checking the app. SEVEN DAYS later and nothing. No one can give me an answer as to what is THEIR timeframe for a bruise to lift the "flag". The people I've dealt with when I was there were nice. The people brought in to look at my bruise had attitudes. They couldn't agree if I could donate that day or not. Only one arm was bruised from a problematic stick 2 days prior. My dad passed from cancer and I wanted to give back. This place was recommended by a friend but I think I need to go elsewhere where I'm not treated as a thing. read more

The facility very professionally run there were a lot of smiles the energy was positive as if they were their own family. Tiffany was my phlebotomist, she was very friendly and bubbly and handled me gently. Watching the work they do I commend them, very good. I look forward to regularly donating at their location my allotted amount of time weekly . read more

Disappointing new system changes. The employees used to be much friendlier. Everyone now has a chip on their shoulder and seems annoyed that we come in to donate. I've been donating here for over a year and it's definitely gotten worse. I only donate out of 1 arm b/c the other is too painful on my most recent donation (2nd of the week) they passed me to donate out of my right arm but then when I got in the chair they told me I was bruised and they wouldn't stick me (bad stick from a ph.1 even though it was supposed to be done by a mgr b/c of only donating out of one arm) I was hesitant and the tech told me she would help me get through it with my left arm, 3 min later she said she had to leave and left me with a male tech who could not have cared less and would not adjust my draw/return as I requested. He told me it shouldn't be painful and everything looked normal despite my plea for him to stay close so he could adjust my draw setting. I was in tears by the time I finished donating. read more

This facility is one of the worst I've ever seen. Not at first glance though. It is in a nice location, the outside of the building is very clean and not at all the stereotypical type of building or atmosphere that one would expect for this kind of business. I noted that most of the staff appeared to be dressed as medical professionals when in fact they really don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. They have some of the worst customer service skills and attitudes I've had the misfortune to encounter. Most are very condescending and don't appear old enough to have obtained any kind of medical background. After two hours of wasting my time telling me that I passed all their little medical tests the rude condescending little twit that was supposed to take my vitals becomes 'super doctor' and forms a baseless opinion and dismisses me for something that I have yet to hear a valid medical reason for from a true medical professional! For instance, the alleged real doctor that I'm told was on duty but had yet to make an appearance let alone form a valid medical opinion of his/her own. Relying instead on the rambling misinformation given by the condescending little twit playing doctor dress-up! There is no rhyme or reason that would make me want to go near that facility ever again. read more

a donor in this facility. Most of the staff are as professional as they can be. There are a few rude ones. None of them have very good customer service skills. I went to donate on Tuesday the 28th. Got there about 8:30 a.m. They weren't at all very busy at the time. Got screened and approved to donate and that was fine. Finally got called to a table and then had 3 people that came in after me and got hooked up before me. Two of them were in my section. Sam came in in the meantime and was getting ready and was bad mouthing one of the newer employees there while putting on her lab coat. Theresa who also works there was donating at that same time and came in after me. She was placed in the section next to me and got hooked up before me. Abby came over from the next section over and started setting me up and Sam told her she had to stop and go back over to the other section. So in the meantime, I waited almost 25 minutes to get hooked up. No apologies or anything. 2 other people in my section were hooked up before me. Finally Tonya came in and she came over and proceeded to hook me up. She was very good and she has way better customer service skills than any of the younger people who work there. Sam is totally unprofessional. I realize they were shorthanded a day after the holiday but that is unacceptable. Even tried to call later in the day and speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. read more
