I tried for a week to get my spouse scheduled and never got a call back even after 3 attempts. Don't bother with this group.

Spine and Orthopedic Specialists of South Florida - In one of their office patient rooms

I was a new patient on or around July 28, 2025. The staff was friendly, but the male doctor was not…read morepleasant; he kept a sad face during our meeting. The part that got me is that I have been in severe pain, and they claim they sent me pain medicine, but I never received the prescriptions. I called many times, left many messages, and was transferred and sent to a voicemail. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I wouldn't recommend this office (Eau Gallie, Melbourne FL) to anyone not even my worst enemy. I…read morewas in a bad car accident and was told to go see the doctor at this office to see if they could help me with my pain. My appointment was at 9:30.. I got there at 9:05.. filled out my paperwork..sat there for 20 minutes... they finally take me to a room at 9:35..okay not too bad.. spoke to the nurse briefly... she leaves and im left sitting in the room for over an hour just waiting... when an hour was up i opened the door and walked up to 3 nurses just sitting there gossiping... I said excuse my appointment was at 9:30 its now 10:30 do you know how much longer this is going to take? All three looked at me.. and the male said theres 2 people ahead of you so its going to be awhile before you are seen.. are freaking kidding me.. thats b.s. I said well I have a job that I need to get to just like anyone else.... i was here EARLY... there is no reason to have to wait an hour or more... One of the nurses looked at me and said "OK BYE" and waived me out... the staff is disorganized, unfriendly and some of the paperwork they make you sign is questionable... ive seen a few different doctors due to the accident and have NEVER been treated like this and have never been forced to wait longer than 20 minutes with an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE

They have little respect for those with serious issues and giving favoritism to those who are voluntarily there. I was a voluntary patient. I respect everyone, so you'd think I'd find no issues. Wrong. I saw it with my own eyes. The belittlement. The effortlessness. The audacity to express that "If you fail to keep the bathrooms clean than I'll just lock the doors and y'all won't have a bathroom to use". Are you serious Phillip? The nurses could be nicer, the techs deserve to be admitted themselves cause they're all narcissistic. Larry is a horrible human being. Nuff said. I just read all the reviews from 8 years ago, and to see nothing has changed, like wow. Insane. Everyone at circles of care needs held accountable for the mistreatment of patients who cannot help themselves, that's why they are there. But nah, the staff really has no idea how incredibly awful of people they truly are, yet they hide it with the fact that they work in a hospital. Trash. Waste of college degrees and time spent in education. The groups were amazing. The patients are truly wonderful people if you actually love humanity. Joe needs to be arrested for mistreatment of a low functioning autistic patient. He's clearly not a father. Not a good one at least idk how he'd ever have gotten laid. An absolute disaster. I wore a blanket the whole time, and on the third morning some tech wanted to tell me to leave my blanket in my room, trying to get some resistance to incite an injection. Idk know his name but buddy if you ever read this I hope you ran over a patch of nails on the road. In the name of all things good in this world, please don't go here if you want help. This barely helped me. I only benefited from leaving with the resources to get the actual help I went there to get, isn't that just convenient? Shut down this facility at once please for the love of God and let his mercy follow all who are there involuntarily. Night shift worst shift. Morning shift had all the sweet staff I loved Amber and Kelly they were super nice. Some others I didn't get their names but there were some very sweet nurses and techs, but it's like 20% of the entire staff of the whole facility. To the tech who woke up a patient (Rodger?) and literally, and I am not making this up, he just walks out looking back at me and smiling. Also conversing with patients in joking manner about gang violence as if he's hard or something. Soft ahh lil kid fr. Please shut down immediately. Thank you.

Central Florida Spine and Pain - DONT WORK FOR GIORDANO

My experience working at Dr. Giordano's office was ultimately disappointing and concerning. At…read morefirst, the environment appeared welcoming and organized, particularly during the time when Jordan Cappella Lawlis was present. However, over time, I observed a number of workplace issues that made the environment toxic and unsustainable for long-term employment. It's important to note that although Florida is an 'at-will' employment state, this company requires new hires to sign an arbitration agreement during onboarding, which effectively waives your right to bring certain legal claims--such as workplace retaliation, intimidation, or discrimination--before a jury. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag. The treatment I experienced and witnessed from management, particularly involving Maddison, and Nicole reflects a workplace culture where employee rights are NOT respected. If you are considering employment here, I strongly recommend consulting with a labor or employment attorney before signing any documents, as the onboarding process includes clauses that may limit your ability to seek legal recourse if issues arise. THIS IS EXTREMLY IMPORTANT! DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY! WITH THAT BEING SAID - There appears to be a pattern of favoritism within the leadership structure, particularly involving Nicole Farace, Maddison Gaede, Heather Warwick, and Dr. Giordano himself. These individuals have close personal relationships that seem to influence managerial decisions and staff treatment. THERE IS NO FORMAL HR DEPARTMENT, and as a result, many staff concerns go unaddressed or are dismissed entirely. Conflict resolution is minimal, and certain team members, particularly Nicole and Maddison, are OFTEN at the center of WORKPLACE DRAMA rather than resolving it. The environment lacks professionalism and objectivity, which has contributed to HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER (do your own research as you will) . Allegations and interpersonal conflicts are sometimes weaponized, and I witnessed multiple situations where individuals were terminated under QUESTIONABLE circumstances--especially when they voiced concerns or did not align socially with management. Additionally, I observed behavior that raised serious concerns regarding inclusivity and fairness. Employees from underrepresented backgrounds, including Black staff members, were disproportionately affected by these dynamics. Comments and actions that suggested bias were neither addressed nor acknowledged by management, further contributing to a hostile work culture. This office may work for those seeking short-term employment or limited engagement, but I would not recommend it for professionals looking for growth, support, or a healthy work environment. STRUCTURAL ISSUES WITHIN MANAGEMENT AND A LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY MAKE LONG-TERM SUCCESS HERE DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHED INNER CIRCLE. If I were to rate this company using the standard 1-to-5-star scale, my experience here wouldn't even warrant a 1-star rating. Within the 3 months of my experience, this is exactly what I endored, the workplace culture at this company raises serious concerns regarding inclusivity and racial equity. While Black employees are hired, there appears to be a pattern of differential treatment that suggests the diversity may be more performative than genuinely supported. I personally observed that Black staff were often not given the same opportunities for respect, growth, or conflict resolution. Additionally, with individuals in leadership Nicole (Team Lead) Being Best Friends with Jordan(Office Manager) Heather (office manager) and Dr Giordano (owner) very close - they go to strip clubs together - and Maddison (had sexual relations with Dr Giordano Cousin) created a challenging environment for those who did not conform to their personal dynamics, often leading to tension and isolation
