Front staff always welcome everyone with a smile. Once inside with a Therapist, you know you're where you belong most immediately! The PT's, PTAs, and PT Aides all work simultaneously and in synchrony while performing MANUAL Physical Therapy, soft tissue massage, manual assisted manipulation & stretching, lots of independent exercises, but NEVER hooked up to a machine and/or left alone to do your own thing. Therapists pay close attention to every single patient unlike many other facilities who actually ASK the patient what all they've done today! I love my therapist, assistant, aide, & have gotten to know most of the staff because they're all so friendly! They've made sure I feel Special & like I'm their only patient on every visit, always checking to verify I'm using correct body mechanics so as to use the right muscle groups, avoid injury, & achieve the intended results with every exercise! I've even made casual friendships with other patients (who were grimacing in pain when they came in) during our closely supervised exercises, a true testament to the inviting and embracing environment at Axis Pro Physical Therapy. I will ALWAYS choose this facility over any others I've attended and only hope others give this place a try next time they need therapy. It'll be worth it - they ROCK! My OT Kristie Dalton is the most skilled OT that I have ever known, her knowledgement as to treat my injured hand has been a great experience as to how quick I am recouping after each hand treatment, her professionalism can not be better and her attention to me as a patient has been and continues to be the best I have see and received. I was tgreated in another place for about 3 months and but witout much results, while Kristie has made my hand much better in just less than 2 months treatment. I would highly reccommend her based on her professionalism and knowleadgement, she really know how to treat a patient. Well done Kristie. Your are almost there and hopefully my hands will go back to normal quite soon, and believe you are quite near to make my han normal again. And Terry Mouson, is another great OT there at Axis Pro, I will give him an A+ everytime he replaces Kristie, he is a wonderful young OT that also knows well what he has to do and work on your hands to leave them as new and match Kristie's work too. I have been going here for a couple months now. The staff is great and the physical therapy is helping me get back on my feet. Great instructor with a wealth of knowledge. I actually missed my very 1st appointment and instead of trying to charge me a fee for a no show, they made the efforts to call me and get me in on the same day so my treatment plan would not be compromised. I recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. They also have a pretty big facility so its not cramped and your not waiting around to use a certain machine. From my first phone call to make an appointment I felt a sense of professionalism and friendliness. The therapists listened and understand your situation. Each visit I gained progress. I was given very easy to understand read outs and pictures of exercises to do at home. These are very helpful The room was extremely clean. And after anything was used it was sprayed and wiped down. When I completely my therapy I felt like I had made good friends and it was hard to say good by. They were fun, work hard to get me back to normal. Thanks to my primary care physician who recommend Axis Pro as one of the best therapy places in this area. The drive is out of my way but well worth it. Never before did I get this kind of individualized attention, one therapist to one patient, the whole time you are there. I was used to 3 to 4 patients at one time working with one therapist. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating and therapist Cody is superb, knowledgeable, patient and very professional. I had a very bad fall last October2021, I injured 3 out of my 4 limbs. I came to AxisPro for therapy. Could not walk very well, my arms were useless and after 26 sessions of specific resistant exercises, strengthening, stretching, working with my balance. I spent several months at AxisPro in Melbourne, first with Erica for Lymphadema Therapy, then added Ben, Jamie, Jazz and Jennifer for help with my neck and shoulder. They were all great and helped me a lot! They were careful with what I could and couldn't do and taught me things I could do to strengthen those problem areas. I strongly advise against this therapy location. The owner seems solely focused on maximizing profits, prioritizing insurance payouts over patient care. His top two staff members have already left, which speaks volumes about the environment. If you find yourself unable to attend an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, be prepared for him to hold you accountable, regardless of the situation. This has been my first experience with any physical therapy and I have been very pleased with every visit so far. My oncologist referred me to AxisPro to help with the neuropathy I received after chemotherapy. The muscles in my legs are getting stronger and my balance is improving. This has made me so hopeful. Mac is a great physical therapist who really wants to see you improve with every visit. It's a small practice as he is the only PT on site, but that doesn't limit his ability to give you all the attention you need. Mac is an excellent physical therapist! I came in on crutches after breaking my femur, at the knee, and he had me walking without any aid in a really short time.
