After having issues with getting in touch with this establishment I decided to cancel my appointment with them. (I had arrangements through the veterans association to see this office for chiropractor care through "community care". I also felt compelled to express my feelings in a review of their business to warn other customers of them not answering the phone during business hours issue I was having with them. After completing the review the "Doctor" called my personal phone number from a Denver area code. (I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't originally from that area and thought it was a friend or relative I had lost the number of.). When I expressed to him I didn't care to speak about the review I promptly ended the phone call. Only to have him text me from the same number with an uncalled for comment. I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me. I've been seeing Dr Jim for a few months now and I cannot express just how much he has improved my quality of life! I suffer from chronic migraines, bulged discs and myofacial pain syndrome. It's rare I go a week without at least two migraines lasting anywhere from 8-36 hours. Dr Jim has reduced my pain tremendously- way beyond my expectations. He is an amazing listener and is my most trusted physician. He never stops learning and is patient enough to explain his treatments and why complementary treatments beyond Chiro will support healing. The complementary treatments I can absolutely confirm results in 1+1+1= 6 for me. Every time I go I get an adjustment + microcurrent acupuncture + neck decompression and I'm so much better now than I could ever imagine. The microcurrent acupuncture might be a little intimidating at first but oh...my..god..it is so effective and very hard to find!
